Everything was nice, close to the elevator & great view

I have booked with Vacasa before, but this was by far the most disappointing stay. You should have been able to prepay for parking and not have to wait in a long unorganized line with spring breakers. Parking was an addition $60+ dollars for only two cars and you were not allowed to have guest. My father is disabled and drove 8 hours to visit from another state and was turned away. We do not get to see each other often especially since COVID and he was not staying but wanted to visit for at least an hour.
I took pictures of this place during check in and was so disgusted at what I saw. The master bathroom tub was missing pieces, the fan in the master bath was hanging from the ceiling. I had to stand in a chair and rig it up so that is didnt keep falling. The light bulb was out in the master bedroom lucky we had lamps. Dust was everywhere let alone its allergy season. I have pictures as proof to show. Dust was all on the lamps, floors, headboard, loose hair was all on the mattress once you pulled the sheets in the master bedroom, floor had not been mopped, the sofa bed sheets were unclean let alone the sofa bed mattress was stained yellow with a huge piss stain and I found a pair of glasses in the sofa bed mattress with plenty of crumbs, the lamps were dusty in the living room as well. The ac unit was really loud and sounded like it should have been outside and a light bulb was out in the kitchen. The bunk beds were unstable and not sleepable. We bought extra sheets and an air mattress from Walmart to make this stay work. I expressed my concern to Vacasa via text and yet nothing was done and not even a partial refund was considered. Overall this was a horrible stay for myself and family we will not be returning to this place.

The layout of these condos is great and for that I cannot complain. The beds are comfy and the elevator situation (outside of checkin day) was not too bad for being such a large place. Only one pool was heated for all the kids who couldn’t take the frigid temps of the larger pools that get little sunlight.
The kitchen lacked updates (the back splash from the dollar tree was peeling from the wall even as we push it back up over and over) and there were few pans to cook with. There were also very few bath towels provided in this unit that is supposed to sleep 6 (only 4). The washer was broken when we arrived but we were not aware of that until they called to say a repairman was coming to fix it. The guest bathroom fan roars like a lion and is connected to the light so there is no way not to wake everyone in the house when you turn it on.
Luckily we were there for the beach and the location and not for the accommodations even though you should expect to for this kind of $.
Second time I’ve stayed here and think I will look elsewhere next time I come.

You have the nerve to send me this???? I travelled 150 miles got there spent 4 1/2 hours trying to get 4 different rooms at 0100hrs in the morning I finally turned my ass around and went back home. I never got the room only spent around 600 dollars for a long trip of hell.

I love the location and amenities, HOWEVER I/we had a very big problem with the elevators either being out of service or just taking close to 40 minutes. This made the experience drastically worse especially because we were on the 16th floor with two children.

We arrived at our condo a little early and we just happened to receive a message saying we could check in early!!! Got up to our condo to walk into a very clean and welcoming place. Everything was just as it was in the pictures!! We were close to everything. Was able to walk everywhere we needed to go! We had a wonderful stay, the only bad part was the elevators. Most of them were not working which caused more people to cram into the only ones that were working causing extremely long wait times. Elevators have no air so you are stuffed in the elevator with lots of people with no air making it even hotter. But overall the place was great!

Great Location
My husband and I spent 10 weeks here during the winter. First of all I have to say that we loved the condo and the great view! We would recommend to all!
Having said that, the condo needs a deep clean, including the furniture! Communication with owners/management was not the best. Wifi was off and on. We think it needs a new cable modem or wifi box..? Was told we would get some money back for the inconvenience of that and not having a dryer or complete balcony furniture for 3 weeks, have not seen it.
All in all, would still go back and rent!! Love the area!

Not what I expected!!!
Owner needs to update patio furniture. Kitchen garbage can is bathroom size. No ceiling fans in unit at all. Mold on ceiling above master shower.

Minor inconveniences
Dryer makes a loud squeaking noise, food stains on curtains, permenant indention in bed made for awkward sleeping, molded shower curtain, gate to beach access does not work, code did not work on room door, had to call for another code.
TVs were great, equipped with Netflix and Disney, view was wonderful, plenty of dishes and utensils, plenty of towels and blankets, beautiful home, grateful for broom and vacuum. Overall, enjoyed our stay!

Elevators, dryer issues, but otherwise good
The elevators were always packed full, the wait time to get on was 15 minutes plus, and they were so hot and crowded the entire week. It was bad enough to probably not stay at this location again.. The dryer in the unit made load chirping noises when it was used. Other than that it was a good location and easy check in.

Great location
Overall the place was great for our needs! We have a big family(8) and needed to accommodate everyone comfortably. This place didn’t disappoint. The rooms were spacious and the description was accurate. One issue I did have was with the smell of the unit. Not sure what exactly it was but there was a smell of fish that was overbearing. We were able to air it out eventually. The elevators sucked but that’s expected with the amount of people throughout the property. Pools were cool. Location was great! Right across the street from Walmart and walking distance to several eateries.
