Непогано але все старе і потребує ремонту

Привітний персонал готелю. Можливий розрахунок карткою. гарно працює інтернет

Номер маленького розміру, також був сильний сморід від цигарок. Не дуже чисто , так як було павутиння. Протікав унітаз, а в ночі ще й зустріли чи то жука чи то таракана на підлозі в туалеті. Немає кондіціонеру.

Amplasare super bună a pensiunii, totul curaj, atmosferă frumoasă❤️

Angajati foarte prietenoși , locația super aproape de AFI Brașov și aproape de Centru vechi(20 min de mers pe jos). totul curat, am stat la etajul 2(ultimul). camera propriu zisa nu a avut terasă dar am putut ieși pe terasa etajului care era și aproape de camera.

în prima noaptea nu prea am avut căldură dar a doua noapte a fost Okei.

The staff was nice, polite and hospitable not only to us, but to our cat as well. The room was very spacious. The location was good, close to public transport, right next to AFI Brasov and a walkable distance to the Old City Center. Parking was available in front of the property.

There was a small issue: we could easily hear noise from the other rooms.

The pension was in a quiet neighbourhood yet centrally located between the railway station and the old centrum of the city. The house was very quiet, too. The personnel were exceptionally friendly and helpful. And a small pleasant detail: we had three chairs in the room - far too often hotels offer only one or none!

Good value and spacious apartment

Rooms are very big as well as beds, it was very clean and comfortable, staff very friendly, parking at front of property, easy to find

Some kitchen things could be upgraded (spoones, knives...) if people want to cook and eat in apartment, someone maybe dont know to use gas only kitchen especially with older stove

Nice quiet place in a Perfect location

Central location next to the Mall. Walking distance to the old town or train station.Very large quiet room with condu beds and big bathroom tv and good wifi

Worth for the money spent

Friendly staff , very attentive and polite, excellent position (close to the AFI Mall), location well maintained and generally clean, well calibrated prices, good size rooms. In one word: worth for the money spent. Would recommend it for budget travels and for those looking for a good accommodation at a decent price. I would definitely come back again.

Thin walls, every noise from outside the room is perceived inside, but again - it is acceptable for the price range offered and often it comes as an inconvenient for more expensive locations .

Well situated gueshouse, with good prices, comfy rooms and nice staff

The place is, for me well located : in equal distance of walking between the city center and the train station. You can reach everything by foot. The neighborhood is quite calm. My room was small but had everything you need. I needed to do a quick laundry, and the staff made some extra efforts to have my clothes ready for the next day.

I thought really hard, but found nothing to complain of.

Nice place located midway between the train station and city center. A bit old-fashioned but comfortable.

Very good

The owner of this place is very nice and polite, he waited for us to check in (we were late a little bit). It was a good place to sleep over for a night. It was clean, and well kept.

The room does not have an air-conditioner. Also, there are a lot of stairs. This place is not so easy to find, some additional information would be helpful.
