Offering you a quiet retreat after all your adventures at the beach and exploring Naples by land or sea. The contactless, keyless self check in works with Wifi door locks and a 4 digit code provided after booking. It is ideal for two people. If you are budget minded you can pull out the sleep sofa, inflate the air mattress with the electric pump and sleep 4. (Spare sheets and pillows are provided) The main Queen Bed has a comfortable new mattress. A 65" Roku TV with added digital antenna gives you literally hundreds of local channels for entertainment. A Google Nest Mini Speaker with basic instructions is there for your convenience. The kitchenette features a small Microwave and Refrigerator, a movable Hotplate with two burners, a Keurig Coffee maker, Farberware hot water heater for tea and all the utensils, plates, drinking glasses that one might need. The space is cozy and makes you feel at home and relaxed right away. The same house rents a 2 bedroom next door which is separate from your Studio with no shared spaces, except for the front yard parking. Tiny space just right for my needs. Comfortable bed, dining table, couch. Excellent screened patio just off parking. Super quiet street with enough neighbors to make one feel at home. Hosts were really easy to work with, kind and considerate. Highly recommended.

Spent a couple days here with my significant other for her birthday and it was exactly what we were looking for. The property had two bikes, multiple options for chairs, and an umbrella that got hours of use at the beach. The bikes are also a very nice means of transportation rather than having to ride share everywhere. Any questions we had for Roman didn’t go unanswered for longer than 3 minutes and he made sure that we had everything we could possibly need for our stay. When originally reading reviews, I saw some comments about the neighborhood. I can truly say I didn’t see or have any issues with the area were in, they even have speed bumps on the road to ensure no vehicles are speeding through. Every neighbor on the street we did come in contact with was sure to give us a friendly wave. We will try to stay here again when we go back!

This studio was perfect for me and my two sons. Everything we needed was there, beach chairs, umbrella, towels, bikes, cooler, toiletries… the screened in porch gives great extra space. Everything was set up so thoughtfully for our arrival. Host Roman was very communicative, polite, friendly, and kind. We will happily return here on another visit. It’s true what other’s said about the tv in the adjoining unit but you can just turn on your own tv or sit outside on the porch where it’s delightfully peaceful and quiet.

I echo all the positives of previous reviews. However, I did experience an issue that caused my less than 5 star review. There's a door between the the two units in the building that allowed too much noise from the adjoining unit. I could hear all their TV choices word for word. To make matters worse, the Seinfeld episode was one I'd already experienced. Roman indicated he plans to fix this. It will be good if he does so soon.

We love to stay here. This studio is in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to many restaurants and businesses. This the perfect little place with everything you need. The screened in porch is very relaxing. There is strong WiFi and the host is very helpful and available.

This property has everything you could ever need for your stay, even things that you may have forgotten. There is a beautiful screened in front porch that is so relaxing to sit in during the evening. Two bikes were there to take of you are inclined to go explore. Roman the property manager was very helpful and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

We stayed during hurricane Ian, but the house felt very safe and aside from fallen leaves and a few branches, everything was fine. Roman was a perfect host and very helpful. The location couldn’t be better. If we weren’t living in Naples, we’d stay there again.

Roman was very responsive when we arrived and even let us get in a little early. Studio apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Neighborhood was very quiet and never heard the neighbors. Location is in between two busy roads so getting places by car was easy. Overall we had a great time.

This studio is sparkling clean and the host has thought of every vacation need. There is a fridge/freezer, microwave, Keurig, toaster, and all the plates and glasses you might need. The table was set with a complimentary bottle of wine. There were 2 beach bikes for riding, tons of towels and beach towels, sunscreen, shampoos and soaps. Really, they thought of everything. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet. I'd recommend this place to any couple looking to stay in Naples at an affordable price... without compromising on quality.

This property was perfect for our 4 night stay in Naples. We recommend this for 2 people, it has everything you need. It was clean, plenty of towels, beach chairs, and even a cooler. It is a few miles from the beach, grocery store, walking trails and interstate 75. Roman was very responsive and helpful.

Well thought out studio with everything you could need for a pleasant stay in Naples. Amazing value in high rent Naples and convenient to beaches and stores. Rode bicycle to beach many times and enjoyed the bike friendly streets with beautiful views of the rich and famous properties along gulf shore and Gordon avenue. Roman is so nice and quick to respond. Highly recommend

My wife and I stayed in this studio apartment while visiting our son in Naples over Thanksgiving 2021. It was everything that we needed. Comfortable bed, Keurig coffee, mini-fridge, nice big screen TV, awesome shower with great water pressure. We also enjoyed sitting on the screened patio in the morning in this quiet neighborhood. Close to everything ... including our favorite breakfast spot, First Watch, and our favorite Naples beach, Lowdermilk Beach. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella and small cooler also provided. There are USB hubs on each bedside table which was a nice feature. And a complementary bottle of wine that we enjoyed. We will be back - thanks Roman!
