This lovely studio is conveniently located in a leafy oasis minutes away from the hip and bustling town center. It is close to everything, including the Beaver lake trail ,the bird sanctuary, the botanical garden, trader Joe's, whole foods, and the fresh market. The decor is artistic, and the neighborhood is quiet. It has all the essentials s we needed, and the bed is comfortable. What is better, the host is very communicative and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay and definitely will come back when we are in town.

We had a wonderful 4 nights at Frank's place. The space was well laid out, spotless, and had an extremely comfortable bed. We couldn't have been more pleased. A bonus was the short walk to Beaver Lake and the beautiful neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Our trip was fantastic & Frank’s place was outstanding. He’s very easy to communicate with, and it was the perfect size for our little weekend getaway! It was also within 5-10 minutes of everything we wanted to do while visiting!

My husband and I stayed in Studio 19 for 3 nights and really liked our stay. The studio apartment is beautifully decorated, the bed is very comfortable and the unit is very well outfitted for renters. The owner was very accommodating of a request I had. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This place was perfect in every way for a fall couple’s getaway. It was immaculate, stylish and in a great location in a wooded neighborhood close to a beautiful lake. It was very secure and private. Frank was a great host, very helpful and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend his place.

Fantastic location and beautiful interiors! My husband and I stayed the last week of August and everything was perfect! Frank reached out to us before we arrived to let us know the apartment was ready for us if we wanted to check in early. Beautiful quiet neighborhood 10 minutes from The Biltmore entrance and close to downtown Asheville. There are many shops and restaurants within a couple minutes. My husband and I were thrilled with the overall layout of the space and the gorgeous interior design! It was our first visit to Asheville and we will be back! Frank was a wonderful host and had every detail thought out! Thank you Frank!

This property is a wonderful option for a short stay in Asheville. The neighborhood is a lovely hidden oasis that is close to many local attractions. The apartment itself is chic, comfortable and inviting. The host was friendly and accommodating while being respectful of guests' privacy. Would highly recommend this property!

The location is close to all the popular tourist attractions but tucked away in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood near a pretty lake with a nice walking trail around the lake. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Our studio retreat was excellently appointed. This spacious apartment had everything for a comfortable stay. The kitchenette was well equipped and the open concept layout made the space feel even bigger. It was clean, up to date and a joy to come back to at the end of a long day sightseeing. Our host was only a text message away. We would definitely stay here again. ☺️

We had an ambitious plan of hiking the falls from The Last of the Mohicans, and explore the Biltmore in four days. The property location was convienent for our plan, and good restaurants at the end of the day. The place was clean, quiet and in a residential neighborhood that was blooming more than than the Biltmore. This was booked the week before our trip and served our needs perfectly. Well designed and organized. Mission accomplished.

Frank is a very gracious, considerate, and professional host, and it feels like an understatement to call Studio 19 “thoughtfully appointed” and “conveniently located”. The location is a quick drive to all of Asheville’s best attractions. The unit is colorful, homey, and well-lit. No sad, dingy, Spartan vacation rental here! You will not find a whisper of dust or dirt in this recently remodeled, artfully decorated, and beautifully maintained basement studio. Frank thought of everything. If you expect a light switch to be in a particular spot, it’s there _and_ it’s labeled. Looking for a place to put your glasses while you’re in the luxuriously tiled shower? There’s a ceramic tray waiting for you by the sink. (You’ll find it next to the clean mug and saucer that Frank put out for your toothbrushes.) There is a little table by the door for your keys and such, right next to an outlet so you can charge your phones. The pristine kitchen drawers have all the utensils and other kitchen gear you might need. There is a clean, attractive rug under the dining table, so the chairs don’t scrape the floor. And it’s adequately large! (Frank is far too thoughtful a host to make his guests play Hot Lava.) The HVAC has an easy to understand remote, but, just in case, Frank also put out an instruction sheet along with the local indie paper and helpful area brochures. Yes, it’s a basement unit and you will hear some extremely light footsteps, but remember, your host is the most. He has a noise machine plugged in and ready. The plug-in air fresheners were the only tiny little thing that wasn’t absolutely perfect (for us). They’re obviously just a personal preference and not being used to cover up a pet or mold smell because the unit is absolutely immaculate, dry, and pet-free. However, my husband and I have some allergic reactions to fragrance products, so we had to unplug them and put them out in the access hall. Frank was very apologetic and immediately removed them altogether. Which was so sweet because it was totally on us for forgetting to mention our allergies before we arrived. Really, we could just go on and on, raving about the studio and about Frank’s mad hosting skills. Such a refreshing change of pace from the average vacation rental. Instead of bemoaning poor choices and cut corners, we spent our time praising all the attention to detail and incomparable hospitality that goes into Studio 19!

My husband and stayed a long weekend in this beautiful efficiency. Although it was one room, it felt very large and comfortable. It looked brand new with mid- century modern furnishings. It was very clean. There was very good communication with the owner. It was 5-10 minutes to downtown Asheville. We would choose this again.

My girlfriend and I spent 5 nights at studio 19 and it was such a great experience. The place was spotless and was even better than the pictures advertised. We were 5 min from a grocery store a really great breakfast spot and a pretty cool restaurant that gave us all types of local places to visit and go to that werent as touristy. We loved the weather and the people but most of all Frank was available and was very attentive. I have already recommended this place to a friend and I have not one thing bad tp day about the accommodations that we received from studio 19. Until next time Ashville !!! Thanks again Frank !

Great location, large stylish apartment

The apartment is beautiful and spacious. It has a pleasant outdoor seating space. It’s in a lovely quiet area of town surrounded by trees but only 10 minutes from downtown by car. Within a mile or so are supermarkets and several good restaurants and takeaways. There’s even a excellent hourly bus ( the N1 at a dollar a ride!) 10 minutes walk round the corner- if you are so inclined . However the driveway is plenty large for your car, don’t worry(!) I found Frank was always available when needed and was friendly, caring and supportive . The TV stopped working well and the same day he’d bought a new one, set it up and installed it. Great host
