Welcome to Cottage Voyage located in the Harbor Club South Haven Marina Resort Community next to the unsalted Lake Michigan. It’s been recently renovated to present a classic luxurious style cottage. Enjoy the quaint and quiet beach town of South Haven with your large family or group of couples and friends.
The inviting cottage is exceptionally furnished with luxury furniture, large smart TVs, 5-star hotel grade bedding and linens, and voyage-themed accents throughout. This vacation home is comfortable and cozy all year long that you will want to return to again and again. So let’s take a look around.
ACCESS TO MARINA RESORT AMENITIES
You are welcome to take advantage of the member's only facility and amenities of Harbor Club Resort Community, including the private marina, club house, and seasonal heated outdoor pool. The marina office is on site to provide you any outdoor activities rental that you might need. Embraced by lush landscaping and in a quiet neighborhood, you are a short walk away from the marina view, the beaches, and Kai-Haven Trail. You are also a short golf cart ride from unique shopping and flavorful dining options of charming South Haven.

This is where you’ll find the 70-inch flat screen smart TV with YouTube TV, Netflix and plenty of places to watch it from. Share the leather sofa, or take the accent chairs all for yourself.
OPEN CONCEPT KITCHEN & FORMAL DINING
With an open concept kitchen, a dine-in island, and a formal dining area on the main level of the home, here is where the culinary magic happens. This kitchen is well stocked, and it features quality appliances, a pull-out sprayer on the double sink, and a K-cup/Carafe Coffee 2-in-1 coffee maker. Enjoy each other's company while prepping meals or snacking in the open concept kitchen/dining area. The large dining table and the kitchen island can seat 16 guests. RETRO STYLE BAR & GAME ROOM w/ GAS FIREPLACE
Step into lower level for a one of a kind game night. Here you can find another large living area that combines a funky roadhouse inspired home bar and a luxury lounge area with a gas fireplace. The Boston brick tile wall and voyage accents bring a vintage atmosphere to the space. Your game night is complete with 2 TVs to air your favorite sports/shows, a foosball table, and a variety of board games for you and your friend to bond over.
UPPER FLOOR LOFT
In this cozy area, you can enjoy some quiet time. Grab a book, play your favorite music, and relax on the sectional sofa. Enjoy the view of endless stars through the skylight. This area also has a designated work station that comes in handy for working remotely.

Your hosts want to ensure everyone enjoys a great night’s sleep every night of your stay. So expect luxurious 5-star hotel quality comforters and memory foam mattresses, 100% cotton linens and beddings on solid wood beds. You’re sure to wake up fully refreshed, ready for a new day, whichever bedroom is yours.
The main level master en suite features a queen bed with a cozy leather chair. The master full bathroom has a bathtub and a standup shower. Two bedrooms on the second level each has a queen bed and an accent chair to relax. The third bedroom on the second level has two twin beds and a pull-out sofa that sleeps two. Lower level bedroom has two bunk beds and a kids corner that is filled with toys and books.

There is plenty going on outside too. You can all gather on the wrap around porch making use of the variety of outdoor seating and BBQ grill, or enjoy more outdoor fun in the neighborhood's common area with a fire-pit.

Pretty Good. Negatives include poison ivy in the shrubs and someone put a grill in an already tight fitting garage. Thought it would be closer to downtown. A good family outing!!!

Our family had a fabulous time - the neighborhood, community pool and hot tub, location, close to the marina was top notch. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic time in South Haven and our stay at this home. We had 13 people (8 adults and 5 (kids/teens) and there was plenty of space to sleep, eat and hang out. The kitchen was stocked with all cooking needs and bathrooms/bedrooms had plenty of towels and blankets. Our family also really liked having the community pool to use during the day or after getting back from the beach.
Also, the home owner, Phoebe, was great to work with and very helpful with any questions we had. We definitely would stay here again!

We had this property for 7 nights and can only say good things! The location is fantastic to local shops and beaches. The 2 pools are great (especially the 4 season pool when it was cooler). Communication with the owner was top notch! When I sent a question, she responded quickly! The house was spacious, clean, and accommodating. Would highly recommend this house for anyone’s vacation!

This was a perfect rental for our needs for a family getaway. The home is spacious and has everything you could need. Very clean and well stocked. Even an electric kettle :). The pool and hot tub are close walking distance and better than we could have imagined! The host is extremely easy to work with and very responsive. I look forward to staying with you again. Lovely home for our family (children and three grand babies) to meet and spend a wonderful weekend together. Phoebe responded quickly to questions and was very accommodating. Great floor plan with bedrooms to meet the needs of nap schedules. Perfect location…close to downtown shopping for the girls and brewery for the guys. We all look forward to staying again soon!!

Great environment for hanging out and for quality time together, enjoyed the multiple large spaces to play games. Loved the variety of kitchen small appliances and being fully furnished. We would come back here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The location was great with easy access to a private pool and a quick drive to the beach. The house was clean and spacious and the property manager was always available for questions. I would definitely stay again in the future!

Our group of 8 adults and 6 kids including an infant loved our stay. There was plenty of room for families to have their own space and great kitchen/ living area to come together as a group and play games / eat. The wrap around porch was a plus- and more than one neighbor walking by said this house is their favorite house in the neighborhood

Overall very nice place, location & lots of space. Great wrap around porch in newer neighborhood. Short drive or easy bike ride to downtown SH, also walkable 15-20 minutes.
House needs several minor repairs which communicated to property manager who communicated they’d be addressed right away. She is very responsive to inquiries & some of the repairs happened during stay.
Basement is a great space but needs some attention to being so cold with no separate thermostat nor A/C vents to close off??

The size / space / amenities were great. Plenty of room for a large family get together - multiple gathering areas. Convenient bike/golf cart ride to South Haven. Would have preferred a little more about the development, construction, and proximity beforehand. There were some maintenance issues that would have preferred were taken care of for the price paid.

The home is such a great space for our family to gather. Phoebe was SUPER responsive - probably the best I have ever had at a VRBO. Any issue that came up or question we had - she was "Johnny on the Spot" - EVEN on Christmas! Thanks so much!

Great location, within walking distance to the beach. Home was located in a cute subdivision with houses in extremely close proximity and no yard space. The soap/shampoo containers in the master bath were virtually empty and the one in the upstairs bath was missing. There was a golf cart/bike rental office in the subdivision but I’m guessing it was closed for the season, which stinks because it’s only mid October and we came for fall break. Very cozy home and very responsive host. In need of a few minor repairs such as trim by the upstairs tub was very stained and dirty looking and the porch was dirty and covered in cobwebs. The lamp in the master was missing a lightbulb and the main level fireplace wouldn’t turn on. The house is very close to downtown SA and the marina which are very cool places. We hope to visit again and would consider this property again, if minor updates could be made, as it was pricey with being in need of repairs.

This house is the perfect getaway for a long weekend in South Haven. Has all the comforts of home and you are a short trip away from other great lake towns. This house is located in a quite neighborhood, with a short walk down to the marina or to the beach. The host was accommodating and responded back to messages quickly. This place is a gem!

We had a very enjoyable stay in South Haven this past week. Our host was very accommodating to our family of 8 adults and 8 children. We had room for all of us with the entertainment area in the lower level and the nice living area and outside wrap around porch and very close to the beach.

Great home for a multi family gathering! Lots of rooms and different sleeping arrangements made for a nice and easy vacation for all of us!

Easy access to everything
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner was extremely responsive and reached out proactively to make sure everything was ok. We brought a 3 year old and 7 month old and there were toys and accommodations for that age which was extremely helpful. The property was walking distance to a beach but not the main beach. The main south beach entrance is a couple minute drive and we decided to go there instead. We did walk to the other beach entrance as well. There is a community pool you can walk to as well. It was about a 5-10 minute walk and not easy to get a wagon to the pool, but we were able to carry it down steps. Overall I would recommend the location and South Haven for a trip! Hope to go back again!

Great Family Home
Property was excellent! Quick walk to Lake Michigan, nice new development with a community pool. House was very clean and had great rooms for our two families to enjoy. One large dining room table actually fit our whole crowd which is hard to find in rentals! Owner was extremely responsive and answered all questions quickly. Home came stocked with toilet paper, soaps, towels, linens etc. would definitely recommend to others. Only downside is there is no private yard only communal green spaces.

House was exactly like pictured when we arrived, looked even better in person. Owner was very responsive to questions during stay and had plenty of supplies/toys/furniture for my 9 month old son. Garage had lots of great things to use at the beach! Would 100% recommend staying here.

Basement was rather cold but the space heater was helpful in getting it to manageable range. We had a couple of maintenance related issues but the host and the property manager were quick and responsive.
House has one covered garage. One additional car can be parked in front of the garage. Our third car happened to be the most used minivan and was cornered into a tight spot by another car from a guest at nearby house. It was there for 3 of the 5 days we stayed. The host and the property manager had hard time finding the owner to move the car to lots of other open spaces.
The Newport Beach is within walking distance about a mile away. You can also drive there and park near the public access entrance. There are other public access entrances nearby too. There is Kal Haven trail nearby if you are into hiking.
The town of South Haven itself is a cute little beach town. The Black River provides good entrance for boats to access Lake Michigan. We rented a pontoon boat from the resort marina and that was the highlight for our trip for kids and adults in our group.
There are a few restaurants in town. Good restaurants usually had long waits. There are limited options if you have vegetarians or vegans in the group. That’s where nice kitchen in this house rental with pots and utensils was handy for some guests in our group.
Overall, we were happy with our stay at this resort house and would probably stay there again should we decide to visit South Haven.

Family weekend
Phoebe was a fantastic host! She communicated often and checked to see if there was anything she could do to make our stay more enjoyable. The house was perfect for my family. The bedrooms were great and the common spaces provided more than enough room for all of us. Location was great as well.
