The place was clean and convenient, just as advertised. It was located close to Pier B for evening walks to the lighthouse. The local brewpub was walking distance and a short drive to local fish houses. The Redwoods were close with day hikes. A great get-away!

Reviewer Comments:
The house was in a really good condition and it was fun staying there. The city, I have to say, was terrible. We did not feel comfortable or safe there. Check-In was pretty unprofessional as we did not receive any reaction to our emails to the owner on our arriving schedule even though, we were asked to give these information. We ended up standing infringe if a closed door, not able to enter the house because the owner had forgotten the write and tell us the code to get in. She answered the phone after calling her for the third time. All she said was „oh“, no apology, which I would have found appropriate. The area outside of Crescent City with beautiful cost and redwoods is wonderful!

Our first time in Crescent City…visiting friends and family that were camping at Jedidiah State Park.
Property is in a great location. Walking distance to lighthouse, pier, beach, harbor, and Seaquake brewery!
The townhome feels brand new. It is as described on VRBO. Modern appliances abound.
The bathroom’s are nicely appointed with towels, shampoo, soap, etc.
Minimal kitchen pots and pans, no informational binder/materials.

The home is perfect for a family or two couples with both bedrooms upstairs with their own bathrooms and a half bath downstairs. The couch folds out to make another bed or extra lounge space. The electric fireplace was a huge plus and made the space more inviting and did a great job warming the room. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were spacious as were the closets. The kitchen was well equipped with updated appliances. The neighborhood was quiet and so close to the beach. It was the perfect place to come home to each night after hiking, kayaking, and horse back riding. Definitely would stay here again.

This was a great place to stay while we were in Crescent City. It was very clean, well maintained, and the location was excellent. Overall, an we had an excellent experience!

This property was perfect for our family and needs. The kitchen was fully stocked. Everything was new and clean! Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. The only thing I would recommend would be a tv in master and a nice thick rug in the living room. It was hard to share and be comfortable on the couch and chair when we were watching tv. We had to lay a blanket on the floor for one of us to lay on. We would absolutely stay there again!

Great!
Very clean, liked the set up with bedrooms upstairs and each having its own bathroom. Great home base for visiting the Redwoods!

Great location
We stayed here as a jumping off point to visit the redwoods. It was perfect. We enjoyed walking to the beach and taking in the views. The house was clean and comfortable. The washing machine was useful as we got pretty dirty hiking around.

Nice house and great location
The house was fine. Very clean, nice location to the ocean, like a block away. Loved that part of the house and easy access to grocery store and Highway 101. There is very, very liimited cooking untinsels so cooking at the house is lets say a bit of a challenge but doable. I think the second bedroom could use a different shade that blocks the light. It is a white shade that lets light in and the room is basically white and there is a street light right outside the room so it is very bright inside even at night but if you are there in the summer the room lights up very early. Minor thing but it was a bit of an annoyance to my partner, she like the room dark. But the house is very clean, very nice and a good location.

This is a wonderful house that is right by the beach! Comfortable amenities and cozy environment.
The experience was awesome! We stayed for 4 days to sight see around the Redwoods. The beach was just walks away and there are plenty of great local restaurants. The house is newer, very cleaner, and well kept! We enjoyed every minute here and the owner was great! Highly recommended.

Clean and simple
This was a clean and comfortable enough house. Do not expect any frills. The furniture isn’t super comfortable but it’s good enough.
The listing is as advertised but don’t expect any special or warm touches. There is no house binder or any instructions. The host is very slow to respond, but it’ll be fine as long as you don’t have any questions or issues.
The location is great. This being a new build the heating makes this house more comfortable than quite a few others in crescent city. The kitchen has a decent supply of kitchen supplies but if you’re trying to cook a lot you might need to head to Walmart for some pans/dishes.

Beautiful stay a block from the beach
The property is a brand new two story duplex. I loved the fact we had a garage to park in too. Both bedrooms are located upstairs with their own bathrooms each and tv came equipped with Apple TV which was awesome. Thanks again for a great stay!

Terrific Townhome
This property was lovely. It was very clean and very comfortable for our crowd of five. We were close to both the water and downtown. It was wonderful to have a fireplace to warm our toes and hands when we returned from our walks or outdoor dining experiences. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great property with outstanding amenities
My wife, son, and I stayed in this townhouse while we were visiting Redwood National Park. It was conveniently located to the parks, as well as restaurants, groceries, and the beach. The townhouse had everything we needed to cook and clean like we were at our own home. Highly recommended!!

Overall nice place
The unit is really nice, new and clean.
Having a laundry was very helpful and the rooms were spacious and very pretty and clean.
The three suggestions I’d have would be to add luggage racks or a bench to put suitcases on in the bedrooms, add network tv or offer instructions for how to access this to be able to watch the news or a show instead of “just” Netflix and get a different couch and chair for the living room. The couch in particular was miserably uncomfortable to sit on.

A Street location is A+
Great place that is well laid out. It is close to the 3rd street beach access, the park and restaurants. Walking distance to a local history museum that is a must to see. Well kept property that we plan to revisit again.

A lovely place to stay in a gorgeous region
This is half of a side-by-side duplex located in a residential district of Crescent City. It is virtually new, and is as close to perfectly clean as a residence could reasonably get. It has two bedrooms and two baths, both comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen is well equipped and very clean. We enjoyed our stay here very much and plan to seek a reservation in the same residence when we again visit Crescent City.

Everything We Could Have Hoped For & More
This property was absolutely perfect! Super clean, with lots of space for my family. We stayed here while on our trip to the Redwoods, and had a great time. It is just a short walk to the beach, as well as a lighthouse. And, having a washer/dryer to use was awesome, so that we didn't have to take too much dirty laundry home with us. Having a garage to park in was super nice as well! The kids loved it, my husband and I loved it. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay on their vacation to Crescent City!!
