Clean and good place

Their outdoor space is nice there lobby is very hip.

There sheets are rough . Also controls for tv were not available so we couldn’t watch tv.

I would come again, and I will recommend this motel to friends.

I really think they have done a great job in the courtyard area, and have made it look very inviting and cute. The lobby was very nice as well. Very nice colors and inviting. The room was cute and had everything you need.

The only issue I had was the carpet close to the door, and into the room where there is the most foot traffic, was dirty. I didn't take my shoes off.

They are trying and the renovations make it look modern, but it isn’t clean enough for a family

Check-in was smooth and the gentlemen who gave me instructions was very helpful and pleasant. The lobby had a nice modern feel. Parking lot was large and well lit. It is pet friendly and no fee.

Nearly everything else. Perhaps the main building rooms are better, but ours was in the back second building on second floor. This was difficult with too small children and pets, but we did book last minute. We saw cockroaches on the first floor at the base of the stairwell. Our room’s carpet had stains all over. Sheets seemed adequately clean, but towels had stains and hair.

Wir waren schon mal da und das Motel ist sehr sauber

Der Drucker hatte keine Patronen und wird auch nicht aufgefüllt trotz Reklamationen die schon beim letzten Aufenthalt gemeldet wurde .das Frühstück ist jeden Tag das gleiche könnte abwechselnd sein

good stay with a good breakfast

It was exactly what I expected. I really liked the included breakfast, it was exactly what one needs in the morning. Nothing more, nothing less.

The doors could have been more soundproof. It was almost like the highway being inside our room at times.

Motel in posizione strategica per un viaggio on the road, comodo e pulito. Colazione classica, non molta scelta ma soddisfacente. Camere un leggermente piccole ma per un breve soggiorno vanno bene.

not very happy.

I booked the disability room for my husband, he has a bad leg and has a very hard time getting into the little bathroom. the girl changed our room to a smaller bathroom.

would have been better for my husband to get the room we booked. we travel through here weekly and I dont think we will be back.

Such a nice place to stay, very clean and all staff is very sweet.

Front desk was very kind, the hotel was very clean and made my night a great stay after a long drive. No problems with the AC or heater everything worked well and I will possibly stay again if my family and I happen to pass by.

Breakfast could have been a little better only certain things were put out but all breakfast was great I loved the texas waffle and the cleaniness of the dinner. Only thing that it did get a little crowded in the little room as people were trying to get their food

Easy location to interstate and lots of local restaurants. Comfortable, spacious room.

Nicely remodelled rooms. Great courtyard. Had laundry facilities. Waffles for breakfast. Helpful staff.

Close to fire station, was a bit noisy.

Comfy and clean, hopefully you like stairs.

Nice room, comfy bed. The courtyard was cute even though we didn't use it.

We were on the second level, in the farthest possible room from the parking lot. There were no elevators and we had some very heavy things that we had to bring in. The breakfast was also quite lackluster. No biscuits and gravy as advertised.

Charming, comfortable, affordable alternative to the big chains.

Neat blend of classic Texas and modern design. Very cool courtyard complete with mural. Comfortable bed.

Breakfast, while good, was a bit limited in the selection.

Paar kleine aanpassingen en je hebt een prima hotel

Het aanzicht van het hotel, de receptie en het buitenverblijf zagen er mooi en goed uit. Buiten allemaal stoeltjes en verlichting. Heel gezellig ziet het er savonds uit. De douche was erg ruim. Slaapkamer normaal formaat. De muren zagen er ook netjes uit. Personeel niks over te klagen. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt is standaard. Niks uitgebreid, maar dat hoeft ook niet. Je eet meestal toch altijd wel hetzelfde:)

Je ziet dat ze veel hebben opgeknapt maar waarom hebben ze de bedden niet vervangen. Onze bedden die kraakte enorm als je ging omdraaien. Je voelde op welke kant de mensen gingen slapen. Was al helemaal ingezakt. In de boxspring zag je ook een paar scheuren zitten. De vloerbedekking was gigantische smerig. Bij een andere kamer stond de deur open en zag dat het daar ook heel smerig was. Allemaal bruine vlekken. De douchekop mag ook vernieuwd worden. Je kon niet normaal er onder douchen.

Very nice area, Rooms were nice and clean. Very pretty mural on building. Close to Cadillac Ranch.

Didnt like being on second floor but sometimes that hapoens. Cant be helped.

Great location, love outdoor space, faint smell of old motel still left in the room.

Loved the dog friendly hang out area right outside my door and breakfast was good

If you're traveling with a man, don't mind the un cleanliness this place is fine for the cheap price

the lobby and the rooms looked nice from the outside

Once inside the rooms the bedsheets looked as if they had not been cleaned there were mysterious stains and what looked and smelled like dried dog poop crumbs all over the floor. the bathroom had hair and other things on the floor. We ended up leaving for another hotel because we were a group of women staying by our selves and we had been watched moving into the room by the group of men next door who came out onto the balcony to watch and we just decided to switch hotels instead of worrying about the car or our neighbors and sleeping with dry doggy doo.

Great stop for motorcyclists traveling through town on route 66

It has covered motorcycle parking, outdoor bbq, sand social area with picnic tables and out door patio lights. Truly a great stay and the renovations are implacably done.

1. There was a smell in the room like covered up pee, or mildew that eventually went away. 2. The social gravel area was nice but you had to carry your luggage to your room from far away.. i ride my motorcycle up to the room to unload my bags, then parked it under the covered parking.

Decent stay for a single night.

The stay was decent. It was quiet and clean enough. They accept dogs. There was a nice courtyard outside.

The dog fee is quite high, especially considering how stained the carpet was.

Super cute stay with a very affordable price tag!

Atrea Inn was super cute and had a really good vibe. It's clear that the hotel is well cared for and a lot of attention to detail went into it. GREAT location! Minutes from Route 66, the Botanical Gardens, Cadillac Ranch and more. Plus--Texas shaped waffles for breakfast!!

There was dust on the high flat surfaces (like top of fridge). I'm 6'1" so I couldn't help but notice it.

Ratings don't tell the whole story!!

The outside and the common area appeared recently remodeled.

The barking dog and other loud noises in the room above. It appeared to house long-term transient people that caused some safety concerns. Large crack around door, faucet not attached to vanity, worn electrical sockets (many things showed need for update and maintenance). Not sure how it got the 4+ rating.

Good breakfast, comfortable beds and the staff was friendly.

Room was pretty small, my key card didn't work two days in a row because they said the room was vacant even though we were paid for two more nights and all of our things were still inside the room. It's located right next to the fire station so you hear fire truck sirens all night.
