You'll be just a few steps from the beach. Amazing views of the beach, ocean and pool! The property comes equipped with everything to make your stay comfortable. From towels, condiments and pool noodles we've got you covered! Just show up and kick back. The huge covered deck is the winner in this unit! You'll be on the 6th floor with a jaw-dropping, towering view (yes there is an elevator). Enjoy great air-conditioning, tv's in every room, music, wifi and other entertainment.

The size of the condo location along with the house. However, upon entering bathroom in the master bedroom, has some issues with the floor, checking the tiles in front of the sink outside the shower or pliable water possible rot everything else as advertised. Perhaps this is my fault. I never was able to find code for the WiFi and directions on how to use the TV

This was a hidden gem. The apartment was well kept, well stocked and had all the comforts of home. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Housekeeping could have been a bit better in one of the two bathrooms, but the apartment was comfortable and easy to settle into. The beds were super comfortable. We will be back soon!

Our recent stay at Chris's beachfront condo on Amelia Island was wonderful! The location was unbeatable - waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping straight out onto the beach was a dream come true. Close to Downtown & all restaurants The condo itself was perfect for our needs, spacious dining-living rooms and balcony as well as fully-equipped kitchen. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. But what truly elevated our experience was Chris's outstanding hospitality. From the moment we booked, he was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all our questions promptly. It was clear that Chris goes the extra mile to ensure his guests have a fantastic time. We can't recommend Chris's condo highly enough. Whether you're looking for a romantic escape or a fun-filled family vacation, this is the perfect place to stay. Thanks again, Chris, for making our Amelia Island trip unforgettable!

We had a wonderful stay for Spring Break! Our family of 7 fit comfortably in this condo. Everything was neat, clean, and comfortable. Neighbors in the complex were so friendly! Fantastic location! Beautiful views! Chris was a wonderful host!

Great view. Loved balcony wirh little bar and footrest facing ocean. Kichen had coffee, olive oil, balsamic, spices. Unit had ecerything you could use at beach. Would stay here again!

Perfect location with a large covered balcony overlooking the water. Not a fancy place but plenty of space for 4 adult family members and for the price point it was exactly what we were expecting. Lots of charging points for electronics, TV in both bedrooms and the living room. Easy drive into historic Fernandina for shopping and dining. Walmart and grocery stores within 10-15 minutes drive. Also nice that paper towels, toilet paper, etc were provided. We had a fantastic week!!!

My family enjoyed our stay at the condo. The condo is beautifully decorated, and the homeowner is obviously very detailed and considerate for their guests. There are conveniently located USB charging ports and power outlets, hampers in each bedroom closets, detergent, hairdryers, plenty of Kleenex, tissues, paper towel and etc. The only thing I wish is more microwavable dishes for heating family meals. The view from the back is spectacular, and the beach is right off the backyard!

Inside was nice. Patio lights didnt work, had no shampoo but plenty of conditioner. Last renter didnt do what was asked of owners so cleaners need to better job.

We were a family of six, including 4 children, 2, 3, 6, and a 15 year old who wanted a beach birthday. This condo was perfect! Clean, spacious, well-maintained, loaded with just about everything you could want or need, and the view through the patio doors or off the balcony are breathtaking. Of all the rentals I've visited this is by far the best and has the absolute greatest host I've ever encountered. He was very responsive and super accommodating. So very nice. Plus, he's made every effort to create a rental you can feel at home in. A few of the extras he provides: plenty of extra bedding, towels, a pack N play which we used in a closet the size of a room, a comfy foam foldup bed, charger plugs throughout the condo, plenty of kitchen ware, pots, pans, utensils, crockpot, coffee pot, blender, and more. Beach bags, beach hats, chairs, umbrellas, toys. Four chairs on the spacious balcony with ottomans and a tall table to enjoy your coffee as you watch the sunrise over the ocean. The beach is private and never crowded at all. The condo building is older-1970s-but very quiet and well-cared for with some appropriate updates to keep it nice but also comfy with small kids. The place has character that I loved. There are TVs, board games, puzzles, and I could go on and on. And there is a nice pool downstairs, again never crowded. The pool and beach are gated. If you go, be sure to look for shark's teeth on the beach among the shells and visit downtown Fernandina.

We echo all the positive comments regarding this listing. Yes, the building is dated BUT---the accomodations are extremely comfortable and the unobstructed view of a beautiful, uncrowded beach is unparalleled! We've stayed in high end properties, and yet, will book this property over and over again . It was a wonderful stay filled with charm, great restaurants, golf, and the perfect accomodations for an incredibly serene experience. My family of four really enjoyed this great condo. It was nicely decorated and the view of the beautiful beach was amazing. It was also by far the best stocked unit we have ever stayed in. It had everything we needed to cook, plenty of games to play, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, etc. The beds were comfortable. We had such a great time. Thanks!

First time going to Amelia Island and we loved it. The perfect condo was the icing on the cake. Very cozy and well decorated. Plenty of room for everyone and was well stocked with everything we needed. The balcony was great, and the owners were great to work with. We enjoyed our stay at this condo so much! The pool was great and shaded in the afternoons. A short walk over the boardwalk to the beach. Parking is an open lot and not garage style like most so with a large vehicle that was a plus! Beautiful views from the balcony. We have a 1 year old and 7 year old and they both loved our stay! The kitchen is also well stocked for cooking meals. We would 100% stay here again!

My husband and I visited with our 4 year old and 10 month old. The condo was exactly as advertised and just perfect for our needs! We brought a pack n play for the baby, but there’s one in the condo too! We used it as a living room space to put her, which was great. Also FYI for those needing a pack n play, the master closet can fit one so baby has their own space - priceless! The pool and beach were so convenient, and we enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony watching the sun rise. The Surf restaurant right down the street was also super tasty for a casual dinner. Highly recommend this condo for a fun family beach vacation!

Clean, comfortable, lovely condo situated in a perfect location on a quiet beach in a quiet community. The lighting in the master bedroom was a challenge, other than that, all was good.
