La cercanía a la termina 2, si llegas caminando unas. 3 calles, saliendo por acceso peatonal, muy amables quienes nos atendieron, amigables . Algo muy básico pero suficiente para esperas cortas y descansando
Cercanía al aeropuerto

The hosts are great superhosts helping in all ways. The location is very close to Terminal 2 of the airport. And it's even a quiet location being so close to the airport Cute little place.

I LOVED the reception I received by the owner's wife. She was wonderful, warm, and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. She EVEN walked me back to the airport as I wasn't sure how to get there. When I arrived I was alone as my husband was not allowed on the plane with his passport being not perfect. So I was upset and a bit nervous. She made sure I knew I could call here at any time. A lovely lovely person. Thank you so much. AND a short walk to Terminal 2. Perfect.

The location is amazing, especially if you're traveling to/from Terminal 2 as it's just a couple blocks away.
The host Antonio was extremely friendly and always eager to help. He met me in person and was there at the moment of check in and made sure I knew how to use everything.
When I asked him to quiet the neighbors, he was of great help.
The kitchen is well equipped and the room also had drinking water so I could make myself tea in the morning. The bathroom is tiny but worked well, hot water was ok.
All in all, it's pretty good for the price.
- in the photos of the room you can see the window, but the room didn't have one (it was pretty late and I didn't ask to change the room because of being too tired and wanting to crash and sleep) - maybe that would've helped but keep in mind.
- another important thing is that the room is right inside someone's house = your door and window opens directly into their inner yard and you can hear EVERYTHING: people talking, laughing, kids etc. At night it was going on until 10:30pm when I called the host and asked if he could help to quiet people down, and he did. In the morning, however, starting at around 7-ish, you could hear people again (getting ready for work/school or I don't know what else).
I was only there for the night from 10pm to 8am so can't say much more.
If you're not a sensitive sleeper or are fine with hearing the neighbors, the option is pretty good :)

The staff was friendly and the property was very clean
It didn’t have towels and a fan or AC

It was 15 minute walking distance from terminal 2. The room was clean. The house was homey. The caretaker was friendly and super helpful - even leant us umbrellas. A block away there are several places to eat.

It's a humble accomodation but you can tell the owners (a lovely couple) invest as they can in improving, with things like a new refrigerator, microwave, new bathroom sink and television (our son was happy to have Netflix available for watching cartoons). Smart of them to take advantage of their location near the airport and rent out their extra space. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The dispensor of drinking water in our room was appreciated! We will happily return and wish them well with their business!
When you pay such a low price per night, you don't really have a right to complain, do you? In all seriousness though, for us all was good!

Very close to the airport (<10 min walk), but we arrived at 3:30am so the walk felt a little precarious. Perhaps get a taxi if arriving in the middle of the night. The walk back to the airport the next day was much easier.
The host was very accommodating meeting us at 4am. The room was spacious and clean. The bedding smelt lovely! For the price it was excellent value for money.
Perfect for what we needed for a few hours sleep after a late flight arrival.

The room has everything to fulfill the needs of a traveler. It was a nice and pleasant stay. Thank you!

Very clean, walking distance to airport, kitchen with enough supplies to cook something simple, free water, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper. good bed and pillows.
Rose Alba ( I hope I remember her name correctly since I only spent a night) is amazing, very attentive, helpful, friendly a super hostess. there is a market and bakery about 4 blocks from the property.
the shower, I couldn’t set up the right temperature. For some reason the address does not show on google map, but if you are facing the BBA bank cross the big avenue on your right and walk all the way to the end of the street

Extremely convenient to the airport. Very clean and secure. Hosts go out of their way to help and the rate is very reasonable
It was very dark inside, I had no idea what it was like outside. Good for sleeping though!

Affordable apt near the airport, though I didn't need to be near the airport. I thought I would be hearing planes all day, but I don't remember hearing any during my 3 night stay at this property. I ended up here, because the 49er game was in town and the football maniacs took all the Airbnbs. This place definitely beats a hotel because it has a kitchen with a small stove and a full sized refrigerator. I tested the Wi-Fi download speed between 29-34 Mbps. Also, I appreciate the host letting me check in a little early. The shower had hot water and there's a similar property right next door which made moving extremely convenient.
It's not that I didn't like this design, I just found it strange. What I'm referring to is the toilet/shower combination that one previous guest called an "Asian style" bathroom. I'm not shocked by this, because I've been in Mexico for over 8 months and have seen a lot of design that doesn't make obvious sense or simply doesn't seem practical, but as humans we get used to everything.
I definitely didn't like that my room didn't have a door to the bedroom (just a thin curtain). Why do I like having a door? Well, mosquitoes love me so, with a door I can try and keep them out of the room, don't like waking up with bites on my face. Reason #2, a door blocks light; I'm not a good sleeper in general, but I'm even worse in an overly bright room. A room with a door is standard in my life.
A simple thing to change to improve guest experience: change the color of the light bulbs. For those who don't know, super bright white bulbs are for places like hospitals, warehouses, insane asylums, prisons, etc NOT for living environments. Bulbs that produce a yellow/Amber hue are for places where people live. I've seen this all over Latin America which is why I travel with my own light bulbs. The unnatural light produced by super bright fluorescent bulbs is stealing your energy and probably ruining your eyes, it's totally unnatural. This is a socio-economic matter, and I'll never expect to see proper lighting anywhere in Latin America, even in restaurants! Despite these observations, I'd stay here again.

Owners were very responsive! Our flight arrived at 10:40 but the lines at both immigration and customs were so long that we didn’t get out until 12:00am. Since it was dark, it took us a while to figure out how to cross the traffic circle. it took us about a half hour to walk there but in the morning since we could see what we were doing, it only took us about 12 mins to walk. There some street food vendors on the walk there which was a plus! The owners stayed up for us. There’s filtered water in the place. we left early in the morning to take the bus to Puebla so we didn’t stay long.
I’m picky about bathrooms. This is one I would wear flip flops inside.

It is extremely convenient, just steps away from the airport. Also the staff was lovely and very attentive. The building is nicely decorated. 10/10 would stay again

Do not take taxis in Mexico City ! always Uber, Didi or taxify .

Great place to stay if you're just spending a night between flights. The Uber had a hard time finding it, but it's actually a 5 minutes walk from Terminal 2, would have been easier to just walk really. Hosts were super friendly, room was fairly big, and quiet at night.
The bathroom is tiny indeed, but we really weren't bothered, given how brief our stay was.

Very comfortable apartment with a very nice kitchen. Had everything we needed for a great stay. Walking distance from the metro and Mexico City Airport Terminal 2. The owners were very nice and helpful, also. I would definitely stay there again.

Located very close to Terminal 2, not Terminal 1 as we found out.
Reasonably comfortable
and once we were able to contact Antonio, he helped us to locate the apartments.
The owners were very friendly and helpful.
Did not appreciate staying with local people within the apartment compound. It was very noisy and we had no natural light and ventilation, along with not much privacy when showering as no window coverings in place. It was very cold and damp as no sunlight enters the unit.
We ended up leaving early as we felt uncomfortable and our friends arrived to visit.
I would only recommend if you arrive late or have an early flight from Terminal 2 for 1 night.
The neighbourhood seems unsafe, but we did not have any problems.

My stay was perfect, the host was the friendliest couple! After a very stressful day they put me at ease, made me feel welcome and loved. I couldn’t thank them enough! The appartment was in a lovely Mexican style and super super close to the airport. Felt safe walking there at night and morning but the host was there to assist if needed. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if I would ever need to use Terminal 2 again. I wish them all the best!!
