The fully equipped kitchen separates the bedrooms and includes modern appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. It features custom cabinetry and elegant countertops, ideal for preparing meals and snacks.

Primary Bedroom: This extra-large room boasts ocean views, direct balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom with a huge walk-in shower and double sinks.
Second Oceanfront Bedroom: Enjoy ocean views, balcony access, and a renovated en-suite bathroom with double sinks.
Additional Bedrooms: Two additional bedrooms, located near the entrance, each with ample space and their own fully renovated bathrooms for privacy and convenience.

Parking and Vehicle Guidelines:
Each villa includes two parking spaces. Golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), trailers, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property. Additional parking requests can be made through building management based on availability.

Upcoming Construction Notice:
Please be aware that from October 2024 through spring 2025, the Charleston Oceanfront Villas HOA will be replacing all oceanfront sliding doors. This project will be conducted stack by stack, starting with units ending in -23 and working toward the pier. Expect scaffolding and intermittent construction noise during this time. Efforts will be made to minimize the impact on your stay.

Location was great. But the beaches were crowded. Pools were average. Condo needs some Upkeep. Carpets were dirty and clothes dryer didn’t work properly. Elevator was hot and loud.

We rented this condo for Thanksgiving and the kitchen made that feel just like home any pot, pan, dish, utensil we needed was there for us. Loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Balcony is huge with great chairs & table. Kitchen table is perfect for fun family meals or a spirited game of cards. Carts & elevator made loading in and out to the 4th floor a breeze. Highly recommended.

The view and location of this property was amazing! The price point, in my opinion, did not correlate with the quality of this property. The furniture was not great, the master shower drain was plugged and the water didn’t turn on initially, so we were without a master shower for 2 days. The washing machine was off balance and was terribly loud. The dryer took FOREVER to dry a load of laundry. Lastly, the property definitely needs to be deep cleaned and the walls could use some touch up paint. I’m would suggest either lowering the price or make sure the property is super clean before charging a premium price.

Came on a 40-somethings girls' trip, and it was the perfect condo! Two master bedrooms and main living room overlooking the ocean. Felt like we were on a cruise ship! Very comfortable slept 6 of us, and so nice that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Space to hang together and also have a little privacy. Great location to main strip in Folly Beach. Wonderful accomodations overall, and would definitely stay there again.

We loved this property! It had an absolutely amazing view from the balcony! It had plenty of room for 4 couples and was well appointed with most everything we needed. The unit was updated and clean. The condo complex is in a great location walkable to downtown Folly Beach, and the pier. We enjoyed Loggerhead's restaurant directly across the street many times because it was so convenient (the handbreaded cheese sticks are AMAZING). We would definitely stay here again.

This property has excellent beach views. We were all very happy with the views and sounds from the ocean day and night. Also on the positive side, the property has a contactless check in and checkout. We were able to just drive right to the property and get into the spacious 4 bedroom condo. A further positive is that the property was fairly well stocked with cooking items, pots, pans, utensils. It comes with a small supply of consumables, so be sure to read what they are including as that is exactly what we found upon arrival. We did see some areas in the property that needed repair but nothing that inhibited out use of the space. Also, we needed to do a quick clean of one of the showers as there was mold growth. Overall however, the property delivered on both views and exceptionally easy beach access, so great for our family and young one.

My husband and I got married on Folly Beach so it holds a special place in our hearts and was the clear choice for our first vacation in almost 2 years. We rented this place for ourselves, our 1 and 3 year olds, and my parents. The unit’s layout was perfect for everyone and it was incredibly comfortable and easy to relax in. The only tips I can offer - if you’re staying for longer than a few days, bring/buy extra toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soap and trash bags. We only had the 1 trash bag and 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen and had to get more for our 8 day stay. They did provide 3 dishwasher pods and 1 pack of powdered laundry soap. Overall, our stay was amazing and we’re already planning our next trip back.

We enjoyed spending Christmas at this Villa - great layout - lots of space - kitchen was well stocked. On the down side - we had to get a staff member to turn on the living room TV the day after we arrived. Need better instructions and upgrades. I could not use the master shower - no amount of pulling, pursing, twisting worked. The show heads in the three other bathroom need to be upgraded and some of the towels should be replaced. Would consider staying again if these things were corrected

We were a group of 3 couples and really enjoyed our stay. The 2 bedrooms with direct views of the ocean were great and the layout of the condo gave us all plenty of room. Great views from the balcony and really enjoyed the south facing balcony at this time of year for a little extra sun. Location also is easy walking distance to Folly Beach stores and restaurants. Furnishings of the condo were in good shape as well. The deck was also bigger than expected and we frequently used this space throughout the day

There were 6 women enjoying their annual get together trip. The villa was decorated nicely, the beds were comfortable, great eat in kitchen area, and good size living space with a view of the ocean. The only cons were the noisy ice maker which did not work and an elevator that was out of order.
