About this house rental

This Isle of Palms vacation rental is 195 yards from the front door to toes in the sand. Beach Music is an inviting 4 bedroom and 3.5 bath Isle of Palms vacation rental located within the neighborhood of Pelican Bay of Wild Dunes. This two-story isle of palms vacation home elevated over the garage appears to have been transplanted straight from that fantasy home in the Lowcountry you’ve always wanted but just so happens to be within earshot of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. A double staircase brings you to the front door over the two car garage and outdoor shower, convenient for that return from the beach. Polished wood floors are used throughout and soothing pastel colors provide a sense of comfort. The first level above the garage hosts three of the four bedrooms including the master. The master bedroom is lovely and has a king bed. The master bathroom boasts a his/her sink, a stand alone shower as well as a roomy garden tub perfect for soaking after a long day of relaxing on the beach, playing golf or tennis or riding your bike. The remaining two bedrooms share a jack and jill bath. The first features a queen bed, with the second, back bedroom holding two twins. On the second level of this vacation home on the Isle of Palms, you will find the fourth bedroom with a queen bed, complete with its own full bathroom. There is also a large, open kitchen a formal dining area and a living room which is adjacent to a wall of windows and door that leads out to the spacious balcony. Step outside and relax in one of the rocking chairs while the ocean breeze sways the Crepe Myrtles and Palmetto Trees that provide the perfect foreground for the clouds rising over the ocean in the distance. From there you can catch a view of the ocean among the trees, realize just how close you really are from stepping onto the sand and sharing swimming space with local dolphin. It is only steps away from the Pelican Bay Pool and on to the beach. On the other side of the home, right off the kitchen is the screened in porch (perfect for dining) that overlooks the greens and fairways of the beautiful Links Course, one of the two world class golf courses at your disposal within Wild Dunes. As a guest at Beach Music, you are privy to the many biking and walking paths throughout Wild Dunes. The shopping, restaurants and entertainment of the Grand Pavilion is just a bicycle ride away while all that Isle of Palms and the rest of Charleston have to offer is just a short trip in the car away. While the home has a comfortable Lowcountry feel about it, the coastal images decorating the wall and the ocean view remind you of the paradise just outside your door. Really nice house and location! We would have liked to had tvs in all of the bedrooms instead of just the master bedroom. A larger tv would be nicer in the family room. Porches were great for sitting outside to enjoy the pleasant October weather. Steps into the house were steep, but manageable. Management company was really quick to respond and resolve any issues we had during our stay.

The property was very nice and as I mentioned, clean and organized. Overall I would start by saying I would definitely rent this home again. To make it even that much more appealing, I would like to make the following suggestions. The TVs are impossible to use. No instructions and prior tenants have loaded their personal login’s which I won’t do. Just basic networks were unavailable. The toaster in the kitchen is a fire hazard. The only way to ensure that it’s not on is to unplug it so please replace it for your own safety and insurance. After traveling by plane, renting a car and ultimately getting to this location, the last thing I really wanted to do was go out and have to buy trash bags for kitchen cans, toilet paper, Kleenex and essentials that you don’t normally travel with. Only one of the bathrooms actually had a tiny bar of soap and some shampoo samples. Having to buy kitchen towels instead of providing just seems cheap. I brought from home and there were actually 2 in the kitchen. Like they say, it’s all in the details and some attention to the little things would make your rental even better. Thank you

There was an ant infestation in the kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom. The listing said that two beds were queen, but they were full beds. This was a primary reason we picked this listing. Finally, I do not believe that the sheets were changed prior to our stay due to the fact that hair was found in 2 of the beds.

I was lucky enough to spend 4 nights in Pelican Bay with my husband, two daughters and our dear friends (and their two daughters). We all had a wonderful time in this well appointed house. The beach is just a short walk away (much closer than it appears on the map) and downtown Isle of Palms is a short drive. I couldn't have imagined a better beach house to spend time in - we'll definitely be back!

The property was a great location with a short walk to the beach & close proximity to golf courses. Everything was awesome except the fact that there were a fairly large amount of bugs/roaches found in the house. It would have also been nice to have a better explanation of what could have been left behind. wWe ended up having a lot of extra stuff that we threw away because we weren't sure if it was suitable to be left for incoming residents

Our family stayed at Beach Music for a busy yet relaxing week. Very easy walk to the beach even for our 3 year old grandson. The house is well decorated and its open floor plan is excellent for everyone to be together yet not feel crowded. We loved the way the veranda opened from the great room. The family had fun going into Charleston and exploring the history of the city. Wonderful dining in the city as well as on Isle of Palms and Sullivan Island. Would definitely return.

We rented because of the multiple bedrooms with big beds! With more adults than kids going it’s hard to find a beach house without 4 rooms of twin beds. Beach Music has it all and was really comfortable. Layout of the house was spacious with lots of outdoor area too. And the outdoor shower was key after a day in the sand, which is just a short walk across the street. The rental property communication was clear and responsive with questions... really great experience overall!

Our family of 10; 6 adults & 4 children rented this beach home for a week. It is a lovely home with an updated kitchen and very nice appliances. The gathering space was large enough for all of us. The dining table seats 8 and we added a couple patio chairs. We liked the proximity to the pool and the short walk to the beach. Parking is more than adequate. We had three cars which all fit under the house out of the hot sun. This is one of the nicest beach homes we have rented and would highly recommend it.
