Lovely modern centrally located ground floor flat

Lovely modern, light, airy, clean, located near centre and on embankment walk. Perfect for anyone physically fit. Left us tea and coffee, thanks.

Only double bed on the soft side and quilt could have been wider. There is plenty of room for king size or twins. Shower over bath, difficult for disabled. Toilet very tight if you are broad. Settee very low if you have trouble getting up but chair not so bad.

Riverside apartment

Beautiful flat with all you could want for a little break. Right by the seawall. Quiet with private parking. Very clean. Tea and coffee left out for us which was a nice touch.

The hosts.... The first morning of our 2 night break I received 4 messages telling us about checking out at 10. We both felt that was just an attitude of "Thanks for money, now get out!" We felt rushed and harassed. The Netflix didn't work, account logged out. The firestick is connected to the family Alexa, so got conversation between parents and kids in the morning whilst having breakfast Place was freezing when we arrived. Couple more blankets for sofa would have been nice.

Great location for Burnham-on-Crouch, well equipped and reasonable price

Great location within walking distance of Burnham-on-Crouch, price was also excellent for two nights.

The walls were quite thin so at times, you could hear neighbours moving around. On the first night, there was a party at the yacht club behind which was quite noisy. I was also staying solo on the first night and tried to close all the curtains so that nobody could see in, however the curtains in living room did not close fully which made me feel quite exposed. The kitchen was fully equipped which was great, however the cloths smelt very damp which put me off a bit.

fantastic location

The bedroom didn’t have any chest of drawers so we had to live out of the suitcase! The glass fronted wardroom was full of Christmas decorations & cleaning items…….horrible wire coat hangers as well. A mirror hung near the window ( the only natural light) would have been useful as would a large mirror in the bathroom. Ventilation in the bathroom should be essential as the window did not open so we had to leave the bathroom door open to allow steam to escape.

Burnham on Crouch waterfront flat

Clean and spacious. Location and convenience and adjacent parking. Village high street interesting and pubs with water front very good.

Settee seat too low. No blind in bathroom.

Quiet location with free parking

Good, quiet location a few mins walk from the coastal wall walk. Modern apartment with well equipped kitchen, and 2 tvs. Clean. Free parking very nearby. Clear instructions for getting into the apartment.

Neither my husband nor myself found the bed really comfortable. Only one bath towel per guest provided, no additional small towel for drying your face or hair (which is a real issue if you have long hair and want to wash it in the shower), apparently because the previous guest had used them all.

I made a mistake when booking. We we’re two singles but just one double bed room, and the location was further from Bradwell Ma from Bradwell Marina (our base) than expected with road closures.

It was a nicely located and clean flat.

There were no toiletries provided except for a half empty bottle of hand wash. Either a bar of soap or shower gel and shampoo should have been available. There was no hair dryer either.

Fabulous apartment

We feel misled and really disappointed

It was clean

Not as advertised, wasn’t a “retreat” experience at all. Advert was very misleading. It was a ground floor flat in a residential area. Small communal garden tiny patio area. On arrival Women putting her washing out, Man painting furniture absolutely no privacy. Lastly if you did feel comfortable enough to sit outside the tenant above was playing music early right through til 11pm. Also experienced ash and cigarette ends falling on us.

Lovely apartment with comfy bed!

Large apartment, nicely decorated. Quiet and felt safe as a lone traveller. Bed was really cosy and comfy too!

For the price paid, I did expect a pint of milk to be in the fridge, as there was an enormous pack of custard creams, but maybe that's presumptuous of me!

We stayed in this apartment over the Easter period 2022. It was very comfortable, clean and the facilities were great. The location was very good too, only a short stroll to the nearest pubs and restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment and location.

Great location, good facilities, just very pleasant in general!

Bathroom maybe a bit less clean that I would have liked, no way of pulling living room curtains but honestly I'm nit-picking, it was great
