L'appartamento è al centro di Galway, posizione eccellente, abbiamo trovato tutto l'occorrente, siamo stati benissimo.
2.0
Nothing - it was not very clean, no shampoo etc Washing machine did not with properly. Balcony was disgusting.
All of the above - so noises in that area.

Locked out for nearly an hour when door wouldn’t unlock

The location was wonderful!
It could have been a little cleaner.

clean & great location
nothing
9.0
The location is excellent and the beds were very comfy
Why do I have to not like something. Sometimes getting the water temp in the shower was a bit challenging but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
6.0
The location was fantastic, so easy to get everywhere in Galway.
There was only 1 set of keys, which meant we really couldnt leave each other, otherwise we would have had to leave the door open. Don't know how 6 people would go staying there. It needs a bit of a renovation, there was mould in the bathroom, has a washing machine but no powder. Toilet wouldnt cope with 6 people.
8.0
great location and very clean
hallway flooded upon access to apartment
6.0
Location was perfect
The bathroom is in serious need of a deep clean, black mould in the grout and all around the shower
9.0
location was excellent and size was brilliant - we were a party of 6.
the weren’t enough towels for us, we took some from the supplies closet.
the pillows are very flat and only one per person, they really need a refresh.
9.0
Location was wonderful
Lots of room
Beds were great
Clean, bright
Trouble with getting hot water other than in the shower. Toilet wouldn't always flush properly but eventually did
Combined washer/dryer would not dry

Location is the only positive thing about the appartment.
All in all, excessively overpriced. The bathroom and the entrance are in the worst conditions I personally have seen in (not abandoned) appartments. The shower and the sanitary area have black mold spots all over. The couch was broken and was replaced by another broken couch during our stay (we needed to be out of the appartment during the exchange, which was uncomfortable because all our valuables were in the flat)
The owner promised us a discount, which of course was never granted. So, all in all, really not worth the excessive price.
5.0
the location only
the cleanness was not the best, pillow sheets were dirty we had to change them at night.
pillows were as well very thing- not convenient for sleep.
the bad smell of the stairs- full of detergents and humidity.
7.9
The bed was lovely, the bedrooms were very nice and clean and looked fresh and the bed linen was very fresh and clean. There was plenty of space once we got into the actual apartment. The staff we spoke to and the lady we met who was going in to clean the apartment were very nice, helpful and friendly. The sound proofing was great as well you would not know you were in the centre of Galway on a Friday night.
The enterance was strange and the stairs has a very strange carpet that looked dirty. There was an overpowering smell of disinfectant which was unpleasent

Great location
Kitchen wasn’t great. Oven didn’t work, hard to make breakfast with limited supplies.

Plenty of extra linen and toiletries
Only one bathroom for six people.
Basic equipment
Smelly drain, possibly sink
Generally ‘tired’ however functional
Additional cost for parking

Love the location you couldn't be any closer to everything.
The beds defo need to be invested in, the pillows and bed were very uncomfortable.

Looked beautiful, close as can be to town, would be perfect for couples and great value for the three double rooms! Staff were super kind and helpful and I'll stay with Atlantic Apartments whenever I need a place on the west, thanks again!
5.0
location was great- bed were good
couch was broken - springs coming through the seats. pillows were wafer thin. there is mold in the bathroom and the kitchen is not equipped to host 6 people. not enough cups, mugs etc. lamps in bedrooms were cute but you could t plug them in anywhere
9.0
The location was great, right in the heart of Galway City. Close to 2 carparks only a short walk to the apartment. The apartment was comfortable with 3 comfy double beds.
4.0
Great location
3 bedrooms
clean
very old furnishings in bad shape (couch was very lumpy as if it had 30 years of hard use; bed pillows were so thin that we had to use extra towels as pillows)
bathroom light on a timer that was very short. turned off after about 10 seconds when using the restroom.
for the price we paid, I would have expected much nicer furnishings. this was nearly double the price of most of the b&bs that we stayed that included breakfast (but did not have 3 bedrooms).
the host was friendly and the property is in a great location. if it was updated, it would be worth the price.
5.0
This was an incredibly central location, could not be beat. The price was very reasonable for the location and number of people it accommodated.
The beds weren't very comfortable. The toilet clogged and it took the entire day for the hosts to send a maintenance person to address it, which was concerning with six people sharing one bathroom. On the last full day before check out, the light in the bathroom broke, and the hosts never replied to our messages asking to fix it, so we had to use the toilet and shower with the door open or a cell phone flashlight on for light.
4.0
Excellent location right beside Shop Street
-It wasn’t particularly clean.
-The light in the bathroom was broken when we arrived- we informed Julia (who we were in contact with originally), she asked us to leave the keys when we went out so it could be fixed. We left for a few hours and when we returned it was still broken. We had to contact them again and they eventually sent an electrician who replaced the light. Unfortunately the new light had a sensor which meant if you didn’t keep moving it turned off after 5 seconds.
-Whole place needs updating- does not look like the pictures at all.
