Will stay again because of convenience to nallpark, but bring my own necessities

Clean, convenient and cost effective Near food, beverage and baseball. Super kudos for the evening bar setup- that was great!

Housekeeping was incompetent, lazy , useless - lights not working, did lousy job on refurbishing- no coffee replaced, no tissues. My biggest complaint- little things ignored!!!

The area and friendly staff, and the fact that it was really close to the resort we went to. Kalahari Resorts was just minutes away. And also the fridge wasn't working in my room, and they came right away and replaced it.

You have a wonderful hotel! I would not hesitate to book my stay there again.

Staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast could not have been better! The room was clean and well maintained. It was the best LQ I have stayed in for quite some time.

The air conditioner in the room. I would like to have been able to have the fan running on low at night to help drown out the noise (my room was near the pool area), and also have the air conditioner on about 75 degrees or so. However, I had to make a choice between having the fan on, or the air conditioner (cooling option) on. I had to keep getting up and switching between the two options.

Don’t Judge a Hotel by its Decor(Cover)

Newness and modern decorn is pleasing. Staff at front desk and cleaning lady nice and courteous.

Walls seemed paper thin! No rest not to mention pillow were horrible flat and dirty! Bedding didn’t seem like enough. Bed was not comfortable! Pool was not kept clean and breakfast lady was very eager to closeup n clean. No new food had been added. I didn’t get to eat anything during my stay. I trie getting down by 830 and she was putting things away and there wasn’t anymore breakfast.

Stinky musty room. Apathetic front desk.

The room stunk so bad I had to buy bounce dryer sheets the first night after the front desk offered no solutions. The second night I demanded a new room. No refund for the dryer sheets and was charged full price even though it was the stinkiest room I’ve ever stayed in.

I was very pleased that I was able to get a first floor room, when it seemed that that wasn’t going to happen.

The hotel's location and the price was my deciding factor! The Staff was very friendly as well.

Having a free breakfast was great. Also the location to our venue was perfect, we could walk there! There were several places to eat and all were just walking distance away.

The railroad was across the street and several trains would pass each night, they didn't keep me awake because I grew up next to a railroad but I did hear them.
