We had a great stay! Tal was an awesome host, he got in touch with us and walked us through the check in. The river is super calming and nice to sit by and the fire pit was greatly appreciated in the evenings. We wanted to go and check out beach one which is about a 45 minute walk (to avoid parking) but the bikes on property were a game changer! The suggestions for sight seeing and activities around Wasaga were great and we got to do a lot of them. We would definitely consider coming back to stay at the cottages!!!

Small get away
Was nice quiet place to stay, host was friendly place was well stocked, close to small beach but we found it was worth the money to drive to the big beach were you pay to park , but convenient to washroom restaurants and shops. We were there during the week so not much to do but the beach, but there are some good restaurants

Dock life
I thought the property to be very tidy and cottage like.
The only thing i would work on is the water front by moving the rocks
to build a retaining wall and this would open up the nice sandy beach you have which would also make it easier to launch kayaks.
