Paraiso en primera linea de playa, escenario ideal para descansar y desconectar

Las instalaciones del hotel son espectaculares, todos los detalles estan super cuidados. La zona de la piscina es bellisima y estar en primera linea de playa no tiene precio. Aparte el color de la playa es super bonito y tienes camellos caminando por ahi todo el rato, cosa que para mi, como amante de los animales fue fascinante. La habitación impecable y super espaciosa, iluminada y con vistas increibles a la piscina y playa. Cama increiblemente cómoda. El buffet estaba super bien, contaba con muchisimas variedad y la calidad de la comida excelente. Estuvimos 3 días y vimos variedad en el menú y los postres. El personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. Que no aceptasen niños es un puntazo y se siente la diferencia, para descansar.

Tu estadia te permite reservar 1 cena en uno de los 2 restaurantes distintos al buffet, pero es practicamente imposible hacerlo si te quedas menos de 3 días, ya que al momento de hacer la reserva esta todo reservado para las 2 noches siguientes, lo que significa que solo puedes disfrutar del buffet, que pese a que esta muy bueno, lo ideal es probar todas las opciones. El aire acondicionado de la habitación no enfriaba a tope, inclusive poniendolo en la temperatura minima, daba una sensación termica de unos 22 grados, que no está mal, pero yendo en agosto, apetece que el aire este congelado, para sentir alivio de la temperatura. Lo mismo en la zona del buffet, el aire se sentía poco y al ser la cocina abierta, siempre terminabas sudando mientras comías.

Nice stay!

Nice location, beautiful pool! Also liked Salah at the main swimming pool, a true gentleman and very friendly. Our room steward was very nice and attentive

The towels were old, they might have been white at one time, not anymore. Also, the staff at the reception was extremely rude at check in and at check out. The gal who was the rudest gave me her name as Sabrine, not sure it was her name, but she shad green eyes and worked in the morning shift

Superbe hôtel au bord d’une grande plage et équipé de piscines

Bel établissement situé sur une magnifique longue plage propre, sécurisée et bien équipée de transats. Superbes piscine extérieures et intérieure. Plats variés et frais. Soirées dansantes tres animées, bar ouvert toute la journée et activités disponibles via une application très pratique. Grande chambre faite tous les jours. Le service est parfait (rajout de cintres, changement de draps… ). Personnel et profs de sports adorables, merci à tous.

Rien. Juste des suggestions : les jets de la piscine intérieure ne fonctionnent plus et les rebords ne sont pas très propres. Une salle de jeu serait une bonne idée pour les jours pluvieux (cela peut arriver ! Et animer les soirées). Le matelas était trop ferme mais ils ont vite résolu le problème en rajoutant une couette). Une double porte dans les chambres isolerait le couloir mais c’était très calme. Café maure un peu triste et le thé à la menthe n’est pas chaud ni très bon… il manque aussi des petits gâteaux orientaux pour accompagner et un peu de musique.

Toller Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Hotel!

Die Anlage ist wunderschön, direkt am sauberen Strand gelegen. Die Einrichtungen sind sehr gepflegt, es fehlt nichts. Die Verpflegung ist top, könnte nicht viel besser sein. Personal wie wahrscheinlich in so vielen Hotels: Manche sind richtig toll, liebenswert und zuvorkommend, manche Angestellte vielleicht nicht ganz so. Eine Hotelanlage, die man auf jeden Fall empfehlen kann.

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, allerdings ist das Bad ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, bei den Armaturen und den Fliesen sehe ich schon ein wenig Renovierungsbedarf.

Disappointing, not a 5 star resort at all

False advertising regarding it being an "all inclusive" resort. Only a very few selected "local" alcohols were free. Still had to pay for local wine. Additional services requires payments and there were lots of additional fees. Air conditioning didn't work in most of the parties rooms. No toiletries supplied in bathrooms. Food was subpar.

Fabulous staff

The staff is amazing. Everyone was kind and thoughtful. When I needed something shown to me, they stopped what they were doing and walked me to the item I sought.

I didn't like the outdoor smoking. It was so bad that we couldn't eat outside at the restaurant, have cocktails outside or sit by the pool. We found chairs at the beach where the wind generally blew the smoke away. I recommend that the hotel create non-smoking sections (upwind please) at all locations. Also, based on the photo on the booking page, I expected a full ocean view. As you can see from the picture I uploaded, it was only partial. The hotel was built for pool views and only 4 rooms have full view.

Beautiful place with a lot of facilities and an amazing staff

Beautiful hotel with a lot of facilities (several swimming pools, ping pong table, private beach with volleyball court, several restaurants, bar, gym room etc) and the staff is amazing !!

Superb

The staff were wonderful - they were happy and eager to help, genuinely interested in our wellbeing and stay. They offer to organize trips / activities and give you local tips. Facilities were clean and modern and a good place for just relaxing too.

The WiFi in our room didn't work the first couple nights - which was tricky as we had a bit of work to do. The technician came and fixed it for the remaining nights however.

the best in djerba.

I can’t complain about a single thing. reception staff were like friends. all others are nice and polite. food is varied and delicious. indoor pool is warm and large. evening entertainment was top level.

a la cart restaurants were full, we could not reserve one dinner during a 4 nights stay.

Room not ready

In general it’s a good hotel.

I booked my room 20 minutes before arriving and when I arrived they said the room was not ready due to short timeframe between booking and arrival. What I don’t understand is why do you offer a room if it is not ready? I wasted my time 30 minutes waiting for the room to get ready. After that the luggage guy helped 40 tourists to get their luggage out of the bus, before showing me my room while I already waited 30 minutes and he was kind of annoyed that I didn’t give him a tip. Why does he expect a tip after all this waiting? Please don’t waste people’s time

Peaceful resort, needs renovation and more food options

-amazing beach, pool, great fitness options, relaxing atmosphere, nice waitstaff and cleaning staff - not far from downtown - the app was a good way to see what was happening at the resort - night entertainment was nice

-paid for a suite for 11 days for my honeymoon. The view was overlooking another building and the noise from the resort next door was crazy loud starting at 11pm to 2am. The bathroom tiles are coming apart, bath tub and shower leaked onto the floor, doorknobs and light switches falling off. Other than that, the suite was beautiful with 2 bathrooms, living room, plenty of closet space. We would’ve used our two balconies but the view was of another building - food was good but only 1 buffet and 1 a la carte restaurant. Need more options as people are waiting in line at 7pm for dinner to start. Hard to get into the one a la carte restaurant. I tried multiple times on the app but it kept saying it was booked (the restaurant was never full)

excellent, stay and would certainly return

The location was excellent, the hotel facilities, superb, and above all the staff are both management and lower levels were exceptionally well kind.

there really wasn’t anything that I didn’t like. I did feel less stronger lights in the restaurant area would add to the ambience.
