Excellent room with nightmare neighbor

The property is clean, spaciuos, well organized and designed. The apartment is located very next to the old town of Strassbourg, which was very convenient. There are bars and restaurants around the property.

1) We were traveling in a family, so 2 persons slept in the bedroom and 2 persons in the living room (couch sofa). The couch sofa was comfortable but very loud. Every single movement will create noise: when you flip, when you get on the couch, when you get pff the couch. It was really annoying, so the next day, we decided to put the matress on the floor and slept there without expanding the couch. It was comfortable and we slept well. If you are going to stay here, i suggest you can do the same. 2) the neighbor with small kids were nightmare. The neighbor family (opposite door) where just shouting to each other. The kids were screaming, making loud noise the whole night. Both 2 nights we stayed that, the kids only went to bed after 2:30 AM. We found it really restless hearing their noises all the time. If there is something negative, it would be it. But for this, it is not the fault of the property rather the fault of the parents who cannot teach their kids to behave.

Lovely as usual

I like the layout of the flat and its location, ovelooking Placed'Austerlitz. Loved the balcony.

I would have liked an air conditioner since it happened to be very hot in Strasbourg. Other than that - it is my preferred place to stay in this city.

It was good not great

Good location. Wide windows very bright. stylish and modern. The bathroom very clean.

It could have been more clean. The coach bed was not very comfortable.

Lovely place to stay

Lovely apartment and a treat for introverts - you are above a busy square with cafes and people bustling about, there is life around you, but you do not have to be IN it. You can sit back on the balcony and enjoy your evening coffee there, or close the door, lower very decent blinds and pretend the outside world does not exist. The kitchen is nicely equipped (no microwave, though; use the traditional oven), all pots and pans and utensils are there, Nespresso machine and a water kettle all work and are nice and clean. Lovely sofa to lay around and scroll your phone, nice coffee table to put your pen and papers on, lovely hardwood floors. The design makes you go "aahhh..." :)

There was no coat rack - that could be a problem when it rains.

We really enjoyed our stay in Strasbourg thanks to the good position of apartment.

Central position:owner was helpfjull regarding heating in apar: We come very early in Strasbourg and Sandra did her best to let us in before 3.p.m. I would recommend L”austerlitz T2 au coeur for family with a children

Good

the location is great , easy access to the property, the host helped us on the phone and was available for us .

the house was not clean, we had to wipe the floor when we check in . the location is great , a bit noisy if you are with kids . the bed in the bedroom was really extremely not comfortable! there was only one fan and we moved it around the all night .
