Welcome to SEA LA VIE your beachfront pedestrian only beach property. Life at the beach in your newly and beautifully renovated home is as relaxing as the refreshing sea breeze. Watch the beautiful scenery as the run rises, sets, and accents the clouds with endless colors. Enjoy the sun and a drink of your choice from your spacious two-level beach facing balconies.

As the sun rises make your way down the stairs and right onto the pedestrian only beach where you can enjoy surfing, swimming, sunbathing, sandcastle construction, among a myriad of beach games and activities. Relax, the children can play at ease, as no vehicles are allowed on your beach. If you wish, take a short stroll down the beach to the jetty park where there is fishing, a children's playground, and splash park.

Your spectacular home on Surfside Beach has direct beach access. No one enjoys having to carry and drag through the sand all the beach necessities when spending the day at the beach. It gets better, your home comes fully equipped with beach towels, collapsible chairs, sand toys, a picnic table, and almost any other imaginable need. Enjoy the added amenities which include outdoor hot and cold shower, plenty of entertaining area under the house, BBQ grill, patio furniture and dining space on the upper deck.

Your house is better equipped than any resort with high-speed Wi-Fi, high-definition TVs in every room (including two 65” TVs), cable TV, Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and Prime TV. Our stay at the Sea La Vie was great. We booked to stay for five days. Got there Monday June 17th & the next day we were told the beach was closed due to a tropical storm coming in. It was a bit rough due to the wind & water under the house. But the owner Kimber made sure to stay in touch with us throughout the whole time. Absolutely loved that. We were able to go out the last couple of days which was great. The house was clean & very well kept. The location was fantastic. Other than the tropical storm effecting our stay a bit, it was great! We definitely made the best of it. The games & cable definitely helped. Will definitely be staying at the Sea La Vie again.

Beautiful location on pedestrian beach , very nice accommodation, very responsive property manager , unfortunately no fireworks visible from deck but none were advertised, now to the only real downside …parking …second year in a row stuck in the sand , had to unload , get pulled out and park in the public lot a five minute walk away . Properties next door had equipment there working to remove sand from recent storm …very inconvenient to have to deal with this issue two yrs in a row …last year there was no storm , owners need to invest in fixing this !!

Everything was perfect except the check-in where the lock-box was not at the place indicated. In addition, one of the balcony doors could not be opened and a handyman was needed to fix the problem.

We had a great time! The weather was perfect! The location was perfect! The house was perfect! The hard part was not being able to drink and cook with the tap water but we made it work by filling up water jugs from down the road. It was super cool watching the big cargo ships coming in and out of the jetty. Our grandsons loved watching them. Being able to walk to the jetty for fishing and the newly constructed playground was awesome. Being right on the beach was awesome, too! When the wind wasn’t blowing there were a lot of bugs but luckily the wind was blowing most of the time. I would definitely stay here again!

The property was better than what we expected. We could literally walk from the staircase straight to the beach and it was a short walk over to the playground, which our 3 year old really enjoyed. It would’ve been nice to have the lift that a lot of the other properties had but we managed. The bathtime for the children was cut short every night due to the yellow water but we were aware of the issue before we arrived and it is of no fault of the owner. Overall, we made a lot of great memories and everyone loved the trip.

This house is absolutely the perfect spot on the beach. it was the perfect size for three sets of family ranging from adult (6 adults) to seven months old (4 kids). The kids absolutely loved the bunkbed. And it created a fun place for them to play and watch TV. The property owners provided tons of games to play, and all TVs were smart TVs. We enjoyed sitting outside on the huge porch and daily walks on the beach. also, the house is super close to the jetty so adults and kids both enjoyed watching the big ships come in and out.

Right on the beach, has plenty of beach toys for the 6 kids in the group. Beautiful view of the stars and able to see all the large ships coming into port without any noise.

The property itself was well maintained, except for outdoor furnishings which were not in good shape physically and visually; a blocked clothes drier vent and a few loose outdoor stairs. The property manager had the vent and stairs fixed in less than 24 hours. The decorations were nautical but not overpowering. Basic supplies were on the premises when we arrived so we didn't have to run out and purchase things like dish soap, sponges,etc. The location couldn't have been better. right on the beach with great views of the Gulf. The beach was lovely and kept clean, just a few steps to the water. The indoor furnishings were well maintained and comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable ant TVs were great. HOWEVER... the water stinks and I mean it physically smells and could not be used for drinking or cooking. Toilet seat covers had to be kept down and bathroom doors kept closed to reduce the water smell that came into the living areas. All exhaust fans were kept running all day. The condition of the house water was so bad that we had to buy many gallons of spring water to use for cooking, drinking and even tooth brushing. The water condition was never mentioned in the promotional materials before we placed our down payment and our final payment. It was only after the final payment was made and cancelation date past that we were told about the water - when it was too late to make other plans. (Family was coming from FL & NY!)

Place was beatiful and perfect size for family of 8 to have plenty of room. Only problem was alarm went off several times right after we arrived which caused the police to show up but eventually we where able to get in touch with someone and they deactivated the sensors for us. After that it was great!!

House was great. Only issue is we have been going to Surfside for at least 10 years and we always set up a tent on the beach and store our stuff in front of the house. Never had an issue till this year. Someone stole everything out of our tent. About 1000 dollars worth of stuff. After talking to pd we learned if you leave anything out there is considered abandoned property. Don't leave your stuff on the beach in front of the house.other than that it was great.

Wonderful location , nice property , responsive property manager , a real pleasant stay … only caution do not , I repeat do not drive onto the sand in front of the property. We got stuck 60 seconds into our vacation … only room for 3 cars , back in and keep your front wheels on the hard surface , four wheel drives are some better , if you need to park in the public parking area a short walk away , don’t let this discourage you from this beautiful location , just be aware and you will be fine !

Perfect location with kids. Absolutely loved being able to see the kids from the deck while they played in the sand. The house was very well equipped and we appreciated being able to wash towels and swimsuits as needed. All communication was very responsive. Would absolutely stay here again!

The location and house were amazing. We picked the right time to go as the water was very clear for the gulf and the waves were just the right size for the kids to have a blast. The kids enjoyed the bunk room and the rest of the house fit our group perfectly. The house was also nicely stocked with everyday items which made cooking and cleaning up easy. Would definitely recommend the property.

Awesome beachfront house. Perfect for my wife and I along with our two sons and their wives and 4 children. The house is as advertised. Clean and right on the beach! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay at surfside!

The property was nice itself, but the water in the home was disgusting(smelly and nasty). The tv remotes were missing and the couple that were there were missing batteries or didn’t work. The beach had a lot of drift wood and debris. The mosquitoes were HORRIBLE.

This property is as advertised. The location right on the beach with the decks is perfect for a relaxing beach getaway. The house was clean upon arrival and was great for two families. Everything was comfortable and we had all we needed for making meals. Thanks for a great stay!

Property exactly like listing. Interior is stunning. Kitchen totally equipt . Management was super responsive when there was a slight hiccup with check in- it was resolved immediately.

The views were amazing. Loved how close it was to the Jeti and seeing the ships come in! The house was perfect size and lots of amenities. 2nd time at Surfside and enjoyed this house much more than the last. Much quieter and not as much traffic as further down, but still plenty of people watching to be done.

Overall it was a good experience. The location at Surfside was good, the structure good and the furnishings pretty good. It was clean and pleasant. There were some issues for us as I like to cook. I will be reporting the things that need attention to them so they can be addressed. it was a relaxing stay and we had a good time.
