We stayed at this home for a family wedding over the weekend. The house location was perfect for the rehearsal dinner in Tacoma and wedding in Puyallup. The house is very comfortable and had ample living space for 6 adults. The main bathroom has a tub shower. Older adults could have trouble getting in and out of the tub based on the height of the tub. Would suggest adding a grab bar. Only other issue was the train tracks are very close to the house so depending on where you are in the house this might bother someone. Other than that the house had all the amenities to make you feel right at home.

This property was perfect for our group! The oversized kitchen and living room were light, clean, and comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great. They even had a collection of games and toys. Kitchen was well-equipped. The only thing I could have asked for was a slightly bigger table for meals and bigger coffee mugs. Not a big deal. We loved having a morning porch and an evening porch! We also appreciated the safer parking in back. We will be back!

The house was exactly as listed online. It was actually a bit more stocked than other vrbos we have stayed at in the past (shampoo, condiments, etc). Walls are very thin so you can hear everything going on in living room while in front bedroom, but it wasn’t a big deal. Would definitely stay again!

The house is very nicely decorated with modern appliances. Feels like a home and not just a short term apartment. The bedrooms are decent sized. Last king has a very firm mattress with only two pillows.

Great place and great stay, for visiting my family Everything was as described. Host was responsive and attentive. Good location close to everything and Mountain View was a plus. I would highly recommend the Puyallup duplex and will stay here again in the future.

Steve and Debbie were excellent hosts. The apartment is well equipped and beautifully decorated. It is close to downtown Puyallup and very convenient and easy to get to. We loved the cute touches with decorations, comfy furniture, and pet friendly home.

It was a perfect location and modern decor and amenities. Great location, about 25 mins from SeaTac airport in a well cared for neighborhood with many shops & restaurants in walking distance. The cleaning crew was a little lax in certain areas that the owner will fix. I would stay again and promoted it to others at a family wedding we attended, reason for our stay.

My family stayed at the duplex for a week and had a great time. The check in process was easy and all information about parking, area, etc. was explained simple to understand. My family didn’t have any question unanswered. The owners were quick to respond and attentive to communication. The kids loved the bunk beds and soft furniture. Absolutely gorgeous duplex that comfortably fit my large family.

We were visiting family, but wanted our own space. This was close and convenient and worked out very well for us. The duplex was very clean, new and very nicely decorated with a pretty well stocked kitchen. It is located very near a very busy train track, however, so was pretty noisy at times. That being said, I would stay here again should an occasion arise.

New, nicely decorated duplex unit. It is an upstairs unit as disclosed, so stairs are to be expected. The things I appreciated were the comfy furniture with throw blankets available. The bed is a bit firm, but plenty comfortable for me. Ample extra pillows and towels. The back deck is a lovely spot to view the sunset, which we were blessed with some spectacular ones on our stay. Location is perfect, close to restaurants and grocery stores. We will not hesitate to stay here again!

Fabulous rental, easy to find, and walking distance to many restaurants, stores and the Washington Fairgrounds. It was beautifully furnished with virtually everything guests will need. Well-decorated amd uber-clean home with large-sized kitchen/living/dining room, comfortable beds, fluffy towels, stocked kitchen utensils and more. Owner was very attentive and quick to respond. Our group of four women would stay here again in a flash!

We stayed here for almost a week while my middle daughter attended a swim meet in Federal Way. I loved the location as we traveled back and forth to the pool complex because we didn't have to get on the interstate. During the off time we could walk downtown and enjoy the area. In the evenings there was plenty of room for the 7 of us who were staying at the condo. The beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed.

The location, size and layout of this place was absolutely phenomenal. We had just enough room for our large party for everyone to have a spot to sleep and being within walking distance to great restaurants and bars was definitely a plus. Steve and his crew were very accommodating and if we ever come to the area again, we would definitely want to stay here!

We loved everything about this home. It is the upstairs of a duplex. It is very quiet—we didn’t hear our neighbors below. The home still has the “new home smell”—a good thing! Everything was clean and well stocked. The pictures are very accurate, actually in reality, the home is even better. We will be recommending this home to our friends and family.

We were very glad we chose to stay here. It exceeded our expectations, as it is larger and more spacious than what we imagined from the pictures. As other reviews have noted, the passing train does make a bit of a ruckus, but the location is quite convenient. Thanks again!

Supposed to enjoy our last night but we needed to off lights and go sleep early just to let downstairs tenant to have a peaceful sleep cause he work in the morning? C'mon..we pay the price too.very disappointed.I guess not a good spot for weekdays..
