Stay away from this hotel!

They were closed! could not get in. VERY shady neighbourhood.

Cheaters and liars and don't care about customers

Price was good

I got an email that said I could check in after 9pm and then no one was there to check me in. It was during spring break and no other hotels were available. So we had to sleep in our car.

Avoid

Staff gave us a used room. Went back to lobby and found it locked. Approximately 80 minutes later a new staff member arrived. A good number of guest needing help, slow on helping. 2nd room given had someone in it. 3rd room ac/heat didn't work. Left property.

The room was very clean .and the lobby always clean 👌 I like how the front desk take care of you when you go ask questions they make sure you ok 👌and they work with you the just don't put you out cuze they know God bless they hesrt

awfull

it was dirty, mold everywhere. doors and wall were painted on with a marker. missing lamp by the night table. holes were open there. mattress had springs coming out. bathroom was dirty toilet full of mold

This is not a place to stay with friends or family … dirty and very unfriendly staff … save yourself the hassle and book

cleanliness, there were roaches in all the place and rooms, that was nasty, these places are cheap so you can expect all kind of people there, for us was a nightmare

the room I booked is not what I was given per arrival. Customer service is terrible they did not check the room before

Alot of work needed

The customer service was great,from front desk to the gentleman doing grounds maintenance.

Room was not properly cleaned,Walls obviously dirty found a toy rat and garbage behind the dresser as well as lipstick stain on the bottom sheet.The room smelled like smoke,the furniture has alot of dust,closet smelled horrible.Did I mention the floor was dirty, the corners need a proper sweep.The mirror,however,was cleaned.The laundry room as well as the stairs leading to the laundry room was not cleaned either.Room was heavily infected with roaches. This property has alot of potential but the housekeeping aspect needs a thorough reveiw.
