Welcome to the beautiful Kohala coast on the Big Island of Hawaii! Unit 15-C at luxurious Hali’i Kai gives you a rare front row seat with ground floor access to lush green grass over looking the beautiful Pacific. During the season, watch whales up close from your lanai! Building 15 is one of the few in Hali’i Kai directly on the ocean, private, but within yards of Hali’i Kai’s Ocean Club.

The Ocean Club is an oceanfront club with a fabulous multilevel pool, hot tub with sandy bottom, private restaurant and bar with outdoor covered dining as well as an open-air workout cabana with views not to be missed. Tennis, pickle ball and basketball are also available at the resort. There is a $20 per day resort charge which is paid to Hali'i Kai directly at check-in.

The condo has has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the master with unobstructed ocean views. There is a comfortable king in the master and a queen in the second bedroom. Whip up home cooked meals in the well-equipped kitchen with Sub Zero and Wolf appliances to enjoy at the new table on the lanai or relax at one of the many fabulous restaurants available in the Waikoloa Resort area. The Waikoloa Beach Resort is also home to high-end shopping at the Kings' Shops, gourmet grocery at the Queen'sMarketplace and two golf courses.

Many of the best beaches on the Big Island are a very short drive from the condo, including ‘Anaeho’omalu Bay (A Bay) just south and beautiful Hapuna Beach to the north. Or access the historic Ala Kahakai trail which wanders beside the ocean for miles in either direction from Hali’i Kai. The condo has beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach bags and a cooler for all your beach adventures.

This property is perfect. We were here 3 yrs ago with our then 15 yr old daughter while our son and his friends celebrated HS graduation in Oahu. This time she’s celebrating with her friends in Oahu and we took our 21yr old son to the Big Island. It was actually just an excuse to get back here and enjoy all the island and location can offer. Great pool, easy access to beaches (short 5 min drive), shops restaurants, golf. I’ve never stayed in the same VRBO twice, so that should say something. Hope to get back again!

The condo had everything you need for a blissful week! The view from the lanai is the way to start and end every adventure-filled day on the island! My coffee overlooking the ocean, grassy area for yoga, completely stocked kitchen, and very pleasant decor. And of course the fabulous sunsets from the privacy of the lanai or at the club house with the conch shell blowing! We’ll keep these memories near as we return to real life and hope to return in the future.

This is a lovely property with fantastic views and great facilities. The hosts are easy to work with and super knowledgeable about things to do on the Big Island. The unit itself is comfortable and very well equipped. Honestly, our expectations were high but they were exceeded! We highly recommend beautiful Hali’i Kai 15C!

This is a great condo! We had whales breeching right off the lani multiple times.Tami & Lance have it nicely furnished, equipped with all your beach toys and well stocked with basic needs. We would recommend this condo to anyone and would rent it again!!

Absolutely amazing! This piece of paradise offered everything to us. We have been to this area previously and continue to be amazed each time. We respect the land and the sea. As we live in Canada during our winter months we feel very blessed to be able to visit this area. Thank you so much to the hosts for sharing your special place.

Property was exactly as written in the description. All communication was clearly written, helpful and handled immediately. The Ocean Club restaurant had a delicious and inventive menu as well as incredible staff. The pool and deck area were clean and well maintained. I’d definitely recommend it and would absolutely be happy to return.

Great location with a view of the ocean. Furniture not the most comfortable. Beds were fine. The best part was all of the amenities-beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, cooler, boogie boards, etc.

We spent 3 relaxing days at this property and wish we had more time. Loved watching the sunset every evening from the lanai and every morning we saw a pod of spinner dolphins while eating breakfast. Great location to beach hop and explore the entire island.

My two kids and I stayed here for three nights and had a truly wonderful time. The condo has everything you need to make meals and settle in. The lanai has stunning views of the ocean that we enjoyed every morning. The pool is a very short walk away - there you can have lunch and dinner and enjoy drinks. We even made the 30 minute walk to a beautiful beach where we swam and snorkels. A truly perfect, relaxing retreat!

We spent the first half of the vacation adventuring, and came here to relax. What a great spot! We enjoyed coffee on the patio, the fitness center, the pool is gorgeous, and everything we needed for some fun days on the various beaches was provided. Fully stocked kitchen and all the utilities necessary to end a perfect family vacation.

Excellent location and property. However, a couple of concerns here. The area rugs were hazardous. something needs to be done with them. multiple times people tripped on them and had to move them out of the way. TV remotes were hard to operate, very confusing. took a lock time to find the remotes to work the fan. found in a drawer in the guest bedroom. Even with these challenges, we very much enjoyed the stay. We love the Halii Kai resort.

Perfect unit, fully stocked (pack/play, beach gear, etc.), with a peaceful ocean view. Super close to the pool. The front grass was great for the kids as well. Jim was very responsive and had great advice for our stay, we look forward to coming back soon.

This amazing condo was walking distance to the pool and dinner club. Our meals were excellent and the entertainment was fun! Everything we needed for the beach was on hand. Enjoyed the sunsets and morning coffee on the lanai! Highly recommend this cute condo for your Hawaiian vacation.

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo at Hali'i Kai in Waikoloa, including the peace and quiet, the view from the lanai, the proximity to the Kohala coast beaches (less than 20 min to Beach 69, Hapuna, A-Bay, etc), the gorgeous pool at the Ocean Club, and the very well-stocked kitchen. A particular highlight is the very accessible and helpful property manager, Jim. He answered all of our questions very promptly, provided great recommendations for local restaurants and Big Island sites, and quickly troubleshooted an issue that came up with the condo. We highly recommend this unit!

The property is amazing, well maintained, gorgeous views from teh lanai just to stay in and watch the sunset, great location to go out for dinner or a day at the beach. The property manager is wonderful and very communicative. I would definitely recommned this property and hope to return soon.

We've stayed in this community twice, but this is by far our favorite unit. It was extremely big for our family of 3 and the ocean front view and lanai and "lawn" were perfect for our 2 year old son to run around on (safely too!). The condo was fully stocked with everything we could need, including snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, toys, etc. Communication with the owner and property manager was amazing. They both went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible stay, including providing an early check-in by prioritizing our unit. DO NOT HESITATE to book this property! You will not regret it!!

Unbelievable property. Western views allow you to see across the ocean to Maui on a clear day and provide prime sunset viewing every evening. Impeccably clean and spacious. Has everything you could need and more. The local treats provided by the host a a great special touch. Pool/spa/beach club just a 2 minute walk and all kept in beautiful condition. Could not recommend this property enough.

We’ve always liked coming to the Big Island and staying in Waikoloa, but this was the first time we stayed at Hali’i Kai. This is a wonderful clean, comfortable, quiet, well stocked, and convenient place to stay in Waikoloa, with a fantastic view of the ocean right from unit 15C. Jim, the manager, called a week earlier asking if we needed anything while we were there to give him a call and we were provided with easy directions to get in to the unit. Our stay here this week was so relaxing and wonderful. We really enjoyed it. Thanks!

Lanai is lovely to enjoy your morning coffee and evening sunsets. The grill is nice added touch if you want to stay in and prepare dinner. Club house pool was very nice. Unit has lots of beach items to make your trips to the beach enjoyable. Jim the property manager touched base to see if he could be of any assistance with our stay on the big island.
