Affordable.
The comfort room is a bit small and water pressure is weak. There was a weird smell in the room but not too disturbing.

If you're looking for a budget-friendly, comfortable place to stay, this hotel is definitely worth considering. The staff were all very friendly, especially the young staff. The beds were clean and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. I had no issues with check-in or check-out and everything went smoothly.
One thing to keep in mind is that this hotel is a little farther away from the airport than some other options, but it was worth it for the budget-friendly price and comfortable stay. The surroundings were peaceful and quiet, which I appreciated.
Overall, I had no complaints about my stay at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to any traveler. It's a great budget-friendly option and I had a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The water pressure needs work.

Their staff! They even approached me if I want to book for a service early in the morning (4AM boarding) and provided me a good taxi and courteous driver. The size of the room is also good for a solo pax.
I had to minus the items which the owner should improve
Food - I have requested Kuya to serve it around 9pm so that I could bring it on my travel early in the morning. When I'm on my second bite, I already confirmed that I was given a 'bahaw'. The plastic lid as well seems like it has been used before. It had a sticker of a bakeshop (forgot it already).
Bedsheet - A lot of cloth lint which is so uncomfortable if you are wearing a short
Location - It is situated inside a compound (?). So you have to inform your driver about it. You can't really see it near the road
Cabinet Odor - Maalimuom; If I go near the cabinet, the odor makes me dizzy. The owner should check their cabinets and treat it accordingly.

we didn’t like any thing about the place. the photos looked good but the actual space was a disappointment 😩
Location
staff (they were like teen boys, no one was in sight during the morning when we needed something)
we asked for extra pillows, they gave us a used one because it smelled of someone’s head.
the bathroom drainage didn’t drain so we had to wait to use the bathroom.
we could hear the noise outside

This hotel is good for backpackers its cheap and nearby the center, I am positieve for the night we stay there.
the rooms are ok, ony the room where we stay have a door direct to another room, just on that day that neigbar room is use by 3 girls, they are not quiet and talk loud till 03.00 am what make its difficult to sleep . the bed is ok and the cr is clean

We liked the breakfast food for P100-120 you can get yourself a decent breakfast. There's a nearby convenience store for basic needs. The staff were accomodating. It was also easy for us to book grab or hail a cab to go to places and they even have free parking for rented cars. The place is okay if you will be out all day but not recomended if you are looking for a place to stay and rest.
The bathroom was really small and a bit filty. The rooms are not soundproof so expect that you hear noises from other guests. We were at the lobby area one time and we heard one guest snoring. One aftenoon, we also heard music being played loudly by another guest or maybe a neighbor. The location is not by the main road but close enough.

Location is good, about 2 kms from the city center but could easily be found thru waze or google maps. A 4-car parking is available in front of the establishment. Courteous, friendly, and helpful staff. Pets are allowed, subject to a minimal cleaning fee. They also give out free masks, a small bottle of alcohol, hygiene kits, and soap.

The place is conveniently located close to establishments and the building is well-maintained. The reception and common areas are regularly disinfected and the rooms are super clean! The beddings and towels felt like brand new. The staff were very attentive and extra courteous. I love that this property has only a few units so it is not as chaotic as others. The host is very responsive and really takes care of the guests. I was even offered a discount for extended stays! This is an excellent bang for your buck. Will be coming back and will stay longer. Thank you team Philippa's! Oh, I love their breakfast too!
There is nothing not to like here. Everything was perfect. I was just a little lost when I first came here because the sign at the corner of the street was a bit small and you can easily miss if you're taking a cab. But overall, this property is amazing!
