家族とでは無く、友達と泊まるところ。

想像していたより、部屋が広かった。

バスルームの配管が壊れていたのか、夜中部屋が水浸しに。連泊だったので部屋をチェンジしてもらった。

ベッドがキシキシうるさいのと部屋の角にホコリや髪の毛などたまっていました。

安くて、きれいで、便利な環境。

近くにコインパーキングがあり、駐車もできた。部屋は、狭かったのですが。寝るだけで良かったので、良かったです。

飲み物を飲むコップが欲しかったです。

Not that brilliant but it was ok

We stayed 2 nights here. And during our stay in Nagoya, we did not take public transport while in Nagoya, we walked to the city center or took a taxi to/from Nagoya Stations. We were able to leave our luggages before the check-in time. There are many power outlets in the room and there's a TV in the room. A small refrigerator is also available. Electric kettles are provided at the ground floor, I took one to my room. Hot water and water pressure were working well. Towels were absorbent (2 big and 2 small). Body gels, shampoo, conditioners, toothbrushes and toothpastes are provided in the room. Washing machine and dryer is also at the ground floor but I did not try using it. The staffs were trying to helpful but they could not hold a proper conversation in English, we did using a translator app. I still appreciate their efforts though.

The room is considerably small. The mattress was hard, and only 1 pillow per bed. Please consider giving 2 access cards when 2 guests are staying, we only got 1 card. As we stayed for 2 nights, we expected to have the room cleaned on the second day, but we noticed that the room was not cleaned, not sure if we have to specifically request for cleaning.

金額が安いので利用しましたが、少し高い別の所でもいいかなと思った

立地はいいと思う。

浴室にカビがありました。エアコンの音がうるさかった。宅配便の控え伝票を渡されなかった。（スーツケースを送る時に札のような物があるか事前に問い合わせたところあると言っていたが、実際はなかった）

寝るためだけの使用で考えると値段相当だと思う。周辺にコンビニや店舗がたくさんあるので、食べ物には困らない

他の口コミにもあったように、ベッドマットが固かった。朝起きたらからだが痛かった。

It was fine for a one night stay, but woud not stay again as the beds were highly uncomforatble.

Location of hotel was excellent to our needs, close to train stations and local convenience stores. The rooms were beautiful, clean and provided ample space - just as pictured on Booking.com. The staff were friendly and helpful. Amenities were readily available - microwave, kettle, washer etc. Linens was clean and fresh.

The beds were way too hard to sleep on, like sleeping on hardwood blanks and incredibly uncomfortable - tatami would have been better. None of our family members slept well at all. No comfort or support in the bed.

Esta bastante cerca de la estacion de trenes, tambien hay cerca una estacion de metro.

Podria ser mas comodo tener un escritorio en lugar de una mesa en la habitacion, para usar la computadora es mejor

Still had an enjoyable stay!

Staff is very welcoming. The room is quite spacious too compared to other hotels in Japan. There’s plenty of sockets to use too.

Some of the buttons in the toilet doesn’t work. The bed was a bit stiff.

Good value for money and a good location.

The hotel is well located near a subway station with a variety of restaurants nearby.

I was told that they would come into my room to clean in a certain day but came on two different days. Nothing to hide but I just have a certain way I leave a room if I know people will be coming into it and have personal spaces issues.

Location and staff were great. For one night it was a very good choice. Plenty of combini around for easy meals. Subway access and even within easy walking distance of main train station.

Room on main street quite noisy, The bed was actually just the bottom half of a box spring combination, not a mattress, so very very firm.

The beds are rocks with springs, and there was a small translucent window in my door which let the hallway light in my room throughout the night.

Terrible; hard beds, unclean, stinks

Location. Oh, and the (probably new) receptionist put me in a twin room instead of a single room.

Bathroom stunk. They came up and cleaned a bit, but it still stunk some afterwards. The mirror was too low, couldn't see my face and I'm not even tall (176cm). Dirty carpet. Hard beds, I could literally feel the pocket coil springs in the bed. Oh, and the (probably new) receptionist put me in a twin room instead of a single room.
