WORST STAY, AVOID AT ALL COST

Broken bed in main room. Owner refused to replace or fix. We stayed for 5 days and went back and forth with the owner. The bed was junk, completely ruined my back the first night. Broken table in living room, completely falling apart. No pans for oven, as advertised, which led to us throwing food we bought out because we planned on cooking dinner. No hand soap. No wash cloths, we had to buy some just to wash our children. Found a pill under the bed. There was dirt everywhere including on the walls. The floors were so disgusting with dirt and food, we had to wear socks while we were inside. Within the first 5 minutes of being there our feet were black. We contacted the owner and they had their cleaning crew come back out and clean the next day and they did a terrible job. The floors were still so bad. We tried to sleep on the bed in the pull out couch, however it was broken as well. Outlets were sparking in multiple rooms, which is so dangerous. Washer door broken and is hanging on with cardboard. No toilet paper holder which is just tacky. Lack of toilet paper, not sure how they calculate how much toilet paper a family of 4 is supposed to use for 5 nights but when we asked for if we could get more they didn’t respond. No house keeping for a long stay, with limited linens. Had to wash our own towels to bathe. Had to wash our own towels to bathe, and they don’t provide laundry soap so we had to buy that as well. Horrible communication. We had so many issues especially with the broken bed and the owner’s only solution was to pack up my family and move to another one of his apartments. He didn’t care that this was my family vacation and we had a fully booked vacation, and didn’t have time to do that. It wasn’t our responsibility to move to another location because of his irresponsibility of maintaining his properties. He should have changed out the bed or switched the bed with one from his other locations that wasn’t broken. He was extremely rude and confrontational.

Amazing Stay

it was a very pretty place, the bed was very comfortable. very homey for my fiancé & I. the kitchen was a little small but it was big enough for the 2 of us ◡̈

Needs improvement

When we arrive we couldn’t get inside due to wrong code we messaged them and it took them forever to respond to give us the correct code!! We was tired after driving that far and not being able to get inside was a problem and them not responding right away was ridiculous and the beds was so hard and low to the floor like it was designed for short people!! They only had towels no rags so we had to purchase towels! They only let two rolls of tissues and trash bags for a whole 7dats so we had to but all that stuff so we was disappointed in the stay! The location was good due to we was close to slot of stuff!

Be more reachable! And stock the place up and explain to ppl when they book abt the bedding that way they can back out and find sumth more their size I’m tall and so was my family so getting that low to get in those beds was something else!!

Convenient location, but not all that clean.

Location was convenient for what we needed.

I'll start with check-in: they were kind enough to allow us to check in an hour early. But the code did not work. Long story short, they gave us the wrong address and we didn't end up getting in until an hour and a half after requested time. The floors appeared clean on first inspection, but after some of our group walked around barefoot, we quickly learned that the floor likely hadn't been mopped in quite some time as their feet were black on the bottom. The towels supplied were very limited (2 or 3) for a place that sleeps 7. They were placed underneath the bathroom sink. With that and the fact that they were not color coordinated or of quality, I didn't know if they were cleaning rags. We ended up buying our own and leaving them behind for the next people. There is no toilet paper dispenser. So your toilet paper is sitting on the tank of the toilet or the tiny countertop. No hooks to hang wet bathroom towels. Wall outlet in one bedroom is at the height of where your head/pillows lay. This is where the lamps were plugged in. The plugs were loose in the outlet... potential fire hazard... we unplugged so we wouldn't have a fire started on our heads while sleeping. I could not find a drying mat/ rack for dishes so we used paper towels to place our clean dishes on. There were other small issues, as they all add up. The place was certainly not unbearable but not with the all of these concerns, I wouldn't rent this property again. I sent a courtesy message to the property managers via booking.com during our stay expressing my concerns and explaining that I NEVER complain. But they never responded to my message. I only got an automatic message upon check out. Yes, I know this property wasn't terribly expensive, and you get what you paid for. I want expecting a high- class feeling. But I still expect cleanliness, safety, and responsive hosts at the very least. Generally disappointed in our stay.

The lock of front door not working , always open can t locked because the pin code not working .c, there is no keys with

Not like it i advise any family choose another places will be better for them because the photos not true

They definitely get a hard 9 for this property.

I have four kids under the age of six with me. The property was conveniently located across the drive way from a public park, wow! Everything in the property was clean and tidy. Great price for the area. I'm definitely going to use this properties again. Thank you

It's only 1 bathroom. I had to wait for 4 kids to take a bath before I could take a shower or even use the restroom. It's ok though. I was able to workout in between the time. It was plenty of space for that.

There was bare minimum household products. The bathroom didn't have a Toilet paper holder. The beds were horrible and very uncomfortable. The blankets stunk, we had to buy all new products to accommodate our stay. Very unsatisfied with everything at this place.
