Really nice room

Lovely clean room with a big window and clean linen Really liked the patio area for fresh air and chilled vibes

The pathway to the property wasn’t lit at night and resulted in my elderly mum taking a tumble and cutting her leg badly Please put solar lights up the steps for those darker evenings

Very friendly staff makes me feel welcomed. Spotless clean room, kitchen and bathroom. They offer you acces to the kitchen ehere you can find everything you need to cook for yourself. Also a laundry room ehere you can use washing machine. They have a wonderfull front garden with table and chairs. Beds very confortable, clean carpet and small fridge in the room. Can can be let on the side of the road, there are plenty of spaces free of charge. Highly recomanded!

The room is beautiful and big. Great location. Very clean.

I had not expected to be sharing facilities with so many others. I went to use the shared bathroom and found a man urinating with the door open! Not great. Also it was quite noisy there with so many people in and out shutting doors etc.

This was a surprise gem. We were looking for something super cheap and easy and this turned out to be a fantastic place to stay.

Wonderful room and house with plenty of parking!

We had access to the facilities in the kitchen, which was very useful. The bedroom was a lovely size. There was plenty of on-street parking available. The location wasn't far from any of the things we wanted.

The mattress wasn't the comfiest, but for one night it wasn't too bad. The duvet would scrunch up inside the cover constantly, which was annoying.

like all the facilities. we are all comfortable like being at home.

where our room is, the light outside by the front door, keeps going on and off( automatically)so i could see it inside and that wakes me up because we cannot fully close the curtains.

Very large room amd queit

Kitchen hob it was hard to locate the touch screen controlsand the type of pan to use. After several minutes of trying to boil off kettle water we tried a different pan type and it worked fine. It would be helpful to leave instructions for guests to use the hob. Bins totally confusing all located outside window of the room we stayed in but we could not work out where to put normal kitchen waste eggs shells tea bags. A waste caddy in the kitchen would help.

The accommodation is quite far from the town . Walking from town centre it is uphill all the way to the room and you are very exhausted when you arrive there. Taxis cost about £6

Excellent place to stay

Very nice, big and cosy room, beds really comfy- we slept like babies. Our host very nice and friendly. Also very good location- short walking distance anywhere we wanted to go.

Hidden gem

Absolutely fantastic location, home from home you can cook your own food the kitchen and bathroom were spotless, the other residents was very quiet and friendly, it was so good I have already booked another stay great value for money, definitely recommended for families. So pleased I found this hidden gem at a fraction of the usual prices in Torquay.

Perfect.

The room was spacious, the staff were absolutely lovely and the building was comfortable. Very friendly atmosphere. There is a bus stop at the bottom of the hill and town is close. We were very comfortable. Perfect. Will be booking again. :)
