Located in Thunder Island - Private Community. Across the street from Castle in the Sand Hotel and next to the Convention Center. 2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath Condo on Ground floor overlooking the Bay. Amazing Sunset views!! Queen Bed in each Bedroom, with bedding. Two newly renovated Full Baths, one with large stand-up shower, other has shower with bathtub. Hair Dryers provided. Newly renovated kitchen with all cooking and eating necessities provided. Large open entertaining area with sectional couch, electric fireplace, and pub style dining area. Oversized porch with outdoor table/chairs and sitting area with gate access to go directly onto the docks. Washer and Dryer in unit. Wi-Fi included and TV/Cable in living room and bedrooms. Two parking spaces provided. Boat slips available. Fish directly outside the porch. Access to the outdoor community pool, and picnic area. This place is all about LOCATION- close to everything, but not close to the noise from any highway traffic or pedestrians. Available Year Round - great off season rates!

Loved this unit...Terry was great on communications. This was a great location, quiet and during our week..also quiet on the water. The sunsets were beautiful and the deck was a great place for morning reading and my cup of tea.

Our weekend getaway was nothing less than perfect! You could tell the owner takes great pride and ownership! From basic necessities (toothbrushes, coffee, shampoo/conditioner, etc)… everything was covered!!! The unit is pristine!! We were welcomed with cookies and bottled water…. The views…. No words!!! We’re definitely coming back!!!

This condo was top of class. It was so clean and the location was right next to the convention center which was perfect. Situated right on the water, the views were fantastic. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Our son had a basketball tournament at the convention center and it was so nice to be able to walk back and relax between games. Beautiful views of the bay. Would definitely stay again!

This unit was BETTER in person than in pictures. We arrived to a plate of cookies and water bottles in the fridge. The view is stunning, the home was spotless, and there were even spare toothbrushes in the bathroom - it’s almost like the hosts knew me (but they don’t) - I always forget SOMETHING random, and this time it was a toothbrush (and socks). We were in town for an event at the convention center and from past experience know parking can be a disaster, so booked here, and the weekend could not have been any easier. The weather was not great but we still managed to enjoy some patio time and get some great sunset photos on the bay. The first night there was heavy rain predicted (and delivered) and the host messaged me to warn me about where rainwater pools heavily on the road and to advise me of the best place to park my car. I cannot think of a single thing that could have made this stay easier or nicer (on the part of the host - I personally could have packed socks, and mother nature could have thrown us a bone haha!)

The view is breathtaking and the unit is fantastic. Little touches like water in the frig and a hot chocolate bar made it even better!

The place was newly renovated and perfectly apportioned for a small group of friends. Comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities in every room. The host was appropriately, communicative and considerate. Our favorite part was sitting in the living room at the end of the day facing out at the bay through the entire wall of sliding glass door windows. The sunsets over the bay and made the whole trip worth it! You should definitely stay here. It was lovely.

We stayed here for the Oceans Calling Festival and it was great! Location was perfect as we could hop on the bus right in front of the convention center. The condo was sparkling clean and Terry had thought of everything to make us feel at home…we loved snacking on the chocolate chip cookies when we arrived! We were also amazed at the view of the bay when we opened the condo door - beautiful. Terry made everything so easy for us and he was also super responsive to messages. Best VRBO experience ever! Thanks Terry!

As usual property was excellent, location perfect. We were there during the storm. The owner contacted us to give instructions on parking to avoid any issues with car. I will stay again and tell all my friends!!!

Terry’s place was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The location was great too - walking distance to restaurants and the beach. The view of the bay from the deck was everything. My husband enjoyed easy access to the pier for fishing. We went to the pool several times. It wasn’t crowded and the water temperature was perfect. We also liked that we could walk to the beach at Castle in the Sand/Coconuts where we could grab drinks and food to take on that part of the beach. Terry was very responsive and a great host. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in OC - highly recommend!

We loved our stay, property was great. Enjoyed beautiful sunsets on the bay from the porch. Nice extras supplied. Chocolate Chip Cookies on arrival were a nice touch. Quick walk to the beach. Definitely would recommend!

This property is an all time 5 star. Everything was perfect from the beginning (check-in) to (check-out). We didn’t have to bring anything but our clothes. The fridge was filled with ice and bottled water. Homemade cookies on the counter for us which were amazing. Instructions and communication with host was amazing. Looking to book same spot next year. This place is not only gorgeous and very up to date with the interior, but also extremely clean and well equipped with everything you need from kitchen supplies to bathroom supplies. The hostesses was amazing at communicating and we had a seamless check-in/check-out. The views are 11/10. Would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay was two weeks in this wonderful condo. Sunsets on the porch. A short walk to the beach. Boat slips (available for a fee) enabled quick trips on the bay. Pool fun for all as well. We were blessed with wonderful weather which meant a lot of time outside but even when in the condo, everything was perfect. Comfortable, Clean, extra amenities....everything we need to eat in or pick up and eat on the porch. Terry's communication was clear and quick even though we didn't have any issues. Check in was easy. It is clear cleanliness is a priority for her. The location is within walking distance to so many things...boardwalk, restaurants, bike riding and more. The chocolate chip cookies were a hit after traveling as well. We have already booked for next year.

Group of four stayed in the two bedroom condo. Enchanted with the place, very modern and clean. Host quickly responded to all communications and was very thoughtful with details, such as fresh cookies on arrival, water bottles in fridge, bathroom toiletries, etc. Two parking spots right in front of our unit, super convenient, even though we ubered all weekend long! The view from the patio was AMAZING! Bay literally feet away from you...watched a stunning sunset. Highly recommend and we will definitely return!

We LOVE this property. We have stayed 2 years now every March and it is like a home away from home. It was just as clean this past stay as it was the first time we stayed a year ago! Cute little hot cocoa bar set up which my 11 & 13 year old girls LOVED! So relaxing looking at the water from the back porch. Very convenient and within walking distance to many different shops and restaurants. We will always try to stay here when coming to Ocean City.

We were in the area for our daughter’s volleyball tournament which was right next door at the convention center. Location was perfect. The condo was exactly what we wanted. It was very clean and the owner provided little extras just in case we didn’t remember to bring something. The bottled water was a huge plus! Will definitely rent again!

What can I say?! Clean, beautiful, well kept, lots of perks in the property including fresh baked cookies at check-in. Sunsets are beautiful on the deck and we walked up and down the boardwalk during the day. Would book this place again and again.

There are hundreds of condo/hotel options in OC during the summer, but my family didn’t need to look through all the options to find a perfect place for us. We’ve been here before and will be here again.

Over all the Condo was clean and comfy.. The fishing was good off the docks. Just wished we caught bigger fish...LOL The only complaint I have is I wished the neighbors were more friendly. Tried to be nice and say Hello to a few and they just blew us off. Oh well...Otherwise we had a wondeful time!!
