About this apartment rental
Located in the heart of Downtown Dunedin. The best of everything! New construction offers convenience, quality and security for a wonderful experience. Full-sized gourmet kitchen with granite counters, and stainless appliances, spa-like large bathrooms, full-size washer and dryer and top of the line furnishings will ensure a visit that will make return visits something you will want to do regularly. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and double vanities. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed. The living room and both bedrooms have new televisions and Direct TV, Netflix and Prime. High-speed internet access is included and the unit has individually controlled central heat and air conditioning as well as ceiling fans throughout. This condo is located on the second floor of a mixed use commercial building and has two retail shops downstairs. We love the shops and think you will enjoy them, too. One is a ladies' clothing store and the other features unique home decor. Walk this quaint community filled with the best restaurants, local breweries and bars, and enjoy live entertainment. Visit the marina, walk or bike the Pinellas Trail, enjoy Honeymoon and Caladesi Islands Beach, shop the locally owned retail businesses and galleries and see why Dunedin is consistently touted as one of the best walking communities, places to retire, and cities in Florida. There is no better place to experience Dunedin for a quick getaway, snowbird retreat or as a festival destination. Living in the area already, we were doing a little staycation for our anniversary. Needless to say we found the absolute perfect place to stay! Right in the heart of downtown Dunedin, this unit had everything…updated throughout the whole place, plenty of towels, coffee, stocked cabinets, you name it. The check in process was also very easy. They came out when we arrived to show us how to make sure the doors were locked each time we left. The place is definitely very secure, which was a great feeling. We didn’t have to get in our car the whole weekend, as anything we wanted was within walking distance. Next time we go to Dunedin and need a place to stay this is the first property we will look up!

We had a delightful stay. Everything you would find at home was here, kitchen supplies, paper towels, toilet tissues, tissues, towels, beach towels, laundry detergent, etc. The beds were comfortable, the pillows. The bathrooms were luxurious, the living room comfy. It is clean, clean, clean.
The owners are very gracious.
We could walk downstairs to eat at numerous restaurants, stroll the shops, have a drink. The local beaches are lovely, Honeymoon Island, our favorite, Clearwater Beach.

This condo is top shelf. Located in downtown Dunedin you are close to everything and always have a first rate experience. Two thumbs up from us. Christine and Jorge are wonderfully accommodating and responsive. They are just really nice people. We will be back.

The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need for a short or long getaway. You can park your car and walk to everything down Main Street. Lots of boutiques for shopping and lots of different restaurants to choose from. Close to Honeymoon Island and a short drive to Tarpon Springs.

The unit it beautiful, spacious and centrally located. Owner was very responsive and helpful. If you are a light sleeper don’t sleep in the room to the left of the entry. It sounded like washers and/or dryers running all night long. Also, I don’t recall seeing this is the instructions but I got a text from the owner after check-out that we had to vacate the parking spaces by 10:45 am and we had gone to get breakfast. We made it back in time but that put a damper on the morning. Other than these two items this was a very good rental and I would stay here again. This is a quaint area near the water. This Floridian loved it.

Jorge and Christine, our hosts, were the most attenitive, accessible, and honest hosts we have ever encountered. They care about your stay and actively resond to any request while making you feel like family.
The apartment is well stocked with extra towels in both bathrooms, extra sheets and pillows in the bedrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen. The balcony off the living room faces south, you see the sun from sunup to sundown. An extremely attractive addition since we spent January and February in the unit.
All locks are four number codes so no keys are needed. There are two locked doors you need to enter, about 5 yards apart due to the design of the building, before you arrive at the elevator. We were appreciative of the extra level of security and its really no big deal.
The location is absolutely perfect. You are in the middle of town and everything, restaurants, shops, bars, breweries, and the dock, is walking distance from your door.
The garbage is picked up quite early in the morning and does make a lot of noise. After a few days it became background noise and wasnt quite so annoying. With the garbage being addressed often, it results in absolutely no garbage smells which in my mind is an added value.
Overall, we couldn't have had a better experience with our hosts and the unit.

This is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. The property is right downtown and in easy walking distance to everything downtown has to offer.
Great amenities, balcony overlooking the parking lot, and nice touches like some Christmas decorations.
Loud garbage truck emptying a dumpster behind the property about 7:00 AM, but nothing can be done about that really.
Would definitely stay here again!

The direction for parking and entrance were excellent. We enjoyed the location and walked everywhere in Dunedin. The furnished house had everything we needed including cooler for the boat trip.

Beautiful condo with more space than we expected. Towing huge bedrooms and huge bathrooms. The pictures do not do the space justice. If you want to experience downtown Dunedin, there is no better choice - steps (literally) away from Main Street shops, restaurants, bars and all Dunedin has to offer. Our daughter asked if there was any chance we could move in permanently!

Second floor unit was perfect for two middle couples. Elevator and reserved parking spaces were a bonus. Location, security and furnishings were ideal. Landlord was very responsive to our needs. We will certainly return when in the area.

This second floor condo was in the heart of downtown. Restaurants and nightlife galore. During the day you can walk for hours exploring the area or hop in the car and have a beach day (owners provide beach chairs and towels for that). I will be back!

Pros:
Very clean and very spacious.
Comfortable beds.
Well appointed.
Easy walking to lots of restaurants, ice cream shop, etc.
Hosts are attentive to any issues.
Cons:
Noisy... 1. something in the building (rooftop A/C unit?) would kick on repeatedly through the night and made an unnerving electric humming sound. Loud enough to wake my wife and me several times each night. 2. I guess they empty the dumpsters every morning??? 3. Someone was up at 5am on a Saturday with a moving truck right below the primary bedroom, dragging stuff around and making a racket. I don't recommend this location if you are a light sleeper.
Entering and exiting is a bit of a pain as you have 3 locked doors and an elevator to contend with. If you don't lock each of the doors immediately, the hosts contact you within seconds. They live next door. Kind of feels like you are being monitored 24/7.
All the windows and the balcony face a parking lot, dumpsters and power lines.

Very clean and spacious condo with all you need for overnight stays. Location is perfectly located in the middle of everything (restaraunts, bars, gift shops, ice cream store) in downtown district all within walking distance. My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again and also recommend this property to others. Two thumbs Up!!

You can’t beat the location. Really nice condo in the heart of downtown Dunedin. Nice space for four people with two separate bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. Only problem was the garbage truck that picked up the garbage at 6 AM on Saturday morning.

My daughter and grandson and I stayed at Jorge and Christine's luxury apartment right on Main Street in downtown Dunedin. It was perfect! The place was immacuately clean, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. We loved sitting on the balcony drinking coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Even though we were downtown, the apartment was very quiet and very secure. As promised, being in downtown Dunedin was lots of fun!
Although our hosts are in the same building, the layout is so well designed and the building is so quiet, that we did not run into each other except upon our arrival and when we had an issue with the door. And then Jorge gave me a wonderful explanation of their plans for the building. So interesting!!
I definitely recommend this delightful apartment! I can't wait to come back.
