About this house rental

Wine Down Guest House is a new construction, whole house rental. Plenty of off street parking in a quite neighborhood approximately one mile from downtown. Nice comfortable rooms, able to accommodate four people. You will love the decor filled with replicas of Hermann , fully stocked kitchen and patio for grilling. Within walking distance of Stone Hill Winery. Everything is brand new , including appliances, bedding, towels, etc . A security device is covering the parking area and yes, the trolley will pick you up out front..

House was great! Smelled good and was the cleanest property I’ve ever stayed in. Lots of towels. Was a nice surprise to have a Keurig and k-cups for morning coffee.

We were in town for a wedding and booked a stay with Bart. It was an unusually cool weekend. We were able to sit outside on the beautiful patio and enjoy the fire pit. The house itself has top notch furniture and appliances. Great place to stay!

We absolutely loved the house!! Plenty of room other than only having one bathroom shared between 4 people, but we made it work. Beds were so comfy and the couch that pulled out to a full bed was an added bonus that one of us was very comfortable sleeping on. Stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. We even decide to use the fire pit which was a much needed time to relax after a long day of wine sipping and exploring the town!! The ONLY thing I would have liked the house to have was maybe some extra linens/ blankets for the pull out couch. Other than that absolutely no complaints. This trip was a great time and we can’t wait to come back and possibly be able to rent this same property again!!

Very nicely kept; in a quiet neighborhood. Could walk to the post office and almost next door to one of the best vineries in the area. Also one of a few rentals that accommodate guests who are not “couples” (had a difficult time trying to find two separate beds/rooms). So glad “Wine Down” was available.

Couldn’t have been more pleased with the house! Immaculate, beautiful, spacious. Incredibly comfortable beds and wonderful attention to detail - we even joked that the toilet paper was the nicest in any hotel or rental house. Thank you for a great weekend getaway!

This house is beautiful! We were so happy to have such a modern home for our weekend stay. So many properties in Hermann are older, but Wine Down is definitely not that! The home decor is super cute, the towels are fluffy and fresh, the sheets are silky soft and the beds are super comfy. The home was super clean and smelled fresh. The outdoor spaces were perfect. Definitely planning to stay here again!

Beautiful property!!! Nice, clean, perfect for a visit to Hermann! Only thing I would suggest is a bath mat in tub. Very slick so was difficult for my 75 yr old mom. Add that and it is perfect!!

We loved the Wine Down! All of our check in information was sent to us ahead of time and we had no issues at all while we were here. Everything was so clean and the house smelled so good. Anything that we needed was there for us. The house is decorated so nice and having the patio was an added bonus. We would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed the quiet area, the house is beautiful, clean, well furnished. Definately want to go back and stay here again. Debbie our transportation person was tgere at every call to pick us up, take uas where we wanted.Amazing service and gave great referencesvto whete go to eat, wineries, distilleries, or relax and chill. The Wine Down was all that was promised. Super clean, comfortable and decorated with great detail. In this part of Hermann there was zero traffic and it was very quiet and peaceful after a busy day of touring the town. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

We couldn't have asked for a better location to unwind for a few days while visiting Hermann. Close to dining, nightlife, and conveniences, while being far enough off the main streets to bring a quiet and peaceful stay, we highly recommend this location and will be back for an even longer stay next time.
