Super convenient and perfect in and out

We absolutely loved staying here!
The website description was accurate. The owners have thought of everything…extra towels, shampoo/conditioner/soap (and plenty of it), extra paper towels, fans/humidifiers, fully equipped kitchen, board games..just a lot of attention to detail. Things that make a trip easy, especially with kids.
We were able to ski in and out everyday, which was a huge win.
We would definitely recommend this property and stay here again!

The bunk bed needs to be tightened. We had children sleeping on the top bunk and it felt loose and was very noisy. Other than that the location was great.

Great place. Very comfortable, homey 3-story condo with a fantastic layout and true ski-in, ski-out setup. The kitchen was extremely well stocked--I especially appreciated staples like flour and sugar and a large variety of spices so we could do some real cooking, which we did on the great gas grill. The living room is great for hanging out, with high ceilings and a lovely gas fireplace. The view of the mountain is really cool.
A few drawbacks that are important to note:
First, there aren't good options for parking after check-out. We stayed the weekend and on Sunday morning, we were told we had to park down in the village. Both of the free lots the management company pointed me to were full, so I ended up having to pay $50 for parking. In other ski places I've rented, the hosts provided parking throughout the day after checkout, which makes a ton of sense. I'd urge these hosts to find a similar solution.
Second, the house temperature was 61 degrees when we arrived well after check-in time, and it took hours for the house to heat up and the thermostat wasn't functioning correctly. Minor, but it'd be good if they could find a way to make sure the house was at a comfortable temperature on arrival.
Third, the pillows are really cheap and stiff. If I were to stay here again, I'd probably bring my own pillow from home. The hosts might consider upgrading the pillows considering the high cost of the rental and the value of a good night sleep after a hard day on the mountain.

We will absolutely stay here again!! Itrip was such an amazing company to work with and they were extremely friendly, knowledgble and helpful. The property was conveniently located and was truly a ski in ski out property located at the intersection of right of way and giggle gulch ski trails. We would put our boards/skis on off the back porch and we were already on the ski slope. The property is on a green slope but being a snowboarder...we had no issues getting down to the gondolas at the base of the mountain. The townhouse had everything that we could ask for. They supplied all basic necessities that we needed. All soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, Kleenex, basic spices and cleaners included. There were puzzles and games along with blankets to snuggle up to the fireplace. The beds were amazingly comfortable along with great quality linens and towels. The staircase to the bottom floor is a bit tight but we are small people so it did not bother us at all. Each room had its own temp control so everyone could set their own room temperature. It was nice to be able to come home with clean clothes too. Each room also had humidifiers which is always nice to have in dry climates. Itrip offered free shuttles wherever we needed to go and they were always very punctual. We utilized the transportation to the grocery and to town for dinner etc. Our family ranged from 50 years old to 12 years old and we were very happy with this townhouse.

Positives:
-Great location
-Loved watching the skiers come down the slopes
-Very functional kitchen
-Easy check in/checkout
-Appreciated bath items (shampoo/conditioner/body wash)
-Loved covered vehicle space
-Accessibility to shuttles
Cons:
-Decor dated, but still functional.
-needs better description of townhome shuttle pick up (not on lot of this unit, but one down the street or next to the spa). I spent some time figuring this out. They do offer a shuttle through itrip- which we never tried to use, but that seems more direct- pick up directly??
-had trouble figuring out TV. Not a smart tv.

Steamboat is awesome. It is warm in the summertime but there are many fans in the townhome. The two rooms in the lower level stayed cool. The unit is spacious for a large group and well stocked. The two parking spaces outside the door are so convenient. We would love to stay here again for a ski vacation.

Centrally located to all the attractions and condo has lots of space.

WE had a blast. Totally met expectations!

Property was just as described. Plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked. The free shuttle service was a wonderful extra. The Iteip staff and drivers were fantastic. Would highly recommend

Condo unit is well maintained, clean and comfortable beds. Covered parking right out front makes load in/out easy. Easy access to slope and fun watching skiers go by.

Awesome location, everything was just as it said it would be. Easy ski in and ski out which was a huge plus. The looping van to and from the base was easy to navigate. We had a car so only used the Itrips van one time - but again super easy. Only downside was the hot tub was a few buildings away which meant you could get down there and have to wait to use depending on time of day. (because of crowd issue). But other than that, it was a great set up!

This is a true ski in ski out. It was a seamless checkin and checkout and the property was perfect for our family.

I hate to write anything positive here, because I want this place all to myself the next winter we go to Steamboat, but it was a great experience. Check in and out was easy. The location was great with maybe a 50 foot walk to the green slope Right of Way. From there, we put on our skis and snowboard and easy ride to the base area. At the end of the day, we stopped at the same spot, walked up to the townhome and dropped everything off in the ski closet on the back porch. The inside of the townhome was great and had everything we needed. Either the host, or other guests, had left sugar, salt, pepper, etc...and this was very much appreciated. There really was no need for a rental car either. iTrips did a great job of providing shuttle service to the base area, grocery, and even downtown.

Great townhouse. We loved that they provided ample shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each bathroom. Also plenty of laundry detergent, fabric softeners, dishwashing detergent which was so convenient. We loved the ski in ski out abilities of the townhouse, With that being said, we stayed with a family whom had never skied before, and you have to be able to actually ski down a good distance to get to the base…which a beginner skier has a difficult time doing. But for my family that has skied before, it was perfect!

Nice ski in/ski out
Our group had a good time staying at this unit. Everything was well organized and clean.
Instructions for the heating were a bit confusing, as the electric baseboards did not work and the instructions for the fireplace weren't specific (just turn the thermostat next to it all the way up to turn on apparently)
Otherwise had a good time and would gladly go again.

You are really paying double for ski in/out. The place was mediocre compared to another place we stayed about 6 minutes away. If you value ski in/out then it will be good for you. I would rather pay less and have a bigger, nicer place with a private hot tub.
The heat on the main floor didn’t work, so we had to keep the fireplace going. It was clean but I like pioneer Ridge over iTrips.

My favorite spot in Steamboat!
I absolutely loved my stay in townhouse 20. It was so clean and spacious and the coziest place to spend the fall. The unit is tucked right into the side of the mountain so it was ideal for fall viewing and very relaxing. I could hit the trails right from the downstairs deck too. It is a great unit and I look forward to staying again soon and hopefully durning ski season as it is a prime location for ski in and ski out!

Great condo, wish you had a shuttle especially during a City-sponsored Brewfest.

I swear I was home this place has everything from foil to baggies to mixers. They did not miss anything you would need for your stay here. Very impressed. Games puzzles books all great touches. Very quiet and relaxing nice parking covered. Patios are nice to sit out on nice path in back.
I would only suggest BBQ tools had no tongs or spatula. The pool was broke but the manegment team was very apologetic and tried everything to help us.
I would like to return for the winter. It was a little warm in master bedroom upstairs but was provided 2 fans in this room. If you could make a bigger window that would be nice in that master bedroom.

Perfect property for a family get together! Bunk room was great for the kids, and adults had nice big beds. Kitchen was reasonably equipped, though we didn’t do much cooking. Great base camp for an always amazing time in Steamboat!

We had a little problem at the start when our unit was not ready. Some kind of mix up with the cleaning crew. The staff remedied the situation promptly and made whole. Very good customer service.
The unit is fabulous in every way. We stay in Steamboat at least twice a year this unit was a top 2 pick among the family.

Well equipped townhome
We recently stayed in townhome 20 for a baseball tournament, and were pleased with how well appointed the townhome was. It was clean, had everything we needed, and had great views. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.
