Simply fantastic, no other words required

Fantastic accommodation, extremely clean, beautiful and with all possible comfort available. Breakfast is great, the dinner buffet is also very nice and with correct pricing. During my stay weather conditions were optimal and obviously this influence the overall judgement. However, I surely will return.

That there are still “tourists “ throwing a towel on a seat early in the morning to claim it’s theirs and at the end never show off. It’s disrespectful to others and simply not done. The hotel should not allow this.

Perfect stay—close to Taghazout, yet peacefully away from the crowds.

The location is great. It is 20 minutes walk from Taghazout village. So close to village and far away from crowds. The staff is very helpful, polite and attentive. The rooms are very clean and spacious (the cleaners are doing great job) Swimming pools is good (we've been in October, there was always space to use, not sure about other times) If you want to try or like surfing - there is a school just in front for classes and rent.

Our stay was comfortable, though a few adjustments could make it even better. The Wi-Fi was consistently weak, which could make remote work challenging for guests who need a reliable connection. Breakfast offered some variety, but the options felt a bit limited. While there were sausages available, adding other protein choices like fish or chicken would be appreciated. Additionally, plant-based milk options would be a great addition, both at breakfast and in other meal areas around the hotel, to accommodate a wider range of dietary preferences. These are just small suggestions that could enhance an otherwise enjoyable experience.

Magnifique hôtel tout neuf avec un personnel au petit soin et un accès à la mer incroyable

Le personnel était au petit soin, très aimable. L'hôtel est magnifique et l'accès à la plage est vraiment top. Plusieurs petits bars et accès à une piscine sans enfant du côté mer. Petit déjeuner succulent avec un magnifique buffet ! Il y'a même des terrains de paddle tennis et un chouette fitness. À 5min en voiture du centre de Taghazout pour aller y manger, c'était vraiment top

Il ne faut pas être trop pressé, quand tu commandes quelque chose, il faut avoir la patience d'attendre. Parfois un peu trop... Prix des boissons et nourriture bien plus cher que la moyenne au Maroc mais normaux pour un hôtel de ce standing

Comfortable stay

Room: good size, comfortable bed/ mattress and pillows; cutlery available; a spacious shower room Staff: friendly, no issues Breakfast: variety was fine for a 5 night stay Private Beach: comfy with good beds

- wi-fi: limited to no in the room! - Breakfast/dinner area: there are lots of birds living on the palm trees next to the pool (what is fine :); but the birds come inside when the buffet is open leaving their poop on the lamps/ chairs/ seating area fabrics. The staff does not care - either do not let them in, or clean the area more often - Beach/ sea path. The beach area is lovely and comfy, but there is lots of garbage on the way to the sea - I had a minor cut on my foot. Needs to be taken care of

Great and friendly staff, both in reception and restaurant areas. The food was maybe a bit expensive, but excellent in all restaurants. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The room was spacious and comfy.

There was a kettle in the room and only teabags, it would have been nice to have coffee as well.

PARFAIT

Tout était parfait. Très bel hôtel avec un personnel aux petits soins qui fait toute la différence. Du réceptionniste aux femmes de chambre, service parfait. Chambre spacieuse avec une literie très confortable et cerise sur le gâteau : la vue. Restauration excellente : mention spéciale pour Oussama, mbarek, Abdelilah, Wiam et le chef Yassine du petit déjeuner au restaurant citron brûlé. Nous avons également eu l’occasion de manger au restaurant KM17 : Nourriture excellente et équipe au top comme d’habitude.

Rien. 10/10 pour absolument tout

Nous reviendrons

L’emplacement, la décoration, la qualité de la literie, la gentillesse du personnel. Un remerciement tout particulier pour Mokhtar à la piscine vers le restaurant KM17, à Mohamed et Azzedine au restaurant KM 17. On a particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse, le pragmatisme, le professionnalisme d’Hicham à la réception. Enfin, nos repas au restaurant Citron Brulé n’auraient pas été les mêmes sans Youssef, son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et sa discrétion. Et un remerciement tout particulier à Sana qui s’est occupée chaque jour de notre chambre.

Séjour reposant dans un cadre idyllique

Un hotel idylique idéalement situé, quasiment sur la plage. 2 supers bons restaurants. Un personnel au petit soin et une hospitalité irréprochable. Notre chambre (la suite vue sur mer) était juste incroyable, se réveiller avec une telle vue, cela n'a pas de prix !

Il manquait clairement des activités, pas de cours de yoga ou pilates (inlcus) ni aucune activité pour les enfants, juste un lieu où il y avait quelques jeux (vieillissants et usés) mais rien de très incroyable pour un hôtel de ce standing . Je trouve que ce type de service devrait être présent même si l'affluence est moindre je trouve que cela fait partie des services attendus pour le prix payé.

Beautiful hotel with the swimming pool, close to the beach, exceptional service (especially in the restaurants)

quite isolated, almost no other restaurants/shops in the walking distance the closest village Taghazout was around 40 minutes walk and was quite typical North-african village

détente et soleil dans un 5* qui va être reconnu.

Nous avons eu le bonheur d'une chambre grande, propre, agréable, avec vue sur la mer (exceptionnel au lever !!). Le petit déjeuner était parfait : très diversifié, avec des spécialités locales délicieuses, mais aussi la possibilité d'un petit déjeuner anglais ou français. Les restaurants de l'hôtel sont très bons, un peu chers pour le Maroc. Le personnel a été exceptionnel : toujours à l'écoute, avec des réponses adaptées & rapides, des décisions quand il fallait en prendre, un vrai 5 étoiles au niveau service. Piscine propre, bien dimensionnée, magnifique. Au total, séjour parfait.

le court de padel en construction va être en plein soleil... Impossible de trouver autre chose à reprocher.

Nice hotel, great location friendly and helpful staff i didn't get the room I booked for in the beging as they gave me one facing the wall, but they changed it for me in the end

Food🙄 OMG horrible. We've tried all the restaurants and room service, and it was a disaster There are so many competent chefs in Morocco, so choose a good one for the image of your hotel and the image of the moroccan gastronomy and for the comfort of your guest

Great beach resort with extremely helpful & attentive staff & a superb natural setup at Taghazout beach. Special mention for our housekeeper Mbarka, Mohamed at Citron Brûlé & the kids club staff.

The facilities

The reception manger wasn’t very helpful with the check in process and the cleaning staff they don’t reply. The room hasn’t been cleaned for the whole stay. However the restaurant is pretty good and swimming pool facility is also good.

Nice stay!

Breakfast was perfect; great selection. Dinner was fine as well. King suite was very spacious; lovely terrace and marvellous ocean view. Very friendly chambermaids. Flexible regarding late check-out. Airport transfer was arranged as well.

Front desk staff is neither well trained nor fully able to communicate in English in an appropriate way. Problems at check-out; two invoices with differing total sums; half-board supplement that was not explained at arrival. 30-minute discussion with management. Such a farewell leaves an unpleasant memory.

Overall a good stay. Kids loved it. only thing I would say is that training needs to be given to staff.

The breakfast and dinner was nice. The proximity to the beach - very close. The suite we stayed in was large, nice and comfortable.

The staff is a bit lazy. Had to ask a number of times for the towel at the pool. There were a number of staff at the breakfast and dinner but made no attempts to ask how we were or if we needed anything. Also no smiles!
