Das Appartement war super schön. Ausstattung war total neu und es war alles vorhanden was wir benötigt haben. Im Gemeinschaftsraum gab es einige nützliche Sachen wenn man was vergessen hatte. Ansprechpartner waren sofort zu erreichen und haben sehr schnell auf Fragen geantwortet.

Très bon séjour dans un bel établissement au coeur de la Foret Noire.

L'appartement est vaste, propre et moderne. Il a été rénové avec gout. Les équipements de cuisine sont neufs. La situation géographique est parfaite, proche de Titisee et des zones touristiques.

Le check in a été un peu compliqué, la carte magnétique ne fonctionnait pas et il a été difficile de trouver le numéro de téléphone d'urgence. Néanmoins, le problème a pu finalement être réglé à distance par quelqu'un aidant et sympathique. D'autres locataires étaient bruyants et nous les entendions trop depuis notre logement.

No internet in the smart TV Very Dangerous stairs (in our apartment) for kids We ask for late checkout, they lock us outside for 25 min (no one even say 'sorry' about that)

New apartment with all the necessary things. Dog friendly appartment. Self check in is a good thing, but a little tricky..

It was not very clean. Some of the dishes had stains on them and it was all a little dusty. There was no broom, wich is a necessity when traveling with two dogs. On the ground floor all apartments have terraces (wich is very good!), but they are very close to each other and there is no barrier between them. A little privacy would be nice!

Beautiful and relaxing

Apartments are located in a very quiet and beautiful area, few minutes away from the black forest main attractios. They are in a very good condition, very comfortable rooms with fully equipped kitchen. There is plenty of parking space.

There was a bit of dust in the room, but nothing major.

A very nice place to stay.

It is a place good for both self-driving and public transportation. Parking areas and power charging are available. Booking online is quite easy, you don't need to worry about the late check in after 18:00 .

Fine stay for a short visit- In my opinion doesn't worth the money

The room is new ,beds are comfortable, kitchen well equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine and stove. Also it is equipped with are plates, utensils, one pan, one pot, cups. It’s nice that there is washer and dryer on the house grounds (you just need to bring the detergent and it costs money). The WIFi was good, view from the house is gorgeous and the whole area is very quiet

I didn't know that ahead of time, but this is an apartment that acts like an AirBNB, meaning you get the facilities (kitchen, WiFi, hot water, towels and linens but you need to take care of everything else- garbage bags, toilet paper, wash your towels (if you stay a lot of days and want clean towels), dishwasher tablets, soap and more). And of course, you clean your room and dispose of the garbage. In addition, there are no people at the check in/out counter. Everything is digital (and doesn’t always work) and if you want some help you need to call or email the help desk. When I asked for help they helped pretty quickly but still, its hard not to have anyone nearby. The entrance to the attic (the 3 extra beds) are through a very dangerous ladder/stairs with railing in only one side of the stairs. I don’t recommend it for families with young kids as it’s very dangerous. There is no air conditioning but it wasn’t much needed. At nights it gets colder. We stayed at the only room without balcony and it was really a dissapointment (room 7). In order to get into the room there are some stairs (no elevator) Also, the area surrounding the house isn’t maintained and doesn’t have shade at all.

Black forest's trip

Its was new and clean.. Perfect place for family with children. The stuff was avaiable all the time to solve issues. We like it very much.

The only thing that was not so good was the fact that our children were in diffrent flour from us, but still, it was safety and comfortable.

Nice and comfortable stay

Flexible check-in, helpful stuff, comfortable room with full set of kitchen tools and and cutlery.beaitiful view of side of balcony Network portal of the hotel is also very well designed, where you can easily find info about nearby fercitilies etc. And online checkout.

Missing dish washer tabs so we are not able to use the dish washer. The small stairs between terasse door and floor is not marked with warning that my friend hit her feet two times while walk in from terasse into the room.

Exceptional

Very comfortable, new and stylish. High quality. Good location, great view from top flat. The double duvets are unpractical, single duvets would function better. As in many other holiday homes the shower drain is almost blocked and needs cleaning.

the place is either brand new or completely renovated. very comfortable beds. cool upper level sleeping area- perhaps not for the little kids, but ours enjoyed it
