On Saturday night, the rooms surrounding mine, were filled with a large noisy drunken party. Drunks vocallized from 1:30am to 3:30am in the parking lot. They seemed to have rented multiple rooms, but spent 2 hours of shouting to choose which they would use. I confronted a man drunk to the point of imbecellity pounding on my door. He shrugged and mumbled "Sorry, wrong room" and staggered away. I packed up and left at 5am.

warm bathroom, excellent signage, clean. no bugs.
some rusting in the shower.

The gentleman who checked me in was friendly.
The room was very dated, the wallpaper was peeling, and it was not clean. The shower curtain had pink mold about 1/3 of the way up from the bottom and there was debris on the bathroom floor from whomever stayed before me. The rear door to the room was unlocked, which I did not realize until just before bed. The parking lot is very poorly lit.

The room was large amd spacious. They had good TV channels not just a few channel options which was good for the kids. I liked the location, right next to a trail that we could walk.
The shower was mediocre not a lot of hot water but it did the job. You can hear through the walls our neighbors kept their TV on a good portion of the night.

The place was dirty, the floor was sticky, the room was not very clean, the floor carpet was sticky and so unable to walk without feet being covered, it smelt of muff, the coffee machine had the old filter in it which was growing green moss, we did not complain as we left early and were refunded the remaining stay, but frankly we should have been refunded the whole amount. We left due to return to Toronto because of a family issue, but really because Combermere was full we could not move elsewhere during that time, or else we would have done! Dire and the staff have not acknowledged any complaint, simply denying all the issues existed and that we are the only people to complain, Don't stay there you will be sorely disappointed!
Everything was awful, the smell, the level of service, the cleanliness and the comfort were all below par, it should not be listed on Booking.com and the reviews do not reflect the reality of what was experienced!

Place needs investment -- coat of paint, upgrade bathroom, etc

room smelt really strong like cigarette smoke.

Really close to town, I walked around everywhere. comfy bed
The place is clean and comfy, but the aging bathroom had an old smell to it. A bit of refreshing would not hurt.

The room was very dated and dirty. The baseboards and electric heater were thick of dust and dirt.
0.5
No daily room service.
Room dirty.
Hair dryer didn’t work. Left a new hair dryer not installed.
Bathroom needs update.
The whole motel needs to be updated. Do not think any improvements have been made since it was built in the sixties.
We were told after we stayed that the recommendations were very poor.
The service at the front desk was poor and rude.
