Cute place in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to historic downtown area of Plant City.

Oir family had to go to Plant City for tournament. Unfortunately it was canceled. So, we made the best of it and had a nice relaxing weekend. We walked downtown which was just a few minutes away. It’s a very cute little place. I really enjoyed my mornings sitting on the front porch having a cup of coffee, it was very peaceful. The hosts were very attentive and kind. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay in a decent and safe environment. Nice apartment with all devices a family or a group of 4 people need. Recommendable

Jay and his family made our stay enjoyable. Very clean and spacious apartment. Would recommend it. Quite but lovely downtown just blocks away.

Honestly Jay was an amazing host. I really appreciate how he went above and beyond to give me an early check in. He formally introduced himself to my partner while I was away doing my bridesmaid duties and even offered some food from local Cuban spot. I must say the space was nice and big, very clean, and well organized. I would definitely stay again.

Second time staying. Accommodations couldn’t be better. Will book again next year same weekend. Hosts were quick to respond. Such a quaint neighborhood!!!

We we're THRILLED with this rental! Preciously quaint historic neighborhood, spotlessly clean, and everything in between!!! Owner was super helpful and
friendly...great communication and quick answers to questions. We LOVED the golf cart option to go to breakfast and shops in downtown Plant City.
Location was close enough to interstate to get everywhere we needed...while still being in quiet adorable neighborhood. So perfect! This was beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated. Everything looked brand new. We'll be back for sure!!!

Horrible
The check in time was 3pm, when I arrived at 4pm * after driving 12 hours) the owner gave me a very suspicious & uninviting look, and asked me what I wanted... He then told me that he "forgot" I was coming, and that the house was "not clean". I asked him how much time he needed, and we agreed that I would return in 90 minutes. I returned > 2 hours later to find the house was not clean, it was DIRTY... dirty & nasty refrigerator-freezer, dirty cabinets, inside and out, dirty bathroom, sticky floors. The whole place was unclean. The mattresses in both bedrooms were awful, like cheap boards. The last day of my stay I was in the bathroom fully disrobed the owner entered the house without my permission and attempted to come in the bathroom...I had to scream..I was terrified. I attempted to discuss the problems with the owners and all I got was a series of excuses and game playing. They eventually did apologize via text but never offered any compensation.,

My girlfriend and I along with the 2 kids stayed at the property and it was nothing short of amazing. The owner was there to meet us upon arrival and was a call away if we needed anything. The property has a very homely feeling and we will definitely be staying there again. Great little getaway place.

Pros: Very nice and friendly land lord. He is living right next door with is family so it was very easy for us to ask questions. Spacious appartment. Wifi, Tv and AC were working fine. We could park right next to the building in the driveway. The neighborhood (old town center) is very nice and beautifull. Big patio in front of the buidlung. Stores and restaurants are just a couple of minutes away (w/car).
Cons: The appartment has very thin walls. I could hear the land lord every morning when he woke up or used the bathroom. If you look closely the appartment was a little bit dusty. There was a layer of dust under the kitchen table and there was trash in the trash can (bathroom) from the guest staying before us. In our opinion the kitchen was not equipped very well but surely enough for just two nights. Access only via stairs... so if you have heavy luggage or a wheel chair you might have problems.
all in all the stay was ok
