Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was decent. We had a few issues though. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom did not work. A lot of the towel holders in the restrooms were very loose. The pressure in the showers was very minimal. For some reason the hot water ran out earlier than expected while taking a shower. Also, we’ve been staying at Margaritaville for years to avoid the Riff Raff, but over the past year, we seem to be seeing more and more of that. The tenants that moved in next to us were having a pool party while smoking marijuana out of a bong.We also noticed it all of the places in Margaritaville that we stay at, the floors are not very clean because they are being mopped with a swiffer. The grime is getting into the grout which should be a light gray but instead is a black color. All of this, it was pretty standard of a stay.

Reviewer Comments: Great house, a few minor issues that could have been better- one toilet didn’t operate properly, kitchen faucet was very loose, cable boxes difficult to operate, outdoor bathroom didn’t unlock even with code- but over all a fantastic house. It was clean, comfortable, and more than suited our needs. Love love love the outdoor lounge chairs - SO COMFORTABLE. Pool was great. Location was awesome for me - a close enough walk to the main areas but far enough away from the action for some quiet time.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay and found the home in great care.I would recommend however that a visit and more information from the front staff about what Margaretville has to offer and even a calendar of the activities be available by way of an email or paper copy at the rentl unit would be a great idea.

Overall, it was a great stay. There were a few things in the kitchen missing, but we were able to make it work. The bathrooms were nice and bedrooms were good sizes. We loved having our own pool as well as access to the resort pool.

Couldn’t have been happier with the house, the resort property and everyone involved. Quick, friendly and easy check-in at the main resort. Property itself was spacious, extremely clean and well appointed. A lot of activities are close by and getting to the parks is easy. If you need a rental car, they have a rental agency on property. Would definitely stay here again when in Orlando!

We came down for a 35th and 64th birthday celebration as a girls trip to drink around the world at Epcot. Coming home to the pool after a long Disney day was perfect! Having 5 bathrooms for 8 girls was a MUST have and so good! We had the beeeest time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our experience staying here. The property is beautifully maintained, located in a neighborhood of cottages on the resort. Having a private pool is 100% our favorite part of the stay. The outdoor furniture is so comfy. Even when it rained we sat on the second floor patio to still enjoy the outdoors. The staff was very helpful and sent someone immediately with any issues (we could not get the laundry room doors to open and the wifi password was different than our welcome packet). With all the traffic in Orlando, we really appreciated not having to drive far to experience wonderful dining and shopping. Being close to the Promenade where there are movies, excellent restaurant and groceries. Everyone working at the resort seemed focused on serving the customers above and beyond. So refreshing! I would stay here again and again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Checkin in was available early and very easy. Home was clean, furnished nicely and had all of the needed amenities. The resort is located in a great area with lots of shopping and restaurants. The furniture in our unit did have stains and showed a good bit of wear and tear. There were only 2 drawbacks to our rental unit. The first is that the deadbolt on the door did not work. When I asked, they said they had been disabled so that the unit could be entered in an emergency. We have stayed at other properties and this was always available and the lack of it made us uncomfortable. The second thing was that the blinds for the sliding glass doors were missing. I called because the 3 houses behind us could look right into the kitchen and we wanted privacy. Turns out they had been broken and a replacement has been ordered, but hasn’t arrived. We came up with a makeshift solution, but that should have been fixed prior to our arrival.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Could be maintained better. The living room was filthy, Stains on couches and rug, the dining room area table and chairs were rundown. One of the bathrooms took forever for the water to get cold. Customer service was great, we had an issue and they came out immediately. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

We had 7 adult family members here and it was very comfortable and the rooms spacious. After a day in the sun, it is nice to relax outside by the pool after the sun goes down in your own backyard. Staff was helpful when we needed their help with a small issue.
