Our group had a great week of vacation at the house! The hot tub, back patio, and deck spaces are fabulous. The 5 king rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The other two bedrooms provide great spaces for children/teens. Easy access to the beach and pool/volleyball/tennis. The private beach space is limited, so set your chairs up early.

We had a very nice stay. The house and amenities are just like the pictures. Everything was clean and just steps from the beach. Ron and Dana were very helpful when we needed them. I would definitely come back.

Pictures do not do this property any justice. The host Ron was more than helpful. He responded back to our messages ASAP. They have EVERYTHING you need in this home. It was not only beautiful but super clean. The beach is a step away and also lots of restaurants and shopping near by. I truly appreciate them for sending our belongings that we left behind. I wanted to send them the money for the UPS shipping cost, they refused to take the money! This made my heart melt, because this tells the type of heart they have. We will be back!!! Trust me this was the absolute BEST stay we have ever experienced and we travel a lot, from country to country and state to state! And this was the best VRBO stay ever! You will not regret your stay here! Wish I could give them 10 stars!

Nice place overall! Plenty of room to be together or spread out. Great for adults and kids. Convenient to beach, restaurants, grocery, and more. Would recommend to other large families getting together.

The property was as described. Convenient, clean, well maintained, and such a wonderful experience to have all of the family together in this beautiful setting. The owners were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect slice of paradise!

Great location, plenty of room for our large family and wonderful communication by hosts Ron and Dana. Small hiccup at one point but hosts quickly responded to accommodate. We would definitely stay at the property again!

The home was as advertised. The size of the home and proximity to the beach was perfect. Plenty of off street parking was a plus. The owner was very responsive and took excellent care of us. Highly recommend this beach home!!

Mostly all the beds sheets were not changed. We had to wash them right away. There were stains on some sheets and mostly all of them had hair. They were used and never changed. Pool was dirty not vacuumed. Utensils and kitchen items were also dirty. Towels were clean but had stains on them. AC on the third floor was not working. No one could sleep there.

Nice place, but needs additional maintenance and upkeeping. Also needs to be fumigated for roaches. Access to the beach is very small for two subdivisions - Terra Cotta Way and Enclave.

The house was very well maintained and in a great location. We had a few minor problems, but the owners responded and addressed issues immediately. I would HIGHLY recommend this property, if we don't beat you to it first!

Everything was great except the Loft, we expected til he sofa bed to let out but couldn’t because of ladder to bunk bed. This is a nice property with plenty of rooms and everything worked perfectly

This house is great-ample space, all the amenities, great location, and comfortable but the overall condition of the house was disappointing. There is a ton of wear and tear and quick fixes which is understandable in a rental property but this should not be considered luxury in the description or cost.

We stayed at the house with 3 other families over spring break and had a wonderful time! The house was gorgeous and perfect for all of us. The boys enjoyed the basketball courts in the neighborhood and the hot tub was perfect for the chilly temps we had for a few days. The beach access was a short walk from the house which was a huge plus! We would definitely stay again!

Extended family coming together from CA, KS, MO and VA to celebrate the holidays. The house was able to accommodate all 16 of us. The beach access was close and the walking paths an added bonus. The house layout and amenities met our needs. Property management was prompt in their responses. Great experience.

The overall location was great and the house was very spacious easy to entertain. There were bicycles, umbrella, water knee boards/noodles for your use. The beach access was really close and easy walk. The house more than enough dishes, pots and pans.. However I dropped this listing to 3 stars due to defective equipment. The ice maker in the fridge was broken. The outside refrigerator was broken as well and we had to keep the adult beverages inside the house refrigerator which left us limited on space. The outside television was broken and we were stuck with everyone inside watching the games instead of outside where we wanted to be. The kitchen faucet handle was broken. Some of the closet doors were off the rails. Upon arrival the upstairs loft was extremely hot, the air conditioner could have been adjusted prior to our arrival.

So many pleasant surprises, all the beds and extra space and decks. And it was clean! Loved the back patio and ice maker! Huge washer and dryer were a bonus for our beach towels. Close to stores. Even had beach chairs and bikes! Thank for a perfect week—love all 13 of us from age 9-70.

This is a great house. There were bikes there to ride and a lot of chairs. The house was very large. The loft on the top floor was an added bonus. It was close to restaurants and the beach. My only complaint was how crowded the private beach was…it was shared by a very large number of people. I would rent here again.

The property owner is very responsive and monitored messages the entire stay. Area was quiet and perfect for an early morning walk or run. The house is decorated beautifully and the outdoor bar is a plus. Has a few things that needed attention but the owner was responsive and thanked me for the suggestions. I am not quite sure anyone has told them of the items, so they were appreciative. Overall a relaxing stay, good area, less traffic on that end, and great homeowners.

We are a large friends group consisting of 6 different families with kids aged 4 months to 8 years. This place was perfect for us! There was enough room for everyone and each of the king size bedrooms had space for a pack n play/small air mattress. The pictures did not do it justice! There was plenty of room on the main floor for everyone to relax and hang out together. The walk to the beach was quick and close enough for babies to head back to nap at home when needed. There was more parking right next to the house which worked well for us since we all travel in large trucks and SUV’s and didn’t all fit in the driveway at one time. This house far exceeded our expectations and we had a great stay!

What a great place for my Fraternity Brothers and wives to spend a few days together. The house and accommodations were perfect… the kitchen dining area, where we hung-out is huge and the outdoor area with Jacuzzi tub (where we also hung out) was very very nice. Close to to the beach and a few restaurants, it fit all our needs perfectly.

The house lived up to every single listing description and picture. Our group of 10 ladies found this to be an ABSOLUTE Do Over for future trips to Destin. The house was clean, has a well stocked cooking kitchen, and plenty of bath towels. The location is conveniently located within walking distance to several restaurants, and beach access is just a short walk across the street. Communication with the owners was easy. We had some trouble regulating the temperature in the hot tub, but after talking with the owners, we were able to figure it out. One suggestion, would be to make the access to the hot tub thermostat a bit more convenient, and more safe. We had to climb over some plumbing, piping, and cluttered concrete and wooden landscape debris to reach the spa controls. But the house is AMAZING! We’ll be back!

Several small issues for a very expensive rental

Several small issues for a very expensive rental

Property was not ready on time. We had to contact the manager to find out why we were not emailed the code and it turned out housekeeping was behind. We waited an extra hour and 45 minutes before we were able to get the house code, and upon arrival, housekeeping was still in the driveway. Construction debris in the driveway and front yard: shattered foosball table, bags of mulch, old door and boards laying in the grass and some trash around the front made a very disappointing welcome. Some concerns with maintenance inside the home. An outlet pulled out of the wall, towel bar ripped off of the wall hanging by one end, Jacuzzi tub access panel not attached and unable to be attached. Several televisions that did not work. Overall disappointing regarding basic maintenance especially considering the cost of the rental. Sofa bed included in room count was unusable as the pull out was blocked by an immovable ladder. Code for beach access was never communicated, had to be received from other renters. Location and beach access were perfect. neighborhood was nice parking was ample. Overall a fun vacation but too many maintenance and cosmetic issues for the price

Pros: This home is absolutely gorgeous! The spa was perfect for our family and small kids! We also utilized the community pool as well! That third floor balcony view was perfect for watching the fire works, on every side of us! Cons: Need to be very careful with leaving open food out due to a FEW roaches….nothing real significant that pest control can’t handle quickly! Highly recommend

This was a perfect house for our 4-family vacation! The walk to the beach was so easy. Close proximity to several restaurants (3 within a short walking distance). The owners were very responsive to questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!
