We have had "not so good" stays at other Country Inn and experience not so good. This property is very nice. Big kiddos to the breakfast lady. Very nice and helpful. Keeps her area clean

The property is very worn and needs attention. Basics were missing from our room- no hand soap, no blankets on the beds. ONE washcloth, ONE hand towel and only three full sized towels. Some kind of the electrical outlets did not work. The shower dripped all night and the shower head was a light shower with a river of water leaking out the side. Will not stay here again.

Staff were friendly, however, there were a number of issues with the hotel.
1. Broken toilet seat in public bathroom (down the hallway, past the lounge.)
2. No soap in public bathroom
3. Some breakfast entrees (sausage, eggs) were over an hour late.
4. Staff sat on the front counters
5. Sign reading that desk staff was away helping guest was permanently posted on front counter. It was difficult to tell if the staff member was in the back room or if they were truly away from the desk helping a guest. The staff member was in the back room on 2 out of 3 occasions.
6. No trash bag in dining area waste basket. People started to throw trash away in to unlined basket. A trash bag was added about a half hour later.
7. Shower faucet in room 223 leaked

One of our worst hotel stays yet! Counters were dirty - like they hadn’t been washed in a while. Tub with chips, no bar soap or hand wash, crack in floor with a soft spot, slits in blinds and a rickety desk that my husband had to readjust so it wouldn’t collapse! The kicker was the air conditioner vent crashing off around 3:00 am! Also not that we were planning on using pool, but green, mold bottom.

We stayed three nights and overall it was okay. It was the cheapest option and only real issue was noise level. You need to stay on the top floor or pray no one is in room above you. You can hear every step taken. Bathroom light needed to be a bit brighter.

We had a nice time here. The property itself could use a little work and updating, but for the price it was great. Everything the clean and the beds were comfortable.

Not sure what’s going on but they are not a very good hotel at this time, 9/2/2024. We walked in to an argument between two people, one definitely worked there, the other was an owner/manager. They appeared to have staffing issues. Our room was short on towels and had no soap. The breakfast was limited (biscuits & gravel, bagels, toast, yogurt, waffles, cereal). We were there three mornings and it never varied. On the last day there was something wrong with the orange juice, I found a soggy bagel, and there was something wrong with the pancake batter.
We had no room service for the days we were there.
The hotel was relatively inexpensive and was close to the things we wanted to do. The beds were comfortable and we were OK overall. We would not go back.

Carpet was dirty and not vacuumed. There was a used bar of soap with a hair on it in the shower. GROSS! A new bar of soap wasn't provided and neither was shampoo. There was only a bottle of conditioner and lotion. Bathroom sink had some type of plaster on half of it that was chipping. Looks like they tried to cover a crack. The trim behind the bathroom door was rusted and not completely attached to the door. Bathroom floor was not swept or cleaned. There was only ONE hanger for clothes. Ironing board was in bad shape as well as the iron. The sprinklers on the wall near the cailing were rusty. Overall not impressed and would have rather stayed next door at the Comfort Inn but they were booked. Next I would rather pay more to stay somewhere nicer.

To top everything I was charged double the rate using the Expedia App. DOUBLE!!! while confirming payment mind you. Even the front desk manager on duty said the rate was too high. Very disappointed in this booking and the property.
