What breakfast? We purchased the food and did our own preparation.
A precious little cat would have made it more like home :-)

The space and place was beautiful.
We were on top of another group and we were only walking around at 9 pm from kitchen to living room and they complained about noise.

Location. Parking right out front
Interior is outdated and a bit rundown. The fireplace had issues, the ice maker was broken, the blinds need to be replaced, there’s a chair that has its stuffing falling out. It was comfortable and okay for the price. Would look for a nicer condo next time.

Très propre, grand espace pour toute la famille.
Le bain de la chambre principe coule lorsque l’on prend un bain ce n’est pratique.

The Condo had a roof
This was a classic bait and switch where my wife and I plus another couple booked a specific condo for a wedding with specific accommodations. We wanted multiple King/queen/full beds etc. plus a kitchen if possible. But thenwe found out WHEN WE ARRIVED, that not only we're we given a different condo but that it had children's bunk beds plus one master suite. Not exactly ideal for several married couples spending a weekend in Vermont at a wedding.
Obviously we tried to work with the local property manager, Vacasa, and Booking.com to fix this during that weekend but they not only had nothing for us that weekend, while we were juggling wedding logistics but have now dragged their feet for over two months issuing any kind of refund.
We booked this condo months in advance. At the time, had we known it was not as advertised we would have simply reserved something else that fit our needs. There were plenty of options. But to be left the weekend of, on the doorstep, literally holding our bags with no where else to stay (everything was obviously at that point fully booked) it felt like a real con job.

Spacious unit with a good layout. Comfortable bed. Great to have a second bath. Pretty nice kitchen and huge DR table that could fit a big group (although we weren't). TV pretty easy to operate and reasonable live TV offerings.
It didn't offer breakfast, which is ok, but It would have been nice to at least provide salt and pepper at a minimum. (We brought eggs, bread, and butter to cook scrambled eggs and toast, but no salt was in the unit!)
Some window cranks were broken or difficult to operate.
Two-three couch cushions had tears.
Water didn't drain well in the master bathroom shower.

Master bath doesn’t drain. No a/c - we had to buy a fan. Needs some fixes- lamps that are broken, window cranks that are broken, chair that has large tear, ice maker doesn’t work, smoke detector hanging from ceiling in guest bath, fan in that bathroom also doesn’t work.

good location for our family visit and the condo was well equipped and very clean.
Nothing. it is not the condo’s fault my granddaughter was in the North Kingdom for our seeing her. Jay, VT is quiet in the Summer.

was what we where looking for as part of a family event at Jay Peak!
4.5
Very clean and spacious. Great kitchen and dining area. Nice new appliances and two clean, modern bathrooms. Great location inside the Jay Resort campus and a nice hiking trail just outside our front door (I think it must be a ski trail in the winter).
No AC and it did get very warm inside. Had to keep the windows open constantly but this made it difficult when it rained. Also, most windows did not have screens on them so bugs did fly in when we had the windows opened. Might want to consider installing a small window AC unit in the living room window which would probably suffice for cooling the whole unit. Otherwise, everything was great!
