Front desk was nice

They did not have the hot tub room that was sold on booking.com. They took it out during a remodeling of the hotel. So we did not stay because it was for a valentines day trip. Did not charge my card.

If you call pancakes, cereal, and pastries a good breakfast, I was expecting bacon or sausage and eggs. A gallon of milk to share seems like a germ spreader. Also same with juice. Individual portions make sure no one has put anything in it.

Beds were soft, plenty of pillows. There should be a towel rack above toilet. I got in shower and realized no towels in bathroom since sink with cubby not attached to bathroom. The front desk clerk( night) gave out the wrong room number so somebody tried to open my door, the he came and was opening door without knocking and had to stop him.

I stay there when I'm doing business in the area.

They were remodeling the ground level, no breakfast was available.

They were remodeling the whole ground floor, lobby, breakfast area, & the rooms. Things were somewhat a construction zone.

Everything .. it was like a war zone with all construction .. was driving up building was dark looked A banded if .. their wasn’t any toiletries/hand soap … if I would have arrived before midnight , was too tired to find another place

What i would like is a refund.

If i would of had another choice to go some where else we would have. Expecting a manor discount. The manager Terri is expecting to accommodate us for all the issues. I'm hoping booking.com returns to me a check not a discount on another stay.

Desk staff were very nice and helpful. Facility was very clean.

Did not eat meals there. Didn't know much about them.

It was a great place to stay, very comfortable .

We were wanting to go somewhere to just relax and the Park City Inn was that and more. The Staff was super friendly. Everything was clean and fresh, the rooms are very comfortable.

There wasn't anything we disliked, it was a nice place to stay.

Very accommodating

Weather forced us to cancel the reservation but they accommodated our request. We kept the room for my son's family, and they enjoyed their stay.

Foil packets of shampoo were difficult to open with wet hands.

Will not be staying here again.

Pet was allowed. They reversed the charge for the room after I complained and asked for an adjustment.

The hotel was being "renovated" but that was not noted when reserving. The door key wouldn't work, and even the "master" key wouldn't open my door in the middle of the night after taking my puppy outside. After waking the desk clerk from his sitting position, he couldn't get the door open and made me finish the night in another room, apparently knowing nothing about how to manually unlock the door. Breakfast was pretty much wiped out 30 minutes before the end time. Windows were covered by plastic and back access door was not locked. I did not feel safe here.

Decent for the money.

Nice location and easy to get to. price was ok. Staff were kind.

They are updating which is great. Needs some room attention. Bathtub wouldn’t drain very well. lighting could be better. We had the hottub room and it took almost 45 mins to fill and water wasn’t hot. Toilet seat was broke. No instructions on how to use remote but after calling front desk figured that out.

Welcoming, comfortable and just right!

I enjoyed how friendly and helpful the staff were. They were very welcoming! It was very clean from the lobby and in the room.

The breakfast seemed a little slim pickings but I am not going to complain too much about it.

Thought I found a hotel for my wedding party! NOT!

The bed was soft and comfortable and there was a young lady working the front desk that was really nice and attentive to the customer 💙

I wasn’t greeted when I entered the property. I started the conversation first, with I have a reservation here! During the check in there were several complaints the front desk had to address while he gave me a room that was dirty. I pull back our bed sheets and there were crumbs of some kind all over the bed. The back door to the hotel wasn’t secure, anyone could enter and exit without being noticed.
