About this apartment rental
Step into this classy, CLASSIC beauty, right in downtown Cheyenne! This spacious one bedroom apartment has everything you need for a nice getaway, or home away from home. Walking distance to some of Cheyenne’s best shops & restaurants. Ultra secure building is safe and private to the few who have building access. Nice, quiet neighbors & free parking.
Located on the top floor of one of Cheyenne’s historic buildings, this well-maintained apartment has modern amenities, but has kept ALL of its character. Very few people have access to this 24 hour monitored building, and you can feel safe and sound with your quiet neighboring apartments, of which there are only 4.
Unfortunately we can not accommodate pets at this location.
I don't live on site, but we are available between 7am and 10pm. Call anytime for urgent needs.
Cheyenne has such a great, historic downtown. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, historic buildings, and a beautiful live-action theatre. It’s a very safe city with FREE parking!
Park in the parking lot just to the south. Signs say "Law Office Parking Only", but our guests have permission to park here. Free street parking is located all around the building (2 hour time limit M-F 8-5). There is a covered free parking structure a few blocks away.
Uber & Lyft are also available in Cheyenne.
Long term guests staying more than 2 weeks will need to arrange an additional refundable cleaning deposit or schedule regular cleanings during stay (for an additional cleaning fee)
Portable AC is available seasonally, typically between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Consider it a “starter kit” if you will…. Hopefully it will give you the time you need to procure any additional items you may need. If something on this list is not in the unit, please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you ASAP.

Check in is anytime after 4pm and check out is anytime before 11am. In order to allow our cleaning staff the time needed to properly clean and prepare for your stay, we typically cannot allow an early check in or late checkout. An early check in (12pm-4pm) or late checkout (11am-12pm) can be requested for a fee of $25. This will be dependent on availability.
CANCELLATIONS at any time will incur a 6% refund fee.
There is a key-fob used to enter the building stored in a realtor-type lock box hanging on the door. Please use it to open the door then place it BACK in the lock box as other guests need it and there will is a $50 charge for lost or damaged key-fobs.
Per the building owner, no pets are allowed in building.
No smoking of any kind allowed in building. This includes vaping, cigarettes, pipes, cigars, etc. Evidence of such in unit will result in loss of deposit.
No parties allowed.
A/C is available seasonally. Wyoming weather is tricky, so please be aware of this when booking in late May/early June and September/October.

Loved the novelty of staying in an historic building. Walking distance from downtown, property manager answered questions quickly. Lots to see and do in area.

This apartment was centrally located just off of the main area in downtown Cheyenne where the hanging twinkle lights light up across the street. Such an amazing location. Easy parking & entry. Beautiful quaint place with tons of charm. We loved it. From the hardwood floors to crank-out windows to original sinks from decades passed, it was so charming. We would definitely stay here again.

3rd-floor apartment in vintage building in downtown Cheyenne, with parking right next door (very convenient). Minimalist and sparse decor, but with everything we needed. A problem with the shower was rectified quickly, with the property owner allowing us to move one flight down to another apartment.
Great location, walkable to all of downtown Cheyenne.
Check out Paramount Cafe for coffee and Omelet House for breakfast.

This property is so cute and convenient to downtown. You can walk everywhere and return to a clean and safe apartment. We loved it!!

This was our first time staying here it was convenient, quiet, safe, comfortable, and had easy access to everything.

We were very happy with this property. Its an old building, but that adds to the charm! We had everything we needed including some snacks....even though it is a three story walk up (no elevator), its totally worth it in so many ways!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and had plenty of room. The photos represent it well. We would recommend it to others.

This was a great place, centrally located to many of the things we wanted to see and do in downtown Cheyenne. It was a very spacious apartment, with onsite parking, which was great.
It is a walkup and has older fixtures. But for the price it was perfect and met our needs.

Perfect for our needs.
We needed a cheap place to stay for the night. It is in downtown Cheyenne. Close to everything. The apartment is very old, it reminded my wife of her apartment growing up in Queens, NY. It was clean, the bed was comfortable. My son (age 15) slept on the sleeper sofa. He said it was fine for one night. The a/c unit kept the living room cool. The bedroom was kind of stuffy. A fan in there would've been nice. There is a bar right across the street. It got kind of loud at night. All things considered, I'd stay here again.
