Other than the location, this accommodation had nothing I or my family liked.
Cleanliness was poor with shower tray blocked with waste. We needed eight (8) wafer thin pillows to lie on a paper thin mattress jammed into a tight corner preventing access from both sides of the bed. There was nothing to indicate this was student accommodation and I very much pity any student who had to spend even one semester there. One (1) drinking mug, scissors and a hair-dryer with a European plug were the only items in the room for us to consider using the kitchen area. Microwave oven was FILTHY. Cleaners were obviously students earning pin-money and they DID NOT earn their wages.

Great location and spotlessly clean
The beds were very uncomfortable, need new mattresses.

Really excellent place, super central location, really friendly staff, great common area
The bathroom is very small

Location was very good
Cleaners were around on Sunday morning way earlier than my check out time at 11. I felt I had to rush out earlier than I wanted to.
Also I assumed, for the price, I had a kitchen unit to my self, instead of having to share with several other guests.

It was really close to Eyre square which I loved, there were some great pubs very close by, the staff were lovely, having a cinema room, games room and laundry room were great additions to the experience and the room itself was lovely.
I got asked to pay a €150 damage deposit after checking in, which is a lot of money to just suddenly have to pay with no warning, the staff at reception were really helpful in solving this problem though

Location was excellent
Nothing to dislike

Location is very good from the bus station and the train station. A short walk from shops, bars and also into Galway City Centre. If you are on a weekend trip where you will be spending more time out and about then this is a good option.
It was a pricy accommodation for what it was but it did have everything you would need. Potentially booking further in advance from your stay may prove advantageous. The place was spacious but the bed and pillows weren't very comfortable.

Room was very comfortable and bed were also.
Also people who work there was very nice.
2.0
It was close to the city
Extremely uncomfortable bed
Extremely cramped room.
Although it was clearly self-catering, when it costs almost €400.00 for two nights a little consideration in the form of salt, pepper, sugar & oil would not have gone amiss.
The bathroom, despite being
new, smelled weird/ musty.
No air conditioning

Too warm inside the bedroom. There is no air flow… we couldn’t sleep

The location was Central and the place was very quiet as well. The rooms were clean and the staff was nice. Could not have asked for a better service.

Location and clean rooms
Reception was helpful and kind and resolved all issues below.
Unit pictures displayed large couch In the room. Or factual
One room did not have towels. One room did not have toilet paper.
Neither had soap or shampoo.
For the piece point you should not have to track these items down.
Paid Parking provided across the street which was cumbersome

The location is excellent.
It’s very stuffy - very low air quality inside the building and if you leave your windows open cigarette smoke comes into the apartment.

Everything you need to travel on a budget.
Good wifi in room.
Laundry room requiring app to use.
Good communication via email.
Lovely view from top floor.
The room was not well cleaned. Hair, trash and stains.
Only open window was stuck/broken.
No cooling. The building is 23-25 degrees on a cool day.
The bed is not great.

The shower
The bed is too thin and too small for 2 people. The room was filthy and the floor sticky. The room was hot the thermometer could not be dialed down and the AC did not cool. The pillow is so flat you dont even know you have a pillow.
Price is too much for this kind of accomodation. Also it get shown better rooms on the pictures here but in reality its not.

Fabulous location, helpful staff and very clean.

It's grand for a night, close to town, they do help with parking and get you a reduced rate for 24 hours which is nice.
It's student accommodation, room small but still ok, the pictures of the apartment living space is for shared use, so that was disappointing, as you share with 4 other ensuite rooms.... that bit I must have missed when booking

Nothing
No light in room, drunk people screaming at 4am.
5.0
good location
no signage on the property so it was hard to find. The matresses on the beds were not very good.

The location was excellent. Central to the main attractions and the coach and train stations. No breakfast was included - we had booked self catering facilities, so were weren't expecting breakfast.
The wi-fi was easy to connect to and it was stable.
Staff at reception were friendly and helpful.
It would've been useful to have a toaster and food preparation area in the public area.
The heat in the corridors to the rooms was turned up very high!

The staff were very nice. I originally booked a room and it was very very small with no facilities for cooking etc. I went to reception and within minutes they staff member offered me an upgrade for only €60 extra. As I was there for a business trip for 3 days it was perfect location to where I was working. Withing minutes of all local places..
The only thing that I didnt really like was I had no fresh towels and it was very basic. I also didn't like that it was like a maze to get to my first 'room'. It was very student living. But I do know hence the price... it is worth going that extra bit for the amenities.
9.0
Easy access in and out of property.
Safe and secure rooms.
Clean room and no dirt evident upon entry of room.
Friendly staff at reception.
provide shampoo/shower gel in the showers.
No TV in the room.
Mattress was not the best either but wasn't the worst.

Not much, other than location.
Sold as a double room self-catering. This was actually a student room/pod for one person with a shared kitchen being rented out at way overpriced costs to unsuspecting tourists in the summer. Totally misrepresented on the website, which would lead you to believe the kitchen accommodation is part of the room rented. The "double room" we stayed in is on student websites from €94 per week, we paid close on €200 per night if you factor in the cost of parking at €12 per day (that's including a half price discount) The double bed was more like a large single bed, with a very cheap and uncomfortable mattress, with two small pillows. No toiletries bar a basic handsoap in the bathroom. I received a message from the team after the first night to see how everything was, I replied explaining how disappointed we were with the accommodation given how it was sold, and I am still waiting on a response. On leaving, I asked to speak with a manager, but I was told he wasn't there today and I could ring him. When I spoke with him, he had to ask where I was staying, so obviously not an onsite manager to be had. This is a money-making racket, with no interest in any customer satisfaction. The manager also told me that the price we paid is the going rate for the area, that's fine if you are honest about what the accommodation is like, and then we can make an informed decision. It is fine for one student to stay here, and I am quite sure it is not sold to two students sharing these rooms, so why sell it as a double room at way higher prices to tourists? Sell it for what it is and don't mislead your customers. The messages received from the team on this website are obviously automated, as I have received two now, with no response to my first complaint. Rip-off is alive and well in this faceless company.

Nothing
Not made clear it was student accommodation. The two bed apartment was a student dorm. No mention of a small double bed- good enough for one adult, BUT NOT FOR TWO ADULTS. Woken up several times in the night by rowdy young adults in the courtyard AND NO WAY TO REACH RECEPTION AS THERE WAS NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SCREAMING AND SWEARING THAT WENT ON UNTILL 4.30AM. (Not a 24 hour reception) Made this complaint to the property and no reply to my message after a whole day. They took my money and now don’t care. Really really not what was advertised. Avoid at all costs. Booking.com???
