Posizione buona, supermercato, bar e fermata bus sotto la struttura, bella la vista, arredi abbastanza nuovi, dimensione della stanza molto comoda.
Pulizia da migliorare, cambio asciugamani un pò a casaccio, molti elementi mancanti in cucina, a partire dalle posate...
Lavatrici sporche ubicate nella stanza lavanderia, e ovviamente assenza di stendino e mollette.
Poco rapidi nelle richieste degli ospiti, nonostante il preavviso, abbiamo ricevuto il lettino per il bimbo la sera successiva.
Consigliato magari per soggiorni brevi.

We had a room on the first floor which means the balcony was just above the main road, it was incredibly noisy especially at night and we had no privacy at all as we were literally a few meters away from people passing by on the street or waiting at the bus stop. We couldn’t use the balcony at all and that was one of the main feature that made me choose this place. We barely slept because of the traffic, windows were definitely not soundproofed. In the bathroom the toilet was completely against the wall and so close to the sink. We had to seat sideways to use it, it’s ridiculous!
We also got a key for the room as the keypad wasn’t working. We realised that it was the same for the front door as we saw people coming in without typing any code! Our room was right in front of the front door and that made us feel unsafe. And finally, the fact that the property didn’t provide the airport shuttle service even though it’s clearly mentioned on the website.
We were there as a birthday trip for my partner and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences we had abroad. I sent a message to the property but haven’t heard back from them hence the review now.

When cleaning the only thing that seemed to have been done was the bed that was made.

The property was very spacious and was very well resourced. The kitchen had a lot of different utensils and equipment. The check-in process was really easy and communication via booking.com was quick and helpful. We were offered a later check out and this was really helpful.
We booked a double room and we were given two single beds with a sheet over them. This meant that throughout the night, they came apart and disrupted our sleep. We also needed to clean the bath as it was dirty.

The terrace view was amazing, amenities were great and the staff, especially yovanka (sorry if spelt wrong) were so attentive and lovely throughout the stay
After 2/5 days we were staying there we decided that the room may need a tidy - nothing drastic just maybe new bed sheets and towels - we put the sign on the door to say we would like it cleaned to then find in the handbook given to us in the room that it would be €50 for a clean of the room and €10 for clean towels which we personally thought, after all the money we spent on said room was a bit steep and would expect atleast one clean during the stay to be included (again not a full clean just fresh bedding and towels we would’ve even changed the bed sheets ourselves)

После дороги и перелета не было возможности отдохнуть , еще 3 часа ждали уборку , полотенец , постельное белье ,
Пытались связаться со службой поддержки, но так и не получили ответа ,
После уборки , которую делали на наших глазах , осталась пыль , песок на полу ,
В ванной много плесени ,
Регион с высокой влажностью, но с плесенью никак не борются , видно , что это многолетние наросты плесени ,
Если у вас аллергия или проблемы с дыханием /астма , будьте аккуратнее

We were at 5th floor and the seaview was amazing!!! In June we always found very close free park down the street.
The room is a bit small for 2 adults and a two years old baby with his crib. The pictures I saw when I booked by booking.com differ from real room. Maybe they refer to the penthouse at 6th floor.
When we arrived, we didn't find the crib in the room and the communication with the staff was not easy at the beginning but it was better during our stay

A kijelentkezésnél hasonló probláma volt, ajándékba kaptunk a szállastól késői kijelentkezést, ami pozitívum viszont a kommunikáció a szállásadó és a takarítószemélyzet között egyáltanál nincs. 10:00-kor csengettek az ajtónkon hogy itt az ideje a kijelentkezéshez és külön megkellett mutatnunk az üzenetet amiben írják a késői kijelentkezést, hogy ott tudjunk maradni a szálláson.

L' appartamento era bello ampio , con due balconi che affacciano direttamente sul porto.
Non mi piace che la struttura sia totalmente autogestita dagli ospiti, non esiste una reception con qualcuno che ti accolga, non c'è nessuno a fare la guardia di notte. Appena sono arrivata mi hanno assegnato una stanza che ho trovato occupata!! . Ho dovuto contattare l ' assistenza che poi mi ha assegnato un'altra stanza ( il tutto molto stressante dopo aver affrontato un viaggio). Dopo il check out sono stata accusata di aver rotto la TV, in seguito si é scoperto che era stato un loro errore e che avevano sbagliato a contattare. All'ingresso principale e alle stanze si accede tramite codici che mandano loro su whatsapp, il che non é molto affidabile, dato che sono stata la prima ad entrate in una stanza che era occupata e avevo il loro codice. Inoltre non essendoci controlli, gli ospiti possono fare ciò che gli pare, non mi sono sentita sicura .

It was really clean, and the views from the bedroom and dining room were breathtaking!
The fact that it was too loud coz it’s on the Main Street. Also I think it’s important to have a safety lock on the apartment’s entrance door coz there’s no way one can lock the door from inside and sleep peacefully. Since you enter in with a code, one feels unsafe that someone else might walk in so a safety lock would be a great idea like all the other apartments have them.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war Top. Die Bushaltestelle war direkt vor der Tür. Auch ein Supermarkt war direkt daneben. Auch der Ausblick aufs Meer war atemberaubend.
Es war relativ unsauber. Das Bett hatte leider flecken und ganz komische Spuren. Auch der Boden wurde nicht gescheit gesaugt und gewischt.

Very nice stay with beautiful view on St. Paul's bay.
Perfectly located, with bus stops and shops nearby. Room equipped with everything needed for short and long term stay, including ironing set and laundry room free of charge.
Highly recommend this apartments.
The cleanliness was not perfect (some dust in few places), but it was not a huge issue.

We love that it has complete kitchen items. It was especially helpful since we have a baby and we had to sterilize his bottles. The view was spectacular! Waking up to such serene, blue waters was a moment to remember.

We, personally, found this to be an excellent accommodation. The best we have ever stayed in while visiting Malta.
The balcony faced the sun. So, from early morning, it was beautifully warm with an amazing view over the water of St. Pauls bay. However, it will probably get very hot in the height of summer.
The apartment was clean and in excellent condition. Also, there were plenty of towels and clean linen.
We had plenty of hot water for showers. This is not always a given when visiting Malta.
Some previous accommodations we have stayed at only have a small water tank with an electric heater and the water turned cold mid shower. This is NOT the case at Seaview Stays.
We have found, as we get older, that the accommodation you book, can make or break how much you enjoy your holiday. This accommodation certainly helped make our holiday one to remember.
As we visited at the end of January, there were very few places open nearby where we could eat out.
That was fine with us as the apartments are self-catering. However, others booking this accommodation should be aware of this.
There are a number of restaurants within a 100m of the apartments, but they are closed in the off-season.
A small supermarket is less than 100m away and there is a bus stop (Roti) just outside to go into Buggiba.

It was a pleasant stay and I enjoyed every bit of it. The room was very welcoming and had all facilities and the view was specatcular. I had all that was required for my two nights stay. Will definitely stay again.

It’s the best place we lived, the rooms were spacious and sea view , also the staff behaviour very good , location wise also very good , we were very happy to stay and like to come back again and again. Even my husband forgot to take his bag having ID card , the property contacted us and took care of our belongings. We were moved by their kindness .

A szálloda nagyon jó helyen van, gyönyörű volt a kilátás a szobából, a konyha jól felszerelt, minden megvolt a szobában amire szükségünk volt. Külön tetszett a szálloda és a szoba PIN kóddal való megközelítése, így, hogy előre elküldtek minden információt teljes nyugalommal érkeztünk meg éjszaka nem félve attól hogy bármi bonyodalom lesz a szoba átvételekor.
Egyetlen dologgal volt problémám, sajnos a tv távirányítója nagyon-nagyon nehézkesen akart működni, úgy gondolom ez egy elhanyagolható apróság, de ha esős rossz időnk lett volna nagyon szomorú lettem volna emiatt.

The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. The way the room and access codes worked was great, no keys to remember! We had a few issues along the way (ran out of loo roll and the toilet stopped flushing as the washer snapped) and these were resolved super quick and via the app. We hired a car and parking was always available on the street parking
The noise from the road was a loader than we thought it would be, so if you want a nice quiet place, this may not be the right choice. Everything else was spot on and we would book again

Everything was excellent, view with beautiful sunrises, room was big and clean with everything you need for few days stay, personel nice and helpful, bus stop just around the corner, we highly recommend and I hope we will come back soon! For that price you cannot find nothing better! I'm in love 🥰

geräumige 1 Zimmer Wohnung mit wunderbaren Balkon, der Blick auf den Hafen hat. Das Bett war sehr bequem, Fenster sind super gedämmt, sodass man den Straßenlärm nicht mitbekommen hat. Super leichter Check-in sowie Check-Out, konnten den auch problemlos um zwei Stunden nach hinten verschieben.
Waren 7 Tage da, leider wurde unser Zimmer nicht geputzt. Das wäre auch kein Problem gewesen, hätte man alles fürs Putzen gehabt. Zudem war die Lage nicht all zu gut, hatten Gott sei dank ein Auto was alles erleichtert hat. Direkt vor der Unterkunft gab es aber einen Bus den man nutzen konnte. Zudem gab es nicht so viel Auswahl an Essen/Trinken in der näheren Umgebung.

View from the apartment is awesome . I woke up everyday with a sunrise view from bed 🤩. It’s easily accessible from anywhere . The apartment was equipped with kitchen and refrigerator which was helpful 😊 parking was easily available around the property.
We had issue to lock the door. Latch wasn’t working properly and we can open the door even if it’s locked . So bit worried about how safe it would be when we are sleeping. But the staff at the property helped us out with a key. Which sometimes worked and sometimes doesn’t. So our room was mostly unlocked .

We liked the very friendly staff that was helpful, having a spacious closet for clothes, good air conditioning, appliances in the kitchen, darkening curtains as the sun shines very brightly. The property is close to a convenience store and a café/restaurant and there is a bus stop just in front. There's a lovely view from the terrace. We also loved the Xemxija heritage trail, that starts only a few steps away from Seaview Stays.
Not much actually: the noisy doors, one hears each time the neighbour gets in and out of their room; the washing machines/dryers didn't work very well because they're not in a good shape.

Keukentje en badkamer waren dik in orde. Bed lag hemels. Terrasje was fijn (maar te warm om op te zitten, zelfs 's ochtends). De tv had netflix, er was een broodrooster, waterkoker, strijkijzer, internationaal stopcontact, ... We kwamen niets te kort!
Locatie was verder van de meeste hotspots dan gedacht. Veel ubers moeten nemen wat onze trip duurder maakte.

Perfetta la posizione perché le fermate dei bus per raggiungere i vari posti sono praticamente sotto casa.
Il personale era praticamente irreperibile.
Difficoltà di comunicazione,il mio non è un Inglese madrelingua ma neanche incomprensibile.
Se avevi bisogno di qualcosa non trovavi nessuno.
La stanza non era male,pulita nella norma ma non era quella che avevo prenotato e quando ho chiamato hanno fatto finta di non capire.

A localização era bastante boa, próximo de áreas que queríamos visitar. Alguma variedade de restaurantes na zona. A cama era bastante confortável. Boa rede wi-fi, e o check-in feito por app é fantástico para quando não se tem horas precisas para entrar.
A zona de cozinha tinha o ralo entupido, com restos de comida e gordura. A casa de banho precisa de remodelação.
