The hotel was disgusting. The sheets were stained. The headboard was stained with a white substance. The television was ripped off the wall. The security door to our hallway did not have a working latch. When I spoke with the customer service representative at the counter of the Garnet inn, she just told me to work with Booking.com for any refunds. While I realize I was asking for a refund after the 24 hour notice, none of my concerns would have been known prior to us arriving at the hotel. I will not use booking.com again, with the only way for brand loyalty to return being a full refund.

Desayuno fatal. Tengo mas de 6 años de estarme hospedando en su hotel desde que era el Baymont y el desayuno ahora es peor. Antes por lo menos colocaban otros acompañamientos.

Hotel pessimo, limpeza horrível, cheiro ruim, esgoto aberto, café da manhã uma vergonha. Toalhas só trocam quando vc reclama… e ainda fazem cara feia. Ficamos exatamente 6 dias sem limparem o nosso quarto, após o sexto começaram a ir… imagino que foram pq o pessoal começou a reclamar. NÃO VALE A PENA, o hotel é velho, horrível.

It’s a ok cheap hotel. Smelled generally clean no random stains or smells. Good beds, but didn’t get under the sheets. Took a shower with a towel in the tub. I was only there for the night so it did what was needed they also have breakfast I didn’t eat
The tub had a permanent stain made me want to wear shower shoes. Woke up to baby ants on the sink…smelled clean, clean floors no carpet or stains still a bit grimy just a old place

It was affordable and some free breakfast
My room had sheets on the floor when I walked in. Shower had hair in the bathtub. Very unclean. There was a bad smell in the hallway. Bathroom door did not lock. Floors looked like they have not been mopped.

I guess you get what you pay for?! (But I wouldn't know as I have no receipt of payment or security deposit).
Simply getting from reception to the room was difficult in itself, traveling alone with luggage. The smell in the hall way was putrid.
The room was only clean enough to match its age & disrepair. There were no in house welcome or instruction folder. No phone or buzzer to contact the front desk. The TV struggled to connected to any channels. Limited lighting or access to power outlets. The curtains barely covered the back door/window.
WORST OF ALL ... there was NO HOT WATER in the shower in the morning. Upon mentioning this as I checked out, a maintenance man (I presume) said "that's not possible!" ... terribly rude. In addition, this attributed to me running late unable to have the included breakfast.
As this booking was made through Bookings.com and paid for via PayPal... I have considered placing a stop on the transaction and requesting a refund.

Front desk clerk walked with me to room to verify that key to room didn't work and then he asked me to stay while he went down and brought keys to an adjoining room

This a terrible motel. I thought their gym with every piece of equipment broken was bad enough, but they charged me a total of $1500 dollars for damages that we didn't even cause. I went to the lobby after spilling juice on the floor near the mini fridge and went to the front desk to ask for a mop. The spill was my fault, and I wanted to take care of it instead of bothering a housekeeper to do it. After waiting a bit in the lobby, a man who is the night shift receptionist came into the receptionist area said the receptionist would be right back and asked what I needed. I asked for a mop, and he led me to the laundry room and gave me dirty towels and linen. A bit later, a young housekeeper gave me dirty black pillowcases I could use to clean the spill of juice (she said they dont have mops).. They told me that house cleaners use those to clean the room and that I can throw it away after using them. I cleaned the spill and left the tied up bag in the corner, and checked out the following day. To my surprise, two days after check out, i saw two charges for $800 dollars and $600 dollars(plus 100 deposit). I went to the motel, and they claimed that we used pillow covers we weren't supposed to use to clean up the spill even though someone from the front desk and a house keeper gave them to me to use and he said that I can throw them away after. They also said that we spilled juice on the bed, and they had to throw away all of the linen because the stain wouldn't come out. Yes, we did spill juice but far away from the bed, and finally, the thing that angered me the most is their claim that we put a whole nectorine in the toilet bowl, which is absurd. How stupid would you have to be to throw a large fruit in the toilet bowl. The manager even said that it caused no damage, but it could have...

There’s not trashcans in the rooms, you don’t get enough towels even though you put how many people you have in that room the refrigerator doesn’t work WiFi is very slow

There was a strange smell when we arrived and it looked like an old hotel. We only stayed here for the night.

It was fairly close to the airport so the Uber ride wasn't too expensive. Nice pool. Breakfast was decent but crowded.

The bathroom was not clean and the shower head was dirty so we did not shower. Could not iron clothes. The board was broken and iron had brown liquid coming out.

There was cockroaches on the bed my toddler was sleeping. Additionally was found on the floor!!!!!! I killed 3 BIG cockroaches

The key card to get into the room stopped working a few times. I had to get another room key more than once.

The staff are very friendly and the service in the hotel is very good the breakfast is wonderful what I like is pet friendly I will recommend it to everyone 🤗🤗
