Perfect for a more quiet and relaxing stay

We loved our stay at Sea Breeze! We really enjoyed that it was a bit out of town so nice and quiet. The small private beach and sunlounges were perfect! Daily breakfast was so fantastic and the staff so kind and friendly. The perfect spot if you are looking to relax and swim in the sea. And a doable 30-minute walk to Sarande. We really enjoyed our stay here, were well taken care of by staff and would highly recommend and stay again!

Dinner at the hotel was served from 8-10 pm, so a little bit late for us. But the food was lovely.

Relaxerende parel met prachtig uitzicht en vriendelijkheid

Alles in dit prachtige en rustige hotel, gerund door één familie, is tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Super vriendelijk. Elke dag een ander ontbijt gemaakt door de mama. Mooie gerenoveerde kamer met goede airco, ruim terras met prachtig uitzicht, droogrek, grote regendouche, steeds parking, strandstoelen voorzien aan het water,...

Zou fijn zijn om in de ochtend op het terras te genieten met een tas koffie, dus eventueel koffie op de kamer. Bed is wat zacht, ieders keuze natuurlijk.

Ruhe abseits des touristischen Trubels Sarandas

Unser 12tägiger Aufenthalt im "Sea Breeze" hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Der Ausblick sowohl von der ansprechend gestalteten Lounge, als auch vom großen Balkon unseres großzügigen Zimmers auf der ersten Etage war einmalig, die Betten sehr bequem, die Bäder hochwertig und sauber. Die Villa ist ausschließlich familiengeführt und die Mutti des "Chefs" kocht verschiedene, tradionelle Gerichte, die uns jeweils gut geschmeckt haben, was wirklich von Vorteil ist, da das nächste (seeeehr empfehlenswerte, wenn auch nur mit großen Fenstern oder Klimaanlage versehene Fischrestaurant "Makata Don Peshk") doch einen knappen Kilometer entfernt ist. Das klingt nicht viel, aber bei Temperaturen zwischen 32° und 38° und das Ende Juni zählt jeder Meter.

Die Verständigung mit dem jungen Chef hätte etwas besser sein können, mal war er sehr freundlich und zugewandt und dann wieder nicht. Die Lage der Villa hat den Vorteil, dass man einen absolut ruhigen, entspannten und quasi privaten Strandurlaub machen kann, aber ohne Mietwagen ist die Erkundung der Stadt "Saranda" eine wahre Herausforderung und wenn man einen Mietwagen hat, dann findet man im Verkehrs-chaos von Saranda nur gegen 10 Euro Parkplatzgebühr einen Parkplatz, wenn überhaupt. Die Umgebung der Villa ist leider noch nicht sehr einladend.

Heerlijk ontbijt, iedere ochtend iets anders. En indien gewenst ook vegan. Mooi plek, fijne bedjes aan zee, vriendelijk personeel.

La mejor estancia en Sarandë

Todo, el hotel es maravilloso, las vistas impresionantes, tiene su playa privada con sombrillas y tumbonas, todo súper limpio y nuevo, bien decorado, Su anfitrión súper agradable y atento en todo momento, lo que hizo nuestra estancia excepcional. El desayuno y la comida muy buena… la cocinera súper agradable también !! recomiendo la estancia en este hotel con los ojos cerrados <3 Gracias por todo !!!!!

Nice apartment with peaceful neighborhood.

It's a nice apartment with a beach area and a beach bar. The room was nice, big enough and clean, and we had a great view of Korfu from the balcony. The neighborhood was peaceful, cc 20-30 min walk from the center of Sarande. We got plentiful and slightly different homemade breakfast everyday. Although, you cannot choose what you would like to eat.

We could pay the fee only in cash and it was not communicated in advance. Staff was helpful, although sometimes we felt that we were bothering them with our requests. The fridge could be a bit bigger.

Great stay with unbeatable views!

It was spotless clean and the owner was very lovely. The room had a wonderful view on Corfu and the room was very comfortable in general and had everything you needed. It is the perfect place to disconnect from the hassle of the busy streets in Sarandë and Ksamil

Everything was great but it has to be mentioned that you will either have to drive or walk in the dark in the evening, if you plan on eating out or having drinks. Walking the way is not great, but for us it was fine and we enjoyed being a bit outside of Sarandë. (Of course you can also ask for a cab)

Nice family run villa :)

The room had a beautiful seaview, the private beach was very quiet and relaxing. We really enjoyed the local food made by Ola and her mother. Ola was a very polite and nice hostess. We would recommend it. The city center of Sarandë is 30 minutes by foot, unfortunately no public transport to the villa.

Perfect: Amazing room and view with private beach and bar and very friendly hosts

The room and the view was stunning- a light room with the view on the sea and Korfu. Everything was perfect and you are always close to the sea: Because of the bar and the private beach you did not need to leave this place. We had the best dinner on our trip and the hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely dreamy! Wonderful place.

Absolutely wonderful place. A true gem ran by a wonderful family that takes care of every single detail. The room was new, spacious, comfortable - as well as the bathroom and the shower. The views from the room are breathtaking and the cordiality of the hosts is something that doesn't go unnoticed. The easy access to the beach was a great surprise. As if that wasn't enough, the breakfast included is fresh and authentic - delicious. One of those places you are sad to leave.

We enjoyed the stay a lot. The place is beautiful, host is very nice and helpful. I could find few things to improve, but overall the stay was so cozy and relaxing it exceeded my expectation. I felt like on a 5star vacation thanks to the calmness of the place, great service and home cooked delicatessen prepared by the host. The private beach with chairs and umbrellas is a great way to escape from your daily routines.

beds were little bit on the harder side and pillows too high, so we did not used them while sleeping. However, the overall experience was great.

great fantastically clean room, amazing view of Corfu, best breakfast in Albania, and sweetest hosts. Great location away from hustle bustle of Sarande but some very nice restaurants within walking distance. Good parking.

We loved it, great view, warm welcome and a very clean room. For us it was great that it's a bit away from the town of Saranda. It was quiet and you could enjoy the view and the sea. Other than that we loved the breakfast which was made for us and brought to our table.

This was one of the best places I've ever stayed at. Beautiful spacious room with amazing view, just a couple of meters from private beach. Apartment is situated outside of the town, in a very calm and beautiful bay. Breakefast was homemade, big and so delicious (I will never forget the tasty Petulas we had there). Great host and family. We really had a beautiful stay and hope to come back soon :)

The accommodation is just wonderful, and only a 25-min walk to the city center. You have an amazing sea view + view of Corfu from your room/balcony. The room is spacious, well decorated, and with a great bathroom. Last, the host is super friendly and cooks breakfast on a daily basis, and makes sure that there always is something different. Highly recommended!

Pleasant stay

We had a pleasant stay at Sea Breeze Villa. Everything was good. The owners are very friendly. Breakfast was good and diverse. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The view from the balcony is beautiful. It's a 30 minutes walk to the city centre, otherwise you could go by car.

Beautiful room right by the beach. Great view!! We were pretty much the only people at the beach. ;)

Breakfast was perfect every single day. The host went out of her way and always cooked us a fresh and tasty breakfast any time we requested between 8 and 10 am. We will definitely return next time we are in Sarande. It is a little bit far from town but we had a rental car so no issue. Beautiful. Little undiscovered paradise in Europe ;) forget Greece and all those well known places like Spain etc, Albania is the future. ;)
