Our condo is a very spacious, rare 4 bedroom/3 bath condo. 2,100 sq ft. West facing, corner unit to view beautiful Panama City Beach sunsets! 8th floor unit out of 10 floors. 3 King bedrooms. Two large masters with attached bath with new tile showers. 4th bedroom has queen bed and twin bunk beds. Living Room couch has a queen size pullout sofa bed. 3 full bathrooms. Spacious bar seating and large dining table. Living room and main master have access to balcony facing the beach.

The condo was perfect for our family. Located right on the beach, down the elevator, turn the corner and walkway right to the beach! Parking space for unloading is right in front of entrance. Communication with Lana was very responsive and was very positive. You won’t regret staying here!

We had the best stay! The property had been newly remodeled and was extremely clean. Even at the height of the season, we had no trouble getting an elevator. Parking was great and we were right on the beach! The owner was very communicative and extremely nice. Things could not have gone better! We will definitely stay here again!

Everything was great with this condo. Only complaint we had was the pool was freezing! We never once could get in. Also if you have 3rd vehicle you pay for public parking a block away and it was $89 for the week. The parking lot and public parking is a well lit area. No problems with vehicle parked there. Condo was very updated and had everything we needed:)

I enjoyed staying here. The condo is updated and well-appointed, and the owners left nothing out. I appreciated being a bit farther away from the noise and bustle of Pier Park, but it was short enough for a quick 15-minute drive when we were ready to jump in.

The condo was spacious enough for our family of 8 to not feel like we were on top of each other. The kitchen was well stocked, I brought my own frying pans, and I’m glad I did. Otherwise we had everything we needed to make meals instead of going out. The trip down to the beach was quick and easy. There is even a collection of sand toys that my granddaughter loved. We really appreciated our folding wagon that we brought to help with groceries and beach trips.

Absolutely amazing! Family vacation with 5 generations together in one fabulous condo. Plenty of room with 4 bedrooms and 3 extra large baths. 3 bedrooms with king size mattresses. The beds are so comfy we asked the owner for the brand to purchase for ourselves. The beach access was great with a stand for jet skis, banana boat rides, parasail. Kitchen fully stocked, washer and dryer, plenty of towels. Will stay here again and highly recommend to others.

We had 9 people in our party. 4 bedrooms were very accommodating to all. 3 with private bathrooms. We never felt cramped. The washer and dryer were great to keep things clean. The view is spectacular. The kitchen had everything we needed for basic cooking . Wish the pool was a little bigger and more sun, than shade. I liked that you had to use a code for all entrances. HOWEVER, the code for the condo was way to long to remember. Everyone in my party had to use their phone to remember the code. Just think it could be better for easy remembrance. Overall this was a great property and would definitely book again

Frist let me just say this I never wrote a bad review, but when you take $145.00 from my credit card and show me a picture of a cookie on the floor. That’s ridiculous and I was told that the beds wasn’t script Ok Frist of all I had to wash all the sheets on each bed. It was a four bedroom with six beds. They had blood on them and stains and the beds weren’t made up because they were wrinkle when you took the top cover off blood on pillows I had to go purchase pillows for each bedroom stuff was on the beds. Kitchen floor living room hall was nasty and it smelled so when I go on vacation I shouldn’t have to come to a condo and clean but you want to be so nasty about it and take money for a damn cookie and a bed you have stirred the pot. Miss Lady .

We had an amazing stay at this property. This condo actually had everything you needed. Not once was there a kitchen item we needed but couldn’t find. The location was also great and getting to and from the beach was incredibly easy even with 4 kids in tow. We really enjoyed the mornings on the balcony. If we come back to PCB we’ll definitely look to stay here again. Thanks to Lana for a wonderful week!

I cannot express the happiness and gratitude that we have after enjoying our spring break week here. I’m almost in tears writing about this beauty of a condo and how it contributed to our wonderful family vacation. The host, Lana, is an amazing person and probably the BEST host I have ever had the pleasure booking with. They went above and beyond on their renovations, they stock the unit with things you may need (extra paper towels, dishwasher pods, sponges, toilet paper, kitchen towels, trash bags, etc). The beds were incredible, the showers are spa like, the towels are super soft, a TV in every room, wonderful black out curtains in each room, the list goes on and on. The view is spectacular!!! It was nice being able to do laundry too and have clean clothes all week. I also want to mention the size- it’s sooo spacious!! Again, you CANNOT go wrong with booking this condo, and I urge you to book it asap!!! Thank you Lana, for everything!!! We can’t wait to stay here again. Much love!

We always come to end our summer at PCB. It had been several years since we traveled with all the grandparents and they were able to come this trip. The size of the unit was great. Two masters, a guest with bath and a kid room with a bunk and a full bed (and room for an air mattress and a pull out couch if needed). Had all the things we needed. So nice to have a washer and dryer. This is a quiet building with no smoking and no rowdiness. Easy to get in and out of and no long walks to parking or water. Safe,fun, beautiful views. The property manager was also very nice and great with communication. Was a lovely stay. Thank you!

The property was very spacious for 2 family’s each with 2 children. Love that there was 2 master bedrooms with a great view of the beach. My only concern was the dirty bedding in each of the rooms and the floors were so dirty. We found wads of hair, hair Ties, a dirty sock. Definitely could do better on the cleaning for the cleaning fee that is charged.

We had a great family time at this lovely beachfront condo at PCB. We love staying at the Marisol property. Lana was a pleasure to work with . We have traveled to PCB every February for years. This experience and stay was the the best yet. The condo was exceptional. Kitchen was well supplied. The beds and pillows were comfortable. And the owner was amazing—friendly and so easy to talk to, always a quick response. My only complaint was with the management company that never returned my calls when we couldn’t get in because they failed to change the entrance code on schedule (finally a nice couple was exiting the building and gave us the old code). Thank you Lana for sharing your beautiful place with us!

The condo was very cute and decorated nicely. It was in a great location. The condo was not clean at all when we got there though. The floor made our feet black on the first day we were there. Small objects and trash were still in the corners of living room. Also, there was blood smeared on comforter in one of the bedrooms. The middle bathroom bathtub is stained dark with dirt. I’m unsure if the owners are aware that their cleaning crew isn’t doing what they should be to get the condo ready.

This was the BEST CONDO we ever stayed in on PCB! The owner was super communicative. She would respond within the hour of either texting or VRBO message. There were plenty of goods in the condo to make you feel right at home. For example, plentiful towels and kitchen was completely stocked with everything possible to make meals. Plus, the condo was SUPER CLEAN! You can smell Clorox right when you walk in. We loved all the the bedrooms and the condo was big with plenty of room for a party of 12. The locations was one of the best! Everything was walkable, like an ice cream shop to the left was a 8-10 minutes walk, and you can go to the right to Coyote Ugly Saloon for another 8-10 minute walk. HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here! We will be back!!
