The Boho beach condo boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 bath. Remodeled with all upgraded finishes throughout. Features include beautiful bohemian style wood like flooring and ceramic tile, cottage style kitchen with counter and 4 bar height stools, living room seating for 5. Watch the sunrise in the morning with ocean views from the living room.

Master bedroom features boho decor, king size bedroom suite and brand new remodeled and upgraded private bath with shower.

Guest bedroom provides cottage style furnishings and brand new top of the line queen size mattress and connecting guest bath, serving as a second master. Features include new beach cottage style décor.

The unit is located within the gated resort community of Ocean Pointe. A beautiful ocean front, keys style condo at MM 92. The condo provides our guests with direct bay or ocean access in minutes via Tavernier Creek. Centrally located in Tavernier at mile marker 92, it is an all-suite resort located directly on the Atlantic Ocean. Located on 60 acres in the Florida Keys and part of a protected mangrove forest. Property is entered through a private road and gatehouse. From sunrise to sunset you can enjoy the many activities our Florida Keys resort has to offer. Onsite pool, restaurant, beach, marina, tennis courts, boat and trailer parking and much more. Fine restaurants and shopping are just minutes away, along with boating, fishing, snorkeling, diving, Everglades eco-tours, glass bottom boat reef trips, parasailing, wave runners, and swimming with the dolphins. Everything you could want for your Florida Keys vacation is here!

Kayak's can be rented through local vendors that will deliver and pick up most anywhere within the area.

Please respect our neighbors. Guests are asked to refrain from loud parties, no destructive behavior or drugs!!! If police are called to the condo during your stay, you will be asked to leave and forfeit remaining rent. Renters are responsible for cleanliness of the condo during your rental stay.

Area is perfect for walking, jogging, biking and kayaking. There is a small neighborhood grocery store with a great selection of meats and wines, BB&T bank, restaurant/bar and gas station located near by. Additionally, there are several restaurants, dress and gift shops, dive center, paddle board and kayak rentals, dive and fish charters, seafood store, church, and a once a week farmers market.

With-in one mile from the neighborhood there is also a shopping center which includes Winn-Dixie, restaurants, bar, post office, movie theater, CVS, McDonald's, Dunkin Doughnuts, AT&T and Mariners Baptist Hospital. 3 miles from the house is Founders Community park with beach, playground, soccer field, outdoor gym, tennis courts, boat ramp and swimming pool.

Marina: Reservations made directly through the property management office. I can assist with verification of availability. The marina picture has the actual full email address listed of where to send the request.

To bring a boat or boat trailer on the property as a guest you must have a room reservation in your name for the period that you wish to have the boat on property. You must also have in your name a reservation for a boat trailer parking space and, if you are keeping your boat in the marina, you must have a reservation for an assigned boat slip. The name on the room reservation, boat registration, and insurance information must all be the same. Reservations for which all the required documentation has been received will be confirmed two weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Rules/Regulations/Restrictions:

-All Boats are required to carry insurance ($300K Liability and $100K Property Damage) as stated per Ocean Pointe Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required prior to entering property. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property. Please attach a copy of your certificate of insurance to this form when faxing back to us. It is also necessary that you bring these documents with you as you may be asked to provide it again.

-All jet powered water crafts (i.e., jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited.

-Boats exceeding a registered length of 28 feet are strictly prohibited. Information on offsite availability for vessels over 28 feet and jet powered water crafts is available upon request. (Note: maximum beam with: 9’ 6”).

Fees/Charges: SUBJECT TO CHANGE. CONTACT OCEAN POINTE FOR MOST UP TO DATE FEES.

-Ocean Pointe charges a Marina Facility Fee of $40.00 per night plus tax. Holidays and Lobster Mini-Season will be an additional $15.00 per night over the base fee. Monthly stays are a flat $300.00 plus tax per month. This fee allows for use of the boat washing stations, boat launch (in/out) and facilitating the parking of your trailer on property.

- Wet slips are available at $3.00 per foot per night plus tax during Season (Mar.15-Sept. 15 & Dec. 15-Jan. 15); $2.50 per foot per night plus tax during Off-Season (Jan. 16-Mar. 14 & Sept. 16-Dec. 14); $4.00 per foot per night plus tax on holidays (Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July Weekend, and Labor Day Weekend); and $5.00 per foot per night plus tax on Lobster Mini-Season.

-Monthly Slip Rentals Only: Monthly slip rentals for vessels up to 22 feet in length are available for $1500.00 per month; monthly slip rentals for boats over 22 feet but under 28 feet are available for $2000.00 per month. For a monthly slip rental 25% of the first month’s rental is required as a deposit. The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. Notice of cancellation is required at least two weeks prior to arrival date for cancellation with refund. Any cancellation made less than two weeks prior to arrival will result in forfeit of the deposit.

If you are bringing a boat that does not meet the requirements to use the marina or park onsite, there is another nearby marina option that you can use. Mangrove Marina is close to the property. You can call them directly if you are unable to obtain a space on site.

If you have additional cars staying on the property in the unit, please inform the guard and you will be provided with additional parking passes for the unit to be used during your stay.

I stayed at this property with my 2 adult sons this past weekend and it was perfect. Unfortunately, we were in Key Largo for my father's memorial, but I couldn't have found a better place to stay. Any questions I had beforehand were answered quickly and the condo had everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend this unit and I will definitely be back. Next time, for a nice relaxing vacation.

We were very lucky to find this property available two days before our trip. The location was great, very close to stores, restaurants. The condo is beautifully furnished and exactly how it was pictured. Kitchen is well stocked. View is gorgeous. Private beach was beautiful. Large pool area with plenty of seating and a nice bar. The owners responded immediately to our questions and were very gracious. Highly recommend this condo and would be happy to rent again.

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The condo is exceptionally clean, well-stocked with beach chairs and towels, and conveniently located across from the pool and hot tub. The view of the Atlantic is magnificent! We would definitely come back!

We loved this unit! It was perfect to have 2 couples stay in comfortably. It was well equipped with everything you needed. We loved the set up for coffee! The view was spectacular.
