This place is not only adorable, but it's clean and comfortable! Communication with the property was excellent. Location is SO convenient! We walked to the beach, and to a cute "Tiki Bar" for a late snack and some drinks. We grabbed a soda and some milk at the convenient store a block away. There is everything you could possibly need right there at the Villa - even a beach buggy (wagon) you can put your towels and chairs and toys (all provided at the property) in for some time at the beach. **** Highly recommend!!!! ****

Our first pick was not available because the hurricane knocked the power out so the owner was able to get us this property and we loved it. Beautiful view of the ocean!

Check in was very easy . Place was in a very quiet area . 10 min walk to beach . Shower was great , bed was pretty good but a little on harder side for me but it’s ok . Set up was great . Very clean . Worth the stay

Cute little place, close to lots of things to do and the beach. Clean and organized. Communication was great!! If i can make a suggestion it would be to add a trash can in the bathroom and biggest thing is invest in new mattresses. Old and lumpy, definitely needs an upgrade. Otherwise had a great stay! Thanks

Very cute place, quiet area and at night you can hear a band in the distance. The only downside is if you're a light sleeper, we heard people on the other side of the bedroom wall in and out of their bathroom all night, hearing their exhaust fan every time, tapping on the sink with their toothbrush or something and my golly someone in there snores like a chainsaw! Would stay there again as the thin bedroom wall is the absolute only complaint. Neighbors were all otherwise quiet.

Laved the villa. Nice cleen and confortable. Did not care for the beds. Sleep number beds that we could not figure out how to work. Other than that we had a great stay and would stay here again.

We only stayed one night and wish we could have stayed longer. Despite my sister’s family not making it, the unit that we stayed in was great! There was even charcoal for the grill in case we wanted to grill something on the outdoor patio area.

Ease of check in 10 Property location 10 Felt like a home away from home Had all the amenities of home Comfort 10 Laundry was $1.50 wash $1.00 dry. Dryer could use an upgrade.

The unit we stayed in was clean the communication with the owner or the property manager was quick and efficient. There could’ve been a few extra pillows for the rooms so we didn’t sleep on the decorative pillow.

Amazing place to stay. I only had the opportunity to stay one day with other travel planned but it was the nicest place i have stayed in years. The staff was extremely nice and called me asking how my stay was going that day during my stay. It was the 4th of July. This type of attention was thoughtful and greatly appreciated. If i ever have to go back to this area i will be staying here again.

Our place worked perfectly for us. Quiet, on the beach, near where family already lives, tons of shopping/restaurants just a few miles up A1A. The place itself appears to have been recently renovated inside. It all looks new. It's a small place but it was clean, things were new, and well maintained. Our point of contact ALWAYS responded within 5-10 minutes when we had questions.

The property owner was extremely accommodating and helpful. We were provided check in information well in advance, which I loved. The property was clean, convenient, and spacious!

The villa was great. Very well laid out and roomy. Communication was excellent. There's 1 parking spot for each villa. There's plenty of amenities such as wifi, a kitchen, extra bed, coin washer/dryer and accessories for the beach. We were also accomodated a playpen/crib and childrens books and toys. The bed in the bedroom needs to be upgraded, but other than that we really enjoyed our 2-day stay. 4.9/5

Very close to the cruise port and host was very helpful and prompt when communicating. My only suggestion would be to invest in a better mattress for the main bedroom. It was pretty uncomofrtable, luckily we just needed one night so bearable. Overall though happy with coco sands.
