The house features an, elevator, heated pool, & entertainment areas. Please note that the pool is available from April to October.

expected more of a gourmet kitchen (utensils, etc.) i.e. no garlic press, hand mixer, hand juicer for lemons. wine opener was broken, lack of baking dishes for casseroles. Hooks for outdoor shower. would love room darkening shades in bedrooms.
But soooo many positives, location, front porch, great kids room, beautiful beach chairs and wagon. fabulous pool. quick responses when we did have issues.. extra fridges and beautiful bar area downstairs. Thanks so much!

We had a relaxing and peaceful stay. The property was exactly as advertised, beautiful, clean and close to restaurants and the beach. The host was very responsive and welcoming. We would definitely book again!

We live close by, but wanted a change of scenery for our short spring break… this home and location were perfect. Relaxation, and beautiful surroundings made this the perfect trip. The home is spacious, luxurious and beautifully kept. We enjoyed our time here so much, thank you!

I stayed in the house with a large group of my cousins. They had a blast in this three floor home. It was clean, there was plenty of space for all of us. Our only drawback is the fact that we stayed in March, instead of spending a weekend in the summer here. We will definitely be rebooking either this house or house with the same company. This house is a great listing at a great price.

The house was absolutely beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice. Great location for the beach and to get into AC. Host got back to us extremely quickly. We look forward to coming back.

The property was pristine . We were 10 adults that had plenty of space to socialize and have fun . It was winter so we didn’t enjoy any of the outdoor amenities but we did get to enjoy so time on the ample decks. Would definitely go back

Prompt replies and routine communication with home owner/property manager made planning our weekend all the easier. Property is as advertised. A beautiful, spacious and clean home. Our group has stayed here multiple times, and we see no need to search for an alternate location.

the house was as beautiful as seen on the website. easy access to the beach in a lovely residential neighborhood. we had a group of, at times, 11, but it could have held a few more. pool was heated and a neat place to congregate post-beach. lovely, big sitting rooms for watching movies/sports. well furnished and very comfortable. kitchen had everything you need. we will rent again!

Property was as advertised, very clean and the neighborhood was A-zone just like advertised. We enjoyed our family vacation and will book again if we vacation in brigantine in the future.

We loved the property! Plenty of individual and group space for 10 adults and one infant. Property was well-kept and beautifully furnished, and managers were helpful and available. Property is a short walk to a beautiful beach as well as family friendly restaurants, and Atlantic City is a short drive away. Highly recommend

Beautiful house that easily accommodated a group of 13 ladies. Very spacious and has all amenities needed. The pool was warm even though the day was a bit cold and windy. Host is very responsive and flexible. Location is great - a little over a block from the beach and 15 mins drive to AC where we went out for dinner and drinks. Uber ride back was so easy! Would love to stay here again.

The house was lovely and well appointed. The space worked great for our group and even though it rained a bit, sitting on the large covered front porches was still very nice. The host was accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would rent again!

This house is absolutely gorgeous, very clean, nicely decorated. My family stayed here to celebrate my grandma's birthday and it was perfect because everyone had their own bedroom. It was also great for my grandma because there was an elevator in the house so she did not have to worry about taking the stairs. The host was great at communicating with us before check in, during our stay, and after check in. This was my families 2nd time staying in this house and I believe we will be back in the future!

The Host, Melissa and her office Manager Joe (of the Luxury Villa - Pool, Elevator) were the most gracious and accommodating hosts ever.
Thank you Melissa for providing the most beautiful, elegantly decorated, comfortable, spa like space anyone could ever ask for.
The property did not disappoint. It was just as presented on the website. The kitchen was immaculate and fully furnished, bedrooms comfortable and spacious, beautifully updated bathrooms, and two open area living spaces that provided breathtaking views of the balconies and pool. The elevator made it easier to travel from the first to the third floor.
The women were blown away by being in such a luxurious, tranquility place right near the beach.
The retreat like atmosphere allowed all of us the opportunity * to come together, * to rest and relax, and * to be restored physically, emotionally and spiritually.

We checked in on Friday and upon arrival at the house we were pleased with what we saw. Very quiet and safe neighborhood.the house his well maintained and everything was organized. We were a party of 12 and there were a lot a space to accommodate everyone.I would definitely recommend this house to anyone of my friends and family .

What a gorgeous home! Plenty of room to spread out with 2 living rooms and so many bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen with an oven I would die to have at home! Owner was very responsive & accommodating to our inquiries. I only wish it was summertime so we could enjoy the pool and the porches. Perfect!

We had a very nice experience at this Place - The weather dampened our Stay, and we were forced to spend more time inside the House = This Host has thought of every single thing that a Renter would need and has furnished the house very well. The layout is superb, furnishing very immaculate, and we would certainly look to Rebook - Thank You!! This was our Friends reunion and we shall cherish the memories for a long time to come.

We are 5 couples in our 70s that rent houses twice a year--this rates close to the highest of all the places we have stayed--everything from the bedding to the kitchen equipment was exceptional and the house was well appointed without being "overdone." That we had a good time despite three days of rain and wind (remnants of Hurricane Ian) is a testament to how comfortable we were. Thank you Marissa and Joseph!

We had a group of 8 down to AC for a 4 day golf trip. This was a perfect location. Quiet but close to all the action. 20 mins to all the best courses in the area. Plenty of room to spread out in the house. Pool and deck were great for unwinding after "tough" days of golf and gambling :).

We planned this vacation a year in advance since we had family traveling from across the country and our expectations were high. And even so, this property far exceeded them. We had been in contact with the property manager many times with questions, and she was always so quick to respond. The pictures were representative, but it was still even better in person. It was immaculately clean and comfortable. I couldn't believe all the little touches like throw blankets on each bed and couch. This was also my first time at a New Jersey beach and it was such a great location. Very close to the beach and it was wonderful to have all the beach chairs that were provided. We had four children under 8. Which made having the private pool a really nice feature. I can definitely say we would love to vacation here again. And we would recommend the house to any family or friend gathering.

This house is beyond amazing! It had everything our family members could wish for. Our group of 14 ranged in age from 14 to 80. We loved the backyard pool and the beach, which was very close and convenient. The elevator was a plus for our older members. We hope to return!

My friends and I enjoyed an amazing reunion and birthday celebration. The home was clean and beautiful, and it did not disappoint! The weather was pretty crummy for our stay, but we did not let that stop us from enjoying the pool for one rainy swim, the chef's kitchen, and the spacious accommodations. We would absolutely LOVE to return to the home. Thanks so much!
