This is the 2nd time I have stayed here, and it met every expectation again! Traveling solo for work, I'm always searching for comfortable but safe hotels and this one meets the mark. Beds are comfy, there is plenty of desk space for evening computer work (or dinner) and breakfast has a nice variety. Staff are always pleasant and accomodating as well.

The stay was worth one night, if we had stayed multiple nights would have taken advantage of a pool or other services while there but didn’t. The beds were fine but the comforters were a bit warm given the material made out of, but AC unit took a while cool room off overnight. Bathroom met expectations.

This is our go-to hotel for any event in Puyallup. The staff is great, breakfast is always fully stocked, and it’s such a convenient location. However, this time the property was undergoing some renovation/construction, the parking lot was blocked off by related dumpsters, the pool and hot tub were closed, and the ice machine was down. There’s never a good time for renovations, and they did a decent mitigation job, it was just annoying. Also, if you’ve never stayed in a property close to a freeway, this one will initiate you quickly!

Property was clean very well maintained. The staff from check in to the cleaning lady were all so amazing. We were all taken care of and age 75 I am very appreciative for the service we have received.

The room and property were nice. It was under construction which we did not realize and pool was down, but we likely didn’t realize when reserving. We did hear a bit of road noise and the hotel shares a McDonalds parking lot, which is convenient but a little bright and noisy. Breakfast was great and room was comfortable and amenities offered were nice. Likely would have enjoyed more if pool was up and building not under construction.

Super noisy room, right on the parking lot and by a main street. Heard the couple next door, dont ask.... Breakfast staff was phenomenal and there was never anything out of stock. Front desk people were kind.

We always like to stay at Holiday inn rooms are clean and comfortable staff is very friendly, The only downside to this stay was no pool but you could tell there was construction being finished up so maybe next time

Highly doubtful that there is any insulation in this building. Right by a main road and every car sounds like it is in your room. Heard the neighbors all night, dont ask.... Breakfast was good, service in that area was amazing, never out of items and the lady was very friendly. Check in was smooth.

The hotel and room were recently updated and look great. The room is comfortable, has plenty of places to charge electronics, and a variety of amenities, including small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and comfortable seating. We plan to stay here every time we are in town to visit family!

Everything was up to par. I average at least one hotel trip a month and this is the first hotel I’ve stayed in since Covid where my room was refreshed every day. What a nice surprise!

Stayed for two nights midweek visiting my partner who was working in the area. The hotel is under renovation with the pool closed until June 2024. The fourth floor is closed, did not see, or hear construction. The staff were very friendly. Think the room was remodeled with new bed, tvs, but older cabinets in bathroom and kitchenette had lots of scratches. Very nice, full variety of breakfast items. Felt safe in this area, unlike other areas. Hotel is behind a Chevron and McDonald's. Across the street has subway. Public transportation is across 9th Street. Would stay again.

It was a very nice experience the housekeeper were the best. Molly took care of our room and she did an amazing job. The breakfast bars were well stocked during breakfast and it was very clean. The food was very good.

Inside was nice, but bed was not comfortable. Outside appeared to need a face lift and workers were repairing the roof. The building was checked by security dogs while we were there. There were two people smoking too close to the entrance and smoke was blowing into the lobby. Otherwise fine, we'll probably stay there next trip.
