Welcome to the PHOENIX ORANGE BEACH 2 unit 1401 located on the 14th floor. Gulf front vacationing at its finest! Unbelievable Direct unobstructed views are the best for your family with its amazing views of the white sand beach and Relaxing Gulf of Mexico.
Our condo is perfectly situated on the 14th floor directly overlooking the Beach and the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a key-less entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished. The Large balcony provides incredible views of the Gulf that span for miles along pristine white beaches and clear blue waters.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55"SMART TV in the master, and Smart TV's in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master, king in the 2nd bedroom, king in the 3rd bedroom and two queen beds in the 4th bedroom.. The unit sleeps 10 in beds. Charcoal Grills are available near the pool area. The kitchen comes with both a Keurig and regular drip coffee maker. There is not a sofa sleeper in this unit.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, large Hot tub, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf. Located directly across the street from Shrimp Basket and Zeke's Marina. As well as Ice cream, and Donuts store. We also offer free use of our owners closet to store your beach supplies at no extra charge. This gives you more room and helps when you have floats, coolers, tents, umbrella's and kids toys.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer. This property is very nice with great amenities to keep children entertained as well as adults. Great location on the beach with just a short walk down from the condo to the beach. The condo is well appointed and we enjoyed the scenic view of the coast from the balcony. Very nice!

The condo was nice and in a great location. The amenities of the building were excellent including the water slide and lazy river. The condo itself could have been a little cleaner, some of the towels were stained etc. also the living room TV did not work that well and multiple outlets were broken.

The condo was lacking security. It was so easy to access the condo, the pool and especially the beach access. This is a concern especially if you have minors. The place itself was nice and easy check-in process.

Overall it’s a nice place. I would not stay there again because of the way the property management (not owner) handles things. They lock the doors on the gulf facing side of the building when it storms ( or even it looks like it’s going to storm) and won’t let you in, you have to walk all the way around to the front in the storm. Their thought process for this is to keep people away from the pool area, which you have to walk through to get back in the building. They also will not let you sit under the covered areas by the outdoor pool area if there is a dark cloud, it’s the Gulf, there are clouds and storms frequently. There was a security officer that was very rude enforcing this rule, he yelled at everyone to tell them the rules that are not posted clearly. These doors that they lock are clearly emergency exit doors in which should never be locked, yes they lock them from inside too so if there were an emergency you would not be able to exit the building out the back side. The condo itself was in good shape, roomy and decently clean. The bedrooms are a little cluttered with furniture that’s too large and makes it hard to get to the other side of the bed. There are no kinds of spices, not even salt/pepper so if you’re cooking you will have to purchase some, along with toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. We had no problems, everything worked as it should. When you pay thousands of dollars to stay on the beach with a pool and then get screamed at makes me unhappy.

Family vacation to Gulf Shores, great facility overall with many convenient touches like carts for moving in/ moving out. Air and water for helping with beach gear. Parking garage had ample space for large vehicles with car top carriers. Views were great and the unit was spacious.

5 snowbirds gathered for 2 weeks to enjoy a bit of time in sunshine. The location is great and the condo was clean and comfortable. It could use a bit more cooking equipment, though we chose to eat out most of the time. The ice maker was a great plus, and the filtered water in the fridge door was appreciated. Enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a great time at this condo! The only thing that would have been better is if there were more amenities like Racquetball or Tennis courts since some days were too chilly for swimming outside.

We had a wonderful stay! Great views and seconds from having your toes in the sand. Late October is a great time to go. Weather was great and there was no competition for great beach spots. 1401 was a wonderful stay and the accommodations were fantastic. Highly recommended for a great beach vacation.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this condo. The location is great with lots of restaurants nearby. You can still hear the ocean but high enough to block out outside pool noise. The condo was clean and plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a spacious condo.

The condo was great! Location was perfect with easy access to the beach. The views from the large balcony adn from inside the unit were amazing. Very clean and spacious for our family of 6 adults and 4 teens. Beds were comfortable. We did limited cooking so the kitchen was fine for our needs. Highly recommend this unit!

The place was amazing. The views, the space to bed comfort. It was amazing. On the 14thfloor but the elevators was quick. The pool was a 10/10. My family love it. There was nothing bad to say about this place. Will stay again. The place was close to the Walmart which was great. The water park was only a short drive. Rental process was easy and check in was a quick and easy. Looking forward to the next stay. Down side was the cookware. Didn't have enough cookware for a large family. Only had one large pot and one pan. So that made cooking hard. Had to go purchase to cook.

I planned a surprise vacation over the Memorial Day holiday weekend for my boyfriend and 6 of our closest friends. The condo was perfect! Everything was beautifully decorated and clean - just like the photos portrayed - and the view from the 3 main bedrooms, living room, and balcony was amazing! The property is well-maintained, with easy access to the beach, and the staff is super friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and will definitely consider staying at this unit again!

The condo had plenty of space for our group of 7. It was beautifully decorated. Loved the ocean and bay views and large patio with plenty of seating. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of seating in family room. It would have been nice to have a few more pots and pans but all in all it was perfect for our group. Would definitely rent it again.

The unit was beautifully decorated but the kitchen was poorly appointed for cooking for a family. Poor quality pots, pans and knives and the pot sizes don’t function well for the number of people that would be staying at the unit. We came with elderly parents and planned to cook in every night to enjoy the beautiful unit and location. We were disappointed in the poorly stocked kitchen. The unit itself was nice and the property was very nice.

Our group of 3 couples had a great time on our trip. Condo was clean and nice coastal decor/colors. Lots of comfortable seating. Great balcony and awesome tall wraparound windows/doors with amazing views! With 3 king bedrooms -each couple had great views with a wall of windows! Did not use the other bedroom but unit would be great for a large family with kids. Definitely recommend this unit-you won’t be disappointed.

Condo was very clean and pictures in the listing were accurate. There were 8 of us, and more than enough space. Saw numerous dolphins from the large balcony. Kitchen was well stocked for the meals we cooked in. Beds were comfy, but one did squeak. Loved the wet bar area and ice machine. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay, we loved our room it was so spacious and clean, it was exactly what we needed. The views was beautiful 🤩 Also our grand babies loved the slide and the splash pad and we enjoyed the lazy river and the jacuzzi. We also enjoyed the sunsets, we literally had the best time. I stayed here in June 2022 with my sister, mom, sister-in-law and a few kids. The oldest 14 and the youngest 5. The condo was very clean, spacious (everyone was in a bed), beautifully decorated and loved that it was an end unit with windows all around. The ONLY thing I can recommend to the owner is to stock the kitchen with more cooking equipment. It was hard to cook for a larger group. If you pack your own cooking equipment that will work too. The lazy river and slide kept the kids occupied when the water was too rough to go in. I would definitely stay here again.
