Escape to this fun and contemporary family-friendly paradise located just a few blocks from the beach! Inside this sparkling, two-story home, you'll find a ground-floor great room complete with a well-equipped, gourmet kitchen with gorgeous countertops and a breakfast bar, a dining area with seating for four - perfect for meals or family game nights, and an inviting and sunlit living area with a comfortable sofa, cable-equipped flatscreen TV, and immediate access out to the patio and pool. Outside, fire up the gas grill for family cookouts and dine al fresco on the covered patio, play some Ping-Pong, or slip into your private pool for a refreshing swim. If you need to catch up on some work or do a little remote schooling, you'll find a convenient desk and chair at the top of the stairs. All four bedrooms are also on the second-floor of this home including a main bedroom with en suite bath and three guest rooms, all with plush, queen-size beds.

Hit the nearby beach where you can spot passing cruise ships or catch the occasional rocket launch from Cape Canaveral. Cocoa Beach is over a mile down the road with numerous restaurants and attractions as well as businesses where you can rent scooters, jet skis, and kayaks, or be entertained on the Cocoa Beach Pier. And for the kids (or the kids at heart), hop on the Beachline Expressway for just 60 miles towards Orlando and find yourself at Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, and Sea World.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Enjoyed our stay at Cape Canaveral. Home was clean and the amenities were satisfactory. The pool area was beautiful. Master bedroom was nice. Did not have a TV in each bedroom. Brink your own iron as there was not one in the house. Overall would recommend this house if you plan a trip to the area

WOW! This place had everything you needed right at hand! Walk to the beach was maybe 3-4 minutes beautiful location and never get let down with Vacasa! The house was very clean lots of room and felt very comfortable.. My family also was very pleased with our rental and looking to book this location in the future! Love Love Love…

Really great comfortable villa with everything you need. Lots of extra touches, such as a garage full of equipment free to use from pool inflatables to bikes. Especially loved watching a rocket launch from the bedroom balcony.

This was our 3rd stay here. The inside is nice and clean but the outside reflects the poor neighbourhood. The lawn is overgrown with weeds and popped pool floats out back. The pool was very cloudy and green the whole time, despite them coming out to supposedly clean, they only brushed. Vacasa customer service us abysmal! 9-10 days to respond to emails. Also the cable in this place is non existent it does not work and the internet is so bad you can’t stream a whole movie without at least 10-12 stops due to internet! You have to use your own apps or boring LG channels. Garbage situation was a total mess the bins were already full with recycle and trash when we arrived. Would not recommend this place, we won’t rent again. But kudos to the cleaning crew which I hope gets the full extra fee you pay! Vacasa fees are pure profit as they do absolutely nothing to earn the nearly 2 grand in fees!

House was beautiful, neighborhood/neighbors were great, close to beach and plenty to do. Only negative was the pool was freezing and we were told that was done because previous renters abused the heater. This house is perfect during warm months, but if you are looking during colder months and was a usable pool keep looking. The ocean was much warmer! Pool was pretty to look at but we could not use it because it was so cold! Very disappointing as that was one of the deciding factors when searching for a rental.

This house was perfect for our mini family trip. It is located within walking distance to the beach, plenty of fun activities for kids nearby, great places to eat and the house was very updated and clean! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We loved everything! The house was beautiful and walking distance to the beach. It was very clean. Due to the hurricane we had to change our location last minute and it was very easy and accommodating. We will for sure dance this information and be back. We absolutely had a excellent time at this home. They literally have everything!!! Beach chairs, a tent, boogie boards, surf boards, paddle boards, beach towels, pool floats, bikes, cooler, metal beach cart/fishing cart. The pool was amazing. The walk to the beach is 2.5 blocks. It is a long walk in the heat or when a thunderstorm comes in quick. There is a parking area at the entrance to the beach for a quicker exit! We had 8 adults in this house. The kitchen is amazing. The work that was put into this house is fantastic. The only three complaints we had. One was the outside ceiling fans did not work. Two there was only one sofa in the living room. Three was the alarm beeped every time any door to the outside was opened. Know that you will thoroughly enjoy your beach trip in this home!

House is close to beach and pool great. The WiFi was sporadic at best for first 4 days. Constant communication to mgt from us but no resolution. On 5th day tech arrived but took the WiFi router as said there was no contract. Router replaced later that day but WiFi still hit or miss. Great house if you don’t need connectivity for work/entertainment.

Overall, a good rental experience, however, wifi is glitchy, kitchen lacks a toaster. In addition, be careful to review the total price of the rental, lots of fees, taxes and add ons which are excessive based upon my experience renting numerous properties during fifteen years of traveling.

This was a comfortable and practical house, if impersonal and not super cozy. Pluses: short walk to beach, great washer/dryer set-up, nice kitchen appliances, good bathroom counters/drawers, good closets, dressers. Negatives: pool unheated and too short for even short laps, not very interesting walking other than at the beach, few bedside tables/lamps, only glasses were beer mugs, no toaster, Teflon-flaking pans, ping pong paddles were falling apart. I never received confirmation of payment from Vacasa and they were slow to answer my messages before we arrived. However when we had a minor (non-) problem while at the rental they reacted and straightened it out immediately. It seemed better suited for young adults to vacation together than a family.

My family and I stayed here for a week at Christmas time and had the best time. The house is well equipped and roomy, providing enough space for people to both gather anywhere private time. We enjoyed the pool and the house's location. Strongly recommend this rental!

Pun intended! This home was beautiful and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We walked to the beach which was just a short walk away, We swam in the pool, marveled at the flowers and bananas on the trees, grilled a few times, and laid in the sunshine. Ron Jon's and Cocoa Beach were just a few minutes away, as was the Publix. Each day we opened up the incredible sliding doors so that the living room ran straight into the back deck. Our favorite time was spent soaking in the sun while having our morning coffee on the deck/balcony (of which there are multiple). We even got to watch a SpaceX launch while in town! We will definitely be back!!!

This home was in a perfect location. A block from the beach with bikes furnished to ride bikes back and forth to. Come back from a day at the beach and jump straight in the pool and start grilling. The modern feel of this new home was spectacular and had everything needed. You are close to shopping, restaurants, bars, etc. You are guaranteed to love this house and its location to everything.

We stayed here while my son attended space camp at the Kennedy Space Center. The house is just beautiful with high-end finishes throughout. The patio and pool area are an oasis and the walk to the beach is 3 minutes max. Highly recommend. We will be back :)
